This article takes the monthly data of the average pork price in Fujian Province from January 2018 to December 2019 as the research object, conducts the ARIMA model construction and analysis, and predicts the pork price in Fujian Province from January to June 2020. Results show that the pork price will have dropped slightly than before, but it is still at a relatively high level. Corresponding policy recommendations are made based on the results of the study.

This paper, based on an analysis of inherent features of scientific innovations through SUPER-SBM DEA model, constructs input and output index and conducts an empirical analysis on innovative efficiencies in industrial sectors in Shandong Province using the data from 2003 to 2008. Through the calculation of Super efficiency DEA value,the author points out that irrational structure of element input, low efficiency in the arrangement of scientific researchers and outlay use as well as the low efficiency of resource transformation are the restrictive factors that influence scientific innovative efficiency of industrial enterprises. The suggestions are finally put forward as follows: emphasis on structural adjustment of scientific innovative resources; cultivation and introduction of high-quality professionals; government’s promotion of innovative enterprises’ development, etc.

This paper describes the main contents of the evaluation of technical efficiency of electric power industry at home and abroad, the evaluation methods, and the development of it, and conducts an empirical analysis of the technical efficiency of the Grid in North China for the first time. This paper introduces the DEA to evaluate the technical efficiency of the Grid Corporations, and application of PSO to optimize on the DEA model. From the results of the evaluation of the technical efficiency of Sample Grid Corporation of China, We can conclude that you can better evaluate the technical efficiency of power companies by the combination of two ways, and can make clearer on their own to improve non-efficiency factors, thus conduct a comprehensive monitoring in the technical indicators and management indicators
