Reforming of the Russian system of public administration is connected with orientation to reapprochement of authorities and the population. Activities for forming of positive reputation of authorities, institute of public service become priority for the goal of achievement of creation of an effective management system by society, successful implementation of a state policy. Studying of reputation allows deepening understanding of regularities of the political choice, forming of trust and mistrust to subjects of power, efficiency evaluation of the power and its reliability. The problem of reputation of the power acquires special relevance at the regional level where there is the closest interrelation of state bodies with the population. The author's approach to studying of reputation of the power at the level of the region is introduced in the article. The author analyzes the concept and research model of the ideological and semantic concept “reputation of the regional power” which is the most important element of creation of reputation management system. Characteristic features of the concept are determined by its structural components: information, figurative, interpretative. The following stages of research model of the concept “reputation of the regional power” are divided in the article: studying of reputation of the regional power from the perspective of the two main subjects of its forming (the population and the power) according to the three components of the concept; identification of unity in understanding of the concept “reputation of the regional power”.

Today, effective management of information requires an in-depth study of its internal organization. The structural organization of information affects the efficiency of choosing a method for solving the problem and the qualitative presentation of information about the subject area. Therefore, the article proposes a new semiotic structural approach to assessing the structuredness of information in a subject area, as well as theoretical, practical, and general logical methods for studying the process of search research as a single system. The authors proposed and investigated the structured information coeffi-cient, which the authors propose to consider in several aspects - with respect to the search research model presented by the traditional algorithm, and the structured subject area. The article presents theo-retical positions, derives the formula of coefficients for different cases, carries out calculations on the example of the subject area “optimization methods”, constructs graphs based on the calculated data, and draws conclusions.

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) which provides a comprehensive picture of the economic conditions of a region is indicator for analyzing economic region development. Another indicator that is no less important is inflation as an indicator to see the level of changes in price increases due to an increase in the money supply that causes rising prices. The success of development must also look at the income inequality of its population which is illustrated by this ratio. One of the main regional development goals is to improve the welfare of its people, where to see the level of community welfare, among others, can be seen from the level of unemployment in an area. To that end, in order to get an overview of the effects of GRDP, inflation and the ratio of gini to unemployment in DKI Jakarta for the last ten years (2007-2016), an analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods. As a result, together the relationship between GRDP, inflation and the Gini ratio is categorized as "very strong" with a score of 0.936, and has a significant influence on unemployment. Partially, the GRDP gives a significant influence, but inflation and gini ratio do not have a significant influence. GDP, inflation and the Gini ratio together for the last ten years have contributed 81.4% to unemployment in DKI Jakarta, while the remaining 18.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model, so for reduce unemployment in DKI Jakarta, programs that are oriented to economic growth, suppressing inflation and decreasing this ratio need to be carried out simultaneously. Keywords: GRDP, inflation, unemployment, DKI Jakarta, GINI ratio

Although public inter-organizational collaborations can offer better public services, their management is a complex endeavour and they often fail. This paper explores identity construction as a key aspect that assists in managing successfully these collaborations. The study draws upon a longitudinal ethnographic study with a Greek public inter-organizational collaboration. The research illustrates that managers should encourage partners to construct collaborative and non-collaborative identities in order to achieve the collaboration aims. It also suggests that managers should seek both stability and change in the collaborative process and offers four collaborative patterns for the effective management of public inter-organizational collaborations.
