There is a huge amount of data in the opportunity of “turning waste into treasure” with the arrival of the big data age. Urban layout is very important for the development of urban transportation and building system. Once the layout of the city is finalized, it will be difficult to start again. Therefore, the urban architectural layout planning and design have a very important impact. This paper uses the urban architecture layout big data for building layout optimization using advanced computation techniques. Firstly, a big data collection and storage system based on the Hadoop platform is established. Then, the evaluation model of urban building planning based on improved logit and PSO algorithm is established. The PSO algorithm is used to find the suitable area for this kind of building layout, and then through five impact indicators: land prices, rail transit, historical protection, road traffic capacity, and commercial potential have been established by using the following logit linear regression model. Then, the bridge between logit and PSO algorithm is established by the fitness value of particle. The particle in the particle swarm is assigned to the index parameter of logit model, and then the logit model in the evaluation system is run. The performance index corresponding to the set of parameters is obtained. The performance index is passed to the PSO as the fitness value of the particle to search for the best adaptive position. The reasonable degree of regional architectural planning is obtained, and the rationality of urban architectural planning layout is determined.

Evaluating the performance of employees in an organization is a necessity if the organization seeks improvement of their service quality. Konsorsium Yayasan Mulia working in the field of education is very concerned with evaluating their employee performance. One of the evaluations which have been routinely carried out is evaluation of homeroom teacher performance. This evaluation is done as a form of Konsorsium Yayasan Mulia attention on the student character building. The evaluation has been made manually spend a lot of time and effort, it is necessary for a system that can be the solution of the problem. The system will be built is the first system, that means it requires development method that flexible to changes.System development method used in this research is eXtreme Programming. This method is part of Agile Programming that emphasizes intense communication with customers to determine their needs. The steps of this method are planning, design, coding and testing.The homeroom task evaluation system is a bridge between the homeroom teacher, the principal and Konsorsium Yayasan Mulia. General overview of the system, the system has three user level, admin, principal and homeroom teacher. Admin can post an evaluation sheet and manage principal. Principal can manage homeroom teacher and homeroom theacher can report their task performance.The result of this research is a system that provides convenience to Konsorsium Yayasan Mulia to evaluate the task performance of homeroom teacher.

Internet finance is a new emerging financial model, using the Internet as a platform, big data and cloud computing as the basis. Supply Chain Finance is the easiest way to enter Internet finance. The third-party companies or institutions can invest in Internet financial companies by integrating their industrial chain practices into designing the financial products to reduce credit costs and improve safety. At the same time, it will increase mobile Internet, big data and operational services. Also, it can make full use of the Internet financial platform to provide value-added services for higher and lower enterprise and consolidate the core status of the company in the industrial chain. However, an important issue that needs to be concerned during developing Supply Chain Finance is the construction of a system for credit evaluation. Due to the lack of a unified credit evaluation system, the development of the existing Supply Chain Financial companies suffers from difficulties. Many newly launched companies have difficulties operating due to the lack of a credit evaluation system. Therefore, proper and effective credit indicators are essential for the development of enterprises under Internet finance. From the micro perspective, it is conducive for enterprises to improve their credit under the constraints of indicators, and it can solve the problem of capital raising; from the macro perspective, it is conducive to the standardized development of China’s Internet finance and promotes the comprehensive economic development. Based on this, analyzing the model of Internet financial business and developing an enterprise’s credit index system is beneficial to the development of China’s Internet finance.
