This study aims to find out and describe comprehensively the implementation and achievement of the objectives of the National Police NCO formation program during the Covid-19 pandemic condition which was carried out at the Women's Police School Lemdiklat Polri T.A. 2020/2021 by looking at the quality of education implementation based on 8 (eight) education standards. The method used is descriptive qualitative and the approach used in this research is evaluation, with the Discrepancy evaluation model developed by Provus. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, surveys, and documents. As for the results in this study, it is estimated that the effectiveness (success) of parenting is 58.44%. So that the pattern of parenting and guidance still has to be improved, in terms of the methodology of parenting/guidance and competence of caregivers/supervisors, accompanied by the existence of a regular team of motivators.

The rating is one of the performance assessments of cooperatives. To find out the ranking of the Multipurpose Joint Venture Cooperative in 2020 is the purpose of this study. The assessment is based on PERMENKOP and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 concerning Rating of Cooperatives. This research is evaluation research. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, the data sources in this study are primary and secondary. The subjects of this research are the administrators, supervisors, members of KSU Statuegilan. The object of this research is the ranking result of KSU Statuegilan. Collecting data using interview techniques, documentation and questionnaires. The assessment of KSU Sculpture uses ranking as an Evaluation Model. This study shows the results that: (I) In terms of the institutional aspect of the cooperative obtained a score of 720, (II) In terms of the business aspect, the cooperative obtained a score of 112.5 (III) In terms of the financial aspect of the cooperative obtained a score of 197.5, (IV) In terms of Aspects of the benefits of cooperatives to the community get a score of 11. From the accumulated results, a performance assessment score is obtained in terms of the five aspects that have been carried out, KSU Statuegilan obtained a score of 1,076. The score is in the range of scores of 1,000 to 1,200 so that KSU Statuegilan is included as a cooperative with "Berkualitas" qualifications with AAB predicate.

AbstractAtrial fibrillation (AF) is an arrhythmia that can cause blood clot and may lead to stroke and heart failure. To detect AF, deep learning-based detection algorithms have recently been developed. However, deep learning models were often trained with limited datasets and were evaluated within the same datasets, which makes their performance generally drops on the external datasets, known as data dependency. For this study, three different databases from PhysioNet were used to investigate the data dependency of deep learning-based AF detection algorithm using the residual neural network (Resnet). Resnet 18, 34, 50 and 152 model were trained with raw electrocardiogram (ECG) signal extracted from independent database. The highest accuracy was about 98–99% which is evaluation results of test dataset from the own database. On the other hand, the lowest accuracy was about 53–92% which was evaluation results of the external dataset extracted from different source. There are data dependency according to the train dataset and the test dataset. However, the data dependency decreased as a large amount of train data.

The author of the article makes the research hypothesis that the local governments should join the restructuration programs of the municipal companies with more engagement because there are too less changes which would allow more efficient, cheaper and more competitive their management. Privatization is one of the restructuration methods recommended by the local governments which already have executed it. These are the actions which many local governments needlessly refrain and postpone them in time being afraid of sizes and scale of the changes in a company after their implementation. The local communities lose on such proceeding as they are forced to use expensive low-quality services. The purpose of the article is evaluation whether the change of the organisational and legal form from the budget unit to the limited liability company is effective. There will be used analysis of literature studies and source data concerning the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre limited liability company in Radom to solve the created research problem. Results of the conducted research were included in the summary in points from 1 to 9, which prove that the assumed research?s goal in the article?s introduction has been achieved.

(1) Background: Environmental contamination with antibiotics is particularly serious because the usual methods used in wastewater treatment plants turn out to be insufficient or ineffective. An interesting idea is to support natural biodegradation processes with physicochemical methods as well as with bioaugmentation with efficient microbial degraders. Hence, the aim of our study is evaluation of the effectiveness of different methods of nitrofurazone (NFZ) degradation: photolysis and photodegradation in the presence of two photocatalysts, the commercial TiO2-P25 and a self-obtained Fe3O4@SiO2/TiO2 magnetic photocatalyst. (2) Methods: The chemical nature of the photocatalysis products was investigated using a spectrometric method, and then, they were subjected to biodegradation using the strain Achromobacter xylosoxidans NFZ2. Additionally, the effects of the photodegradation products on bacterial cell surface properties and membranes were studied. (3) Results: Photocatalysis with TiO2-P25 allowed reduction of NFZ by over 90%, demonstrating that this method is twice as effective as photolysis alone. Moreover, the bacterial strain used proved to be effective in the removal of NFZ, as well as its intermediates. (4) Conclusions: The results indicated that photocatalysis alone or coupled with biodegradation with the strain A. xylosoxidans NFZ2 leads to efficient degradation and almost complete mineralization of NFZ.

The purpose of this research is mapping teacher perception on learning management system as second opinion in pandemic era. The methodology of research divided into three parts, namely preparation, action, and evaluation. The first step is preparation, include prepare to train the teacher to use CCR and android application opensourse. The second step is action, this section is most important in this research because in this section the teachers were practicing with CCR and android application within the teaching activities in online learning. After those steps, the final is evaluation, the teachers were evaluated using likert scale of the implementation of CCR and android open sourse. The result  of this research is most of the teachers feel easy in accessing CCR and android opensource application.

Arabic is the second language studied by many madrasas and pesantren in Indonesia. It is important to continue to improve the quality of Arabic language learning by evaluating all learning activities. One of them is evaluation of assessment instruments. The research instrument is a tool used to obtain data about the process and learning outcomes of students which are carried out systematically and continuously so that it becomes meaningful information in decision making. In education, there are many forms of assessment instruments that can be used to measure and assess the learning process and outcomes that have been carried out. Mufrodate learning as the object of study in this study also uses various forms of assessment instruments. In the seventh grade Arabic book published by the Ministry of Religion in 2014, we can find the forms of assessment instruments for mufradât mastery. One of them is a similar instrument that has been developed in a study such as a picture instrument (card). Other forms such as description instruments, multiple choice, wording, matchmaking and so on are popular instruments that are also used in this book.
