A new vision of higher education systems, in which the student is the central subject of the teaching process, opens up new learning opportunities that include customization of teaching methods to the students’ needs, and new modes of communication both between teachers and students and among students themselves. The main subject of this chapter is the implementation and improvement of the Student Relationship Management (SRM) concept as a cloud service in an e-education system by using social media. The experimental part of the chapter presents the design and implementation of an e-education model based on cloud computing. The proposed model is implemented at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, by using the existing cloud computing infrastructure of the Laboratory for E-Business.

The opportunities for domestic college graduates to work in foreign companies have gradually increased. Therefore, a good English foundation is a very important work skill. At the same time, with the continuous emergence of new technologies such as computer technology and big data technology, the Internet education model has gradually developed into a new type of education model, which has continuously replaced the traditional offline education method and the hybrid online and offline Teaching has gradually become a hot topic in contemporary society. This article elaborates on the combination of online and offline teaching methods of college English and explores and analyzes from the perspective of complementary advantages and maximization of teaching resources. Taking the characteristics of “online & offline” mixed teaching as the starting point for analysis, expounding the composition of three aspects of teaching content before class, during class and after class, forming a three-stage classroom teaching model, and then achieving the optimization of the classroom structure. Quality improvement and other effects.

Through literature review, this paper expounds the descriptive parameter framework of College English mixed teaching and the index framework of teachers' effective teaching behavior in College English mixed teaching and its influencing factors. Based on this, this paper studies the new "offline + online" teaching model of College English based on cloud computing. This paper verifies and enriches the framework established based on literature through pilot interviews. For the part of effective teaching behavior, this paper applies Delphi expert survey method to conduct two rounds of questionnaire consultation with 10 information-based foreign language teaching research experts, and forms the final effective teaching behavior questionnaire. The results of this study show that teachers' effective teaching behavior in College English teaching can be summarized into five factors. According to the explanatory power, the order from high to low is: online learning management, teacher support, organizing face-to-face classroom, diversified evaluation and personalized teaching. Therefore, the new "offline + online" teaching model of College English based on cloud computing can improve the efficiency of English teaching.

College English cross-cultural teaching has changed from offline to online teaching. Under the impetus of MOOC teaching mode, college English cross-cultural teaching online teaching has exposed problems such as insufficient intelligence and poor online teaching effects. In order to improve the efficiency of college English cross-cultural teaching, based on cloud computing technology and artificial intelligence technology, this article improves and analyzes traditional MOOC, improves traditional algorithms according to the actual needs of MOOC teaching, and proposes a new improved model. Moreover, this article sets up functional modules through requirements analysis. In addition, according to actual teaching, this paper designs control experiments to verify and analyze the model performance from experimental teaching and the effect of attracting students’ online learning. The research results show that the model proposed in this paper has good performance and can effectively improve the efficiency of English cross-cultural teaching.
