In order to improve the thickness precision, the model adaption method is of great concern which is a necessary component in the thickness control system. The sample concept is first taken into the model adaption in hot tandem mill, from which the learning coefficients are updated by a series of samples. Comparing to the single sample in traditional method, the new method can consider the variance in the length direction. And the source data is more comprehensive, the robustness is increased with flexible proportion coefficients. The thickness precision in stable production process is enhanced to 35μm. On-line result shows practical value and on-line application prospect.

AbstractMaintaining a stable carbon dioxide content below the established CTQ1 requirements in the process of obtaining breathing gas for hyperbaric oxygen conditions is essential for the safety of underwater work. This article discusses the subject of validation of a selected measuring system for on-line control of the breathing gas production process and describes the application of multidimensional sensory systems to control critical parameters of the production process in production systems intended for intensive use away from supply facilities. In this case, the on-line contamination measurement option should be considered2. Monitoring of the analysed process from the point of view of its ability to minimise its variability should be oriented towards measuring the input or process values in such a way as to prevent the occurrence of potential defects already at the production stage. The assessment of the CCS - Carbon Dioxide Control System3 selected for testing, designed to control the carbon dioxide content, was performed in DUWT PNA4 for the DGKN - 120 complex compressed air supply system5. The system evaluation was conducted using MSA6 procedures and methods of SPC7.

5S concept has a great effect on site-improvements, and it has been used to promote productivity, improve the environment of production process, and upgrade the working ability of workers etc. In this paper, 5S concept has been used to balance the production line, and S production line has been shown as an example. In addition, line balance chart and production line utilization rate calculation method have been used to exhibit the effect of 5S site-improvements on production line balance and increasing productivity.
