The possibility of applying the standard calculation of the shear force of thin high-coercive neodymium— iron—boron permanent magnets in magnetic systems and magnetic couplings is considered. A correction factor is proposed for calculating the shear force in systems with thin magnets, which allows at the stage of developing sealed equipment to calculate the shear force of permanent magnets in these systems. The article considers the possibility of applying a standard method for calculating the repulsive force for a thick high-coercive permanent magnets from samarium-cobalt alloy in a magnetic system. The results of the research allowed us to introduce correction coefficients in the method of calculating the repulsive force in a magnetic system with such magnets, depending on the air gap between of them. It is shown that the repulsive forces of the North poles of permanent magnets differ from the repulsive forces of the South poles. The research was carried out with magnets manufactured by different enterprises. When calculating the repulsive force, the average value of the repulsive force between the North and South poles of magnets is found.

In article the determination possibility of the transferring torsional moment of the face magnetic coupling with highly coercive permanent magnets is considered. The received mathematical expression allows at a stage of the engineering design to define the transferring torsional moment of the face magnetic coupling depending on the asynchronous electric motor maximum torque data given by the directory on electric motors, and to calculate a phase shift angle of semicouplings taking into account their inertia moments, driven and slave rotating masses of machine, the operating torques of the electric motor, magnetic coupling and the machine itself on the stages of documentation development work.

A method for optimizing the parameters of a modular half-speed synchronous generator with permanent magnets (PMSG) and the generator voltage control system with a neural network-based algorithm are proposed. The basic design scheme of the modular half-speed PMSG is considered, which features a compact layout of the generator main parts, thereby ensuring the optimal use of the working volume, smaller sizes of the magnetic system, and smaller mass of the active materials used in manufacturing the machine. Owing to the simple and reliable design of the generator, its output parameters can be varied in a wide range with using standard electrical circuits for voltage stabilization and current rectification along with an additional voltage regulation unit. Owing to this feature, the design scheme of the considered generator has essential advantages over the existing analogs with a common cylindrical magnetic core. In view of these circumstances, the development of a high-efficient modular half-speed PMSG as an autonomous DC power source is of both scientific and practical interest; this generator can be used to supply power to a large range of electricity consumers located in rural areas, low-rise residential areas, military communities, allotments etc. In solving the problem of optimizing the generator’s magnetic system, the main electrical machine analysis equation is obtained. The optimal ratios of the winding wire mass to the mass of permanent magnets and of the PM height to the air gap value for achieving the maximum specific useful power output have been determined. An analytical correlation between the optimal design parameters of a half-speed modular PMSG and its power performance parameters has been established. The expediency to develop a neural network-based control system is shown. The number of load-bearing modules of the half-speed PMSG is determined depending on the wind velocity, load factor and the required output voltage. The neural network was trained on the examples of a training sample using a laboratory test bench. The neural network was implemented in the MatLab 2019b environment by constructing a synchronous generator simulation model in the Simulink software extension. The possibility of using the voltage control system of a half-speed modular PMSG with a microcontroller for operation of the neural network platform of the Arduino family (ArduinoDue) independently of the PC is shown.

As it is known: in the state of the art, the like and the unlike polarity between two magnets remains independent of the distance between them. According to the invention: “Magnetic System of Three Interactions”, International office of patents WIPO-PCT, bearing the No WO/2013/136097of the inventor Georgios K. Kertsopoulos, the like and the unlike polarity between two magnetic constructions depends on the distance between them [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9], [10]. The know-how of the invention makes it possible for interacting magnetic constructions to possess and perform interchangeable more than 96 polarities and interactions. Polarities and magnetic fields can in multiple ways interchange, depending on the varying distance between two interacting confronted magnetic constructions, offering many new variable design capabilities. For the first time, new types of poles are created, for example: simultaneous like-unlike poles or simultaneous unlike-like poles are created, causing stable or unstable balance as an interaction; also, for the first time in magnetism, new types of magnetic fields are formed never before observed, for example: remote fields of very strong attraction, without however, the contact of the magnetic constructions. The magnetic devices that perform these multiple interactions are fully patented internationally, published in a book in English, by the inventor a book in English, by the inventor [11]. The new scientific laws and principles, revealed through these experiments enrich the very basics, the foundation of magnetism, since many new types of polarities and interactions are introduced and are made possible for the first time in science and technology. In figure 1 of the article we observe the division and determination of the empty air space, between the magnetic constructions, at three distances and two boundaries which apply both for the like and the unlike front poles and in figure 2 we observe the three typical spatial distances, the three multi-plane polarities and the three interactions with properties and with spatial boundaries and interactions based on the bundles of the dynamic lines between the two magnetic constructions, on the guide, when the poles of the front poles of the arrangements are initially like. Furthermore, in figure 7 we observe a schematic representation of the three different fields (175), (177) and (178) between the above-mentioned magnetic arrangements of the constructions of the invention, with initially like front poles, in the sense of the general cause of the dynamic difference.
