DNC is referred to as the Direct Numerical Control, Intended for direct digital control. It means a number of numerical control equipment directly connected to a computer, and the central computer in charge of the NC program’s management and transfer. At present, DNC system includes not only the NC program, but also the manufacturing data of the specific tasks required for the production, such as cutting tools data, scheduling, configuration information of machine tools, and so on, and part of the DNC system also has the functions of machine tool state acquisition and remote control.

Using C51 SCM, a set of simple infrared communication system has been designed through combining with the infrared devices, and infrared wireless communication has been implemented in short distance within the function. It is different with the general infrared remote controller that doesn’t use coding and decoding chip to realize the coding and decoding of the sending and receiving, but through the SCM encoding and decoding procedures to achieve the sending and receiving of infrared signal, so as to realize the communication function of infrared remote control.

Abstract The main aim of this article is to present the modern unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and the possibilities for real-time remote monitoring of flight parameters and payload data. In the introduction section of the paper we briefly present the characteristics of the UAVs and which are their major application areas. Later, the main parameters and the various data types for remote control and monitoring of the unmanned aerial vehicles are presented and discussed. The paper continues with the methods and the technologies for transmission of these parameters and then presents a general hardware model for data transmission and a software model of a communication system suitable for UAVs.

This article mainly describes Remote communication system Base on GPS/GPRS technology in construction machinery, and focus on introducing the technology of data transportation between machine ECU with GPS terminal and remote control machine via RS232 serial communication circuit. In this way it provides monitoring machine online and prevents GPS terminal from removed in Construction machinery. Currently many machinery suppliers have adopted finance lease to push selling in domestic market, In order to secure selling from financial risk and guarantee monitoring machine running information, GPS/GPRS technology integrated in Construction machinery becomes one of the essential marketing measures.
