CV. T. Kardin Pisau Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of knives, having its address at Jl. Hegarmanah No.46 Bandung. As a manufacturing company, CV. T. Kardin Pisau Indonesia needs to take advantage of information technology in warehouse inventory management, no longer in manual management, namely recording in paper media, which will be vulnerable to data mismatches. Web application here is defined as an inventory application, through displays which include items to be stored in the warehouse and incoming and outgoing product transactions. The research method used here is Research and Development (R&D). Making software is done with a waterfall model which consists of stages: needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In object orientation paradigm modeling system with visual UML. The results of this study produce web-based software using the YII Framework with the MVC (Model View Controller) method. Through a web application that provides direct contact, it is hoped that the service process to consumers can be clear and fast. This inventory application can be used as material for product inventory in warehouse stock which includes recording, processing, and reporting data on warehouse inventory. Another benefit is that with this web-based application, the head office can know the inventory in the warehouse by itself so that it can quickly take action to fill the warehouse inventory.

Cluster in Indonesia particularly in the area of Central Java in 2010 totaled 150. Based on the results of the survey in Demak, Wonosobo and Pemalang, most Clusters does not yet have a website as a media product promotion and Cluster communication. Some Cluster already leverages media Blog and facebook but the media still do not meet the expected needs because media Blog and Facebook are not a media for product promotion. This is because the limitations of cost and the scarcity of skilled human resources information technology owned by the Cluster. Therefore, this research was conducted on the design and implementation of a web application that serves as a Networking System Cluster. System development method’s using the Prototype Model. Method of MVC (Model View Controller) is used in the implementation of the system, while technology programming using CodeIgniter Framework. As a result, the system is capable of providing the website for each Cluster are listed, so it can be used as a promotional media, publications and communication between Cluster members.

How can we use XML, XQuery, and SCXML (State Chart XML) to implement the Model component in a Model-View-Controller web application? First we must be able to do function decomposition of XQuery functions that perform updates (a task rendered more complex by XQuery's restrictions on updating expressions). Then we would like a systematic method of using UML state diagrams in the design of the web application and of integrating an SCXML processor into the implementation of the Model component. A BaseX extension implementing the WebSockets protocol enables us to make the Model observable and thus to realize multi-player games that require server push. All these practices are compatible with domain-driven design and model-driven solutions; they pave the way for XML developers to create XML-based applications on the web.

The monitoring information system is one of the main functions in managing student data in Generasi Cerdas private lesson. This study provides the results of an analysis and design of a monitoring information system that can be used to facilitate services to students in monitoring including grades and student absence. This application developed using UML Design and PHP Programming with CodeIgniter Framework and use MySQL Database. CodeIgniter is an open source framework in the form of a PHP framework with an MVC model (Model, View, Controller) for building dynamic websites. The resulting application has been able to provide information of teacher, student, student value and student absence data to assist in processing student and teacher data in the Generasi Cerdas private lesson, so that the institution has a faster, more efficient monitoring information system and easier to use.

Koperasi Pegawai jurusan Teknik Elektro-Elektronika merupakan koperasi yang bergerak dibidang simpan pinjam yang dikelola oleh dosen dan staff yang berada di dalam Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang (FT-UNP). Proses pengelolaan koperasi pegawai jurusan ini masih dalam pengelolaan yang kovensional dibagian administrasi, pengelolaan data simpan pinjam, pengelolaan angsuran pinjaman dan data-data mengenai informasi koperasi. Meskipun sudah melibatkan teknologi komputer dalam proses menyimpan dan mengelola data, akan tetapi cara tersebut tidak efektif dan efisien. Setelah melakukan riset, maka penulis menimpulan bahwa sangat dibutuhkan sistem pendukung yakni sistem informasi koperasi. Sistem informasi dirancang untuk memudahkan pengelolaan serta pengambilan keputusan dalam berbagai bidang pada suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Sistem informasi koperasi ini dirancang menggunakan  tahapan-tahapan  diagram perancangan sistem dan perancangan database. Sistem koperasi ini juga melibatkan  bahasa pemograman PHP dan Framework Codeigniter yang bertujuan memudahkan untuk membangun sistem dan membantu dalam pengelolaan koperasi. Sistem Informasi ini memiliki fitur, yaitu halaman registrasi pendaftaran anggota, menu simpanan, menu pinjaman, menu pengumuman mengenai infromasi tentang koperasi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan  adalah Waterfall  dan didukung dengan menggunakan konsep arsitektur Model View Contrholler (MVC) yang membedakan logika dan layout  yang dapat dilihat dari bagaimana pengguna mengakses data dan melakukan transaksi pada sistem informasi yang dirancang ini. Pada proses pengelolaan data dan transaksi koperasi yang menggunakan metode ini jadi lebih terstruktur dan layak digunakan untuk mengolah semua data koperasi secara terkomputerisasi dan dapat dijangkau dengan mengakses sebuah web.Kata kunci : Aplikasi, Koperasi Jurusan Simpan Pinjam,  MVC, Web. The Employee Cooperative majoring in Electrical-Electronic Engineering is a cooperative engaged in savings and loans managed by lecturers and staff within the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang (FT-UNP). The process of managing employee cooperatives in this department is still under conventional management in the administrative section, managing savings and loans data, managing loan installments and data regarding cooperative information. Although it has involved computer technology in the process of storing and managing data, this method is not effective and efficient. After doing research, the author concludes that a support system is needed, namely a cooperative information system. This cooperative information system is designed using the stages of system design diagrams and database design. This cooperative system also involves the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter Framework which aims to make it easier to build a system and assist in managing cooperatives. This information system has features, namely member registration registration page, savings menu, loan menu, announcement menu regarding information about cooperatives. The system development method used is Waterfall and is supported by using the architectural concept of Model View Controller (MVC) which distinguishes logic and layout that can be seen from how users access data and make transactions on this designed information system. In the process of managing data and cooperative transactions using this method, it becomes more structured and feasible to use to process all cooperative data computerized and can be reached by accessing a web.Keywords:  Application, Savings and Loans Department Cooperative, MVC, Web.

The design of expert systems for diagnosis of kidney disease is to build an expert system to diagnose kidney disease that provides information on diseases of the kidney through diagnosis of symptoms felt by sufferers with Web-based programming. Currently, if people want to diagnose with doctors to hospital or other health centers and have to wait their turn or queue to consult with doctors, to facilitate the consultation process needs a system that allows people to consult quickly, precisely and accurately. In designing this system using PHP and mysql programming language. The type of data collection obtained from the place of research, interviews with an expert, books and other literature. The method used in system development is Extreme Programming method which consists of Planning, Design, Coding, Test and Release. And the results of this design is to produce a system that provides information about kidney disease and help diagnose the disease through symptoms experienced.

Website security is needed in the dissemination of every information and data in cyberspace now. On the previous website the security used was not optimal in securing the website so we needed a reliable website security. XML (eXtensible Markup Language) is a markup language that is designed to store and deliver data by forming its own tags as needed. Codeigniter Framework is a php framework that is open source and uses the MVC method (Model, View, Controller). codeigniter is free or not paid if you use it. Codeigniter framework is made with the same purpose as other frameworks, namely to facilitate developers or programmers in building a web-based application without having to create it from scratch. The results of testing of this method are able to help and minimize the entry of hackers and secure data that will later become information. Using this method of combining can safeguard the entry of hackers and help secure the data and information on the website.

La propuesta se caracteriza por ser innovadora. Se presenta un estudio de Algoritmos Genéticos y metodologías aplicado al proceso de selección de personal, identificando restricciones de las técnicas con relación al problema y la forma en que fueron adaptadas, estableciendo un modelo de optimización para la toma de decisiones en la selección de personal, razón por la cual se desarrolló la aplicación web prototipo Selección de Personal utilizando Algoritmos Genéticos (SSPAG).Para el diseño se aplicó el Modelo Vista Controlador (MVC), utilizando herramientas de programación y modelado Open Source. SSPAG sugiere un candidato óptimo para uno o varios cargos, ya que en el modelo desarrollado también se planteó la asignación de varios candidatos a varios cargos. La propuesta aporta al sector organizacional, aplicando técnicas de optimización que ayuden a mejorar en este campo el desarrollo competitivo y académico. Palabras clave: Algoritmos Genéticos, aplicación web, optimización, selección de personal, toma de decisiones Optimization in the process of selection of personnel using Genetic Algorithms   Abstract This proposal is characterized for being innovative. An analysis of Genetic Algorithms and methodologies   applied to the recruitment process is presented in order to identify limitations of the techniques in relation to the problem and how these  were adapted, establishing therefore  an optimal model for wise hiring decision  for recruiting suitable personnel, which accounted for the development of a prototype web application  using Algorithms Genetics (SSPAG).  Therefore, the MODEL VIEW CONTROLLER (MVC) was applied for the design using programming tools and the Open source modelling. SSPAG suggests an ideal candidate for one or more positions as the developed model proposes the placement of various candidates for various positions.  The proposal contributes to the human resource field by applying optimal techniques that help to improve in the research field the competitive development and Academic.
