Under the role of private capital in financial services, can shadow banking play a positive role in the development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises. Based on this thinking, this paper puts forward the role of shadow banking in the financing process of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises. Through the analysis and demonstration of AHP model, it quantifies the key factors of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in the four financing schemes of trust, REITs, financing guarantee and private financial system, and extracts the key factors as the comparison items. The financing suggestions for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises mainly focus on making financing decisions according to the consistency of their own financing objectives and enterprise life cycle, and under the guidance of relevant policies and measures of the State Council and other countries, timely make financing plans based on the principle of low financing cost, so as to realize the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The aim of this study is to investigate the key factors affecting foreign direct real estate investment (FDIRE) in Turkey’s economy. A DOLS-FMOLS estimator model was developed to investigate the determinants of FDIRE in Turkey. Data was used between 2003Q1-2018Q2. This study differs from the previous ones in that this particular topic is being researched as regards the economy of Turkey for the first time. The results showed that the most important variables affecting foreign direct real estate investment in Turkey was openness and exchange rate. Furthermore, economic growth also has a positive impact. On the other hand, interest has been found to be the most negative factor affecting investments. Moreover, the increase in building construction costs directly reduce foreign real estate investment. The results show that the gradually increasing openness of Turkey’s economy contributes to the increase in foreign investments in the real estate market.

Financing problem is one of the main reasons for restricting the development of endowment real estate enterprises in China. By analyzing the present situation of endowment real estate enterprises financing and researching relevant literatures, we sum up 20 general influence factors. Using the data processing model of the principal component analysis method to analyze the 20 general influence factors under the help of SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software, we can find out the key influence factors which affect endowment real estate enterprises financing. Aiming at the key influence factors, we put forward some specific measures to promote the smooth development of endowment real estate enterprises financing in China.

In modern conditions of development, financial security is an integral part of the overall security of the region and is formed on the basis of the functioning of the financial system. The complication of relationships between key segments of international financial markets, as well as the limited ability to accurately predict future trends in the development of the global financial system, lead to a gradual increase in the risks that accompany the activities of economic entities, and an increase in the number and scale of internal and external threats that have a negative impact on the financial security of the state. This formulation of the issue requires generalization of approaches to determining the financial security of the region in order to further formalize this issue and determine the key factors affecting it. The article considers the types of financial security, as well as certain areas of ensuring the financial security of the region and their priority. In work the assessment of the level of socio-economic development of the region with a view to ensuring financial security on the basis of which offers the main activities and priority areas of implementation of the investment policy that will ensure financial security of the Republic of Crimea.

AbstractWestern blotting (WB) is one of the most widely used techniques to identify proteins as well as post translational modifications of proteins. The selection of electroblotted membrane is one of the key factors affecting the detection sensitivity of the protein which is transferred from gel to membrane in WB. The most common used membranes are polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and nitrocellulose (NC) membranes. Which membrane of these two is more suitable for WB has not been reported so far. Here, by incubating proteins which were transferred to PVDF or NC membranes with a series of antibodies and different types of lectins, we investigated the relationship between the binding ability of these two membranes to proteins or glycoproteins and the molecular weight of the target protein. The antibody re-probed ability of the two membranes was also explored. Moreover, we verified the above results by directly incubating proteins having different molecular weights onto PVDF or NC membranes. Bound proteins were stained with direct blue-71, and the staining intensity was quantitated by scanning and densitometry.
