The grinding machining parameters of large-caliber aspherics ultra-precision grinding processing depend on the analysis of online profile accuracy detection data .and the detection data has the second order of non-stationary characteristic . The research of second order of non-stationary data processing technique and isolate and reduce the random error of online detection data is key technology of ensure the precision of aspheric surface grinding accuracy . This paper proposed a parallel recursive identification of improved adaptive kalman filtering method , the simulation analysis and φ500mm aspheric surface element grinding experiment proved this method can real-time process second order of non-stationary data of online detection data , isolate and reduce the random error , make a best estimate of time-varying signal, provide correction parameter of grinding process , processed aspherical face proflie accuracy≤4μm.

Finite element models of an eddy current sensor array are built up by electromagnetic-circuit couple method, and the influences of conformable substrate on sensor’s output characteristics are analyzed by those models. It is shown that the model contains the conformable substrate has almost the same output characteristics as the model without it, but the output amplitudes and phases of the former model are higher than the latter. Therefore we can simply the sensor as a single surface to facilitate the analysis, and then revise it to fit to the real sensor.

According to the characteristics of mine fanner, the running characteristic and requirements of load was analyzed, and the fanner control system was simulated by using frequency control technology in this thesis. The speed flux double closed loop vector control system was designed by using the principle of the rotor field-oriented vector control and the mathematical model of asynchronous motor. The simulation model was simulated and analysised by MATLAB/Simulink. The result indicated that the vector control system can not only quickly responded to the change of the load torque but also have good speed control performance, and the mine fanner operation requirements was satisfied.

The dual characteristic of magnetorheological rheology and phase transitions is studied and its rheological principle is also described. By using the ANSYS finite element method, a simulation analysis of the torque transmission model is conducted. By selecting the magnetorheological fluid SG-MRF2035, a magneto-rheological torque servo device prototype (Gap of 1.5mm) is developed. And a performance testing platform is built for the torque output characteristics of prototype. The test results show that the device could provide supple output torque and the torque is continuously adjustable. This paper provides a new way for the wide application of magnetorheological fluids.

Abstract—The operation of a power plant depends on fuel where fuel costs are incurred on a generating unit is a function of the plant load. The ability power plant carry the load determine the reliability of an electrical system, hence the power raised always be done equal to needs in side load all the time. Fluctuations demand of electrical power in side load will cause fluctuations change fuel cost. In this paper, the correlation both commonly called input-output characteristics of the power plant needs to be determined. These characteristics declared total input tons of coal per hour is used and net electrical output where the output power is available to the electric utility. One way to achieve this goal is to match polynomial regression on the data using a second order polynomial. This model allows the study of the  incremental fuel cost resulting from a change load in a coal-fired power plant.Keywords—Coal-fired power, economic dispatch, incremental cost characteristics, input-output characteristics, second order polynomial regression.

The characteristics of the pulse-width inverter when working on an asynchronous load are obtained. According to the results of research, conclusions are made to determine the relationship between the form of output current and current in the DC voltage link and the mode of operation of the asynchronous motor. It is determined that the inverter has the greatest influence on the internal and output characteristics of the frequency Converter. the Converter has an inverter.
