This paper has used a comparative study for the key findings of the experimental studies.  The several aspects such as the legal framework, economic, culture and macro environment are subjected to be compared to measure the main gap as the issues between theoretical legal framework and IPR administrative procedures in China.  In addition, this paper includes several sources of experimental data from library, journals and Internet in order to obtain the accurate information for the comparative study.

This paper brings together a comparative study alongside expert analysis of the most important International Maritime Conventions of interest to two European Member States with extensive and significant maritime traditions, Italy and Greece. Initially the general legal framework of these two States with civil law systems is pointed out, followed by an analysis of the most influential and eminent maritime Conventions that have been implemented in the States’ legal systems. The Conventions on salvage, arrest of ships, maritime liens and mortgages and limitation of liability are considered and scrutinised. The methods and the legislative actions that the States adopted for the International rules to become part of their national legislative systems are examined thoroughly.

The development of e-commerce business in Indonesia is very rapid. The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia will make Indonesia the largest digital economy in Southeast Asia in 2020. However, there are several obstacles, one of which is the provision of a trusted e-commerce database. Data has an important element in development in developing an e-commerce business in Indonesia. As the National Statistics Organizations, BPS Statistics Indonesia was pushed to collect the e-commerce data. BPS has developed several methods of collection e-commerce data using e-commerce survey and crawling technique in 2018 but still has a weakness. As a comparative study, there are several countries of G-20 that have high development in e-commerce and associate themselves as BRICS countries. With SWOT Analysis and Maturity Assessment, this study wants to analyze strength, weakness, opportunity, and thread, also measure the maturity from each method of collection used. Based on the result, Indonesia has better maturity in technology implemented, but worse regulation and people cooperation.

This article analyzes the impacts of the international legal framework for the promotion of intellectual property rights on India's legal regime concerning the control over biological resources and inventions derived from biological resources. It focuses in particular on the newly adopted Biodiversity Act and Plant Variety Act as well as on amendments to the Patents Act and their organic relationship within the overall domestic legal framework. It analyzes these enactments in the context of the move towards the control of biological resources and derived products through property rights fostered by existing international treaties, in particular the TRIPS agreement and the biodiversity convention. This has impacts not only for control over biological resources and derived products but also more generally on the management of agriculture in India and other developing countries and the realization of food security and the human right to food at the individual level.

By collecting, comparing and analyzing the data of intellectual property crime cases officially published, it is found that there is a big contrast between the quantity and the actual situation. Such crimes have the possibility of the existence of large-scale crime black numbers, the expansion of the scope of real-world crime objects, and the difficulty of eradicating criminal objects in virtual worlds. It should be given priority in the legal framework to reduce the phenomenon of intellectual property crime.
