Abstract This article describes the approach to the construction of the Automated Management System (AMS) of sounders with high upgrading rate. The objective of this article is the synthesis of the structure of the automated management system of chime upon the principle of combined management with adaptive equalizer. Technical solutions have been created and implemented through the synthesized structure. As a result, we have developed the system structure itself, the mechanism of web-based access to its technological parameters and its self-tuning algorithm. Particular attention is paid to the selection of the best parameters of the control signal, namely, to the period and duty factor of the Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), which was chosen as a means of changing the speed and direction of rotation of the motor driving the linkage. The analysis of experimental studies showed that in order to achieve the loudest sound one needs to vary the period and the duty factor of PWM, with regard to the environment.

Supply chain is an inter-enterprise process that connects upstream and downstream companies closely. In order to accelerate the information flow in supply chain, therefore, we need an inter-enterprise and integrated information sharing method. The information sharing among enterprises can be transparency. Upstream and downstream companies access virtual data warehouse. That makes enterprise can achieve customer quick response by supply chain management. This study mainly proposed a reference model to adopt fast information flow mechanism and transfer information from customer demand to the manufacturing facilities. Besides, this study reviewed some key points for supporting business process collaborations when organizations implemented the work flow management system. Finally, we proposed our major findings and future directions

Microgrid can be applied in different locations, relative to traditional power technology. It can improve the reliability of users of electricity and power system operation. Distributed power in microgrid needs real-time and multi-objective optimization management. This paper discusses functions and structure of microgrid energy management system(MGEMS) when connected with the main grid. Problems in long-term and short-term energy management of microgrid are discussed. From the point of view of the software platform, the system structure of MGEMS software are proposed. On this basis, this paper discusses the way to construct modules of MGEMS and their functions.

With the development of modern industry, the consciousness of quality monitoring increases rapidly. The requirements to the dimensional control and profile monitoring of the products including the mechanical, optical and electric ones become higher and higher. New, non-contact and convenient instruments are needed to enable people to evaluate their products. A new type of dynamic active confocal probe is developed in this paper. The key point of this new method is that the displacement measurement of the vibrating lens located on the tuning fork is converted to time difference measurement, which is much simpler and assures higher accuracy in measurement. System structure and improvement, electric circuit and signal processing system are discussed. Experimental studies of the probe performance and analyses of the experimental results are presented.

Within the framework of the methodological support being developed for the planning and management of the fleet of a small shipping company, the task of synthesizing a management system has been solved. The structure and parameters of the system are determined based on the specified requirements for the conditions of its operation, as well as ways to ensure the goals of the functioning of the fleet management system of a small shipping company. The concept of a small, medium or large shipping company is defined by the number of vessels under operational management. It is noted that due to the variability of the economic situation in the transportation market in modern market conditions, permanent "rigid" connections between the elements of the transport system are not formed and the problem of coordinating the work of these elements exists only at the level of operational planning and regulation for small shipping companies. Therefore, it is necessary and sufficient to limit the system under study to the framework of flight planning. The fleet management system at this level in trump shipping traditionally consists of two consecutive subprocesses: the formation of vessel traffic patterns and the assignment of specific vessels to these schemes. The main result of the study is that a new management system structure was formed on the basis of a system analysis of processes in the conditions of working with a small fleet and identified addition-al tasks and requirements for the system. Distinctive features of the new structure from the prototype: the process of arranging transport vessels has been replaced by the process of determining the optimal composition of the leased fleet; two auxiliary subprocesses have been added to manage additional operations if necessary to unload cargo on an unequipped shore.

Among transition metal carbides and nitrides, zirconium, and hafnium compounds are the most stable and have the highest melting temperatures. Here we review published data on phases and phase equilibria in Hf-Zr-C-N-O system, from experiment and ab initio computations with focus on rocksalt Zr and Hf carbides and nitrides, their solid solutions and oxygen solubility limits. The systematic experimental studies on phase equilibria and thermodynamics were performed mainly 40–60 years ago, mostly for binary systems of Zr and Hf with C and N. Since then, synthesis of several oxynitrides was reported in the fluorite-derivative type of structures, of orthorhombic and cubic higher nitrides Zr3N4 and Hf3N4. An ever-increasing stream of data is provided by ab initio computations, and one of the testable predictions is that the rocksalt HfC0.75N0.22 phase would have the highest known melting temperature. Experimental data on melting temperatures of hafnium carbonitrides are absent, but minimum in heat capacity and maximum in hardness were reported for Hf(C,N) solid solutions. New methods, such as electrical pulse heating and laser melting, can fill the gaps in experimental data and validate ab initio predictions.

Urban water supply pipeline emergency accident in such aspects as occurrence, development and evolution is uncertain, it is necessary for different stages of emergency situation carries on the scientific assessment, decision support systems to aid decision making. Based on auxiliary decision-making problems in DSS, research its key technologies. First of all, from the knowledge acquisition, interpretation, presentation and reasoning of DSS system structure research; Then the FCR reasoning algorithm, through the fuzzy knowledge reasoning rules, cases, fuzzy knowledge reasoning part done between different library calls and internal reasoning to solve; Finally, the system development of the MVC architecture, and expounds its advantages. The study content of this paper to form a relatively complete city operation and management system, to deal with emergencies ability to water supply network, raise the scientific nature of the emergency management system is of great significance.
