This paper is a quantitative analysis of research on the number of library material requirements for the 2019 Curup IAIN library based on students. The purpose of this study is to obtain a quantitative amount of library material requirements for the 2019 IAIN Curup library based on students so that the numerical calculations can be evaluated and planned for meeting the needs of the visitors. The data used is data on the number of students in 2019 which is spread into several study programs and divided again based on the year of the year and the current semester. Other data used is data on the number of subjects that are billed at IAIN Curup 2019. The method used is quantitative analysis using mathematical logic. The results obtained are the number of library monograph materials with units of titles and copies seen from the number of students per semester, per year, and the accumulated number for all students of IAIN Curup in 2019. From the quantitative analysis results can be estimated in general user needs. The amount is recalculated against special circumstances regarding changes in the number of students for several reasons. This research is useful for making the design and evaluation of the policy development of the IAIN Curup library collection.

This paper is based on Web Application and it is host on the cloud web server. The main theme of that paper is study oriented material are bind to form the single website. It is mainly used for students to refer there department’s major paper oriented topic. This paper severs in the way of a video tutorial, presentation and relevant edition of book. It can be categories into a different part of languages C, C++, JAVA, database, computer networks etc. Whatever area the user wants they can be searched to use that material. There are three categories of user they are an admin, moderator and visitor. Admin having all permission to view the detail of the users. This will help to know what requirement the user needs. The visitor is a general user to visit the website to surf the study content and having some doubt about the subject they permit to post on that site. Moderator is the intermediate between the admin and the visitor, they have to upload the videos and presentation content and have to reply the posted questions also. The web framework was developed with the help of python-Django 1.11.1. It is one of the web frameworks that has inbuilt module and API. The user gets login with the help of Google authentication. In that way they detail can be stored in the database. Sqlite3 version database is used for fast retrieving and storing the data. The front end of this project is using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This will provide the good user-interface. The hijacker module is used to improvise the search content.

Software Component is a computer application that is useful for carrying out a desired job. This application is needed as a liaison between the brain (brainware) with hardware (hardware). Software also means a computer program that serves to perform special tasks, such as making documents, manipulating photos, making financial reports, or designing a house. Software can be divided into two, namely: System Operation. Software that functions to connect between users and computers, for example Windows 7, Windows 8, Linux, and Windows 10. Application. Software that can be applied to meet user needs. System network adapter drivers, network operations, and network protocols. As for examples of software in online communication, as follows. skype, hangout, web conference, whatsapp, Microsoft excel, video and audio, earlerning

Abstract: Educational game tools have important benefits in a child's cognitive development, motor skills, and children's fitness. The design and manufacturing done at the Mechanical Engineering Education Laboratory of Palangka Raya University needs to be analyzed to find out how far the tool is useful. The first thing to do is to study the literature and then identify research variables aimed at getting a picture of what the user needs. From the results of the initial questionnaire, three variables were obtained, namely design, easy game and safety. Further research data that have been obtained with an index value of the products obtained are 94.83%.

The amyloid state of proteins is widely studied with relevance to neurology, biochemistry, and biotechnology. In contrast with nearly amorphous aggregation, the amyloid state has a well-defined structure, consisting of parallel and antiparallel β-sheets in a periodically repeated formation. The understanding of the amyloid state is growing with the development of novel molecular imaging tools, like cryogenic electron microscopy. Sequence-based amyloid predictors were developed, mainly using artificial neural networks (ANNs) as the underlying computational technique. From a good neural-network-based predictor, it is a very difficult task to identify the attributes of the input amino acid sequence, which imply the decision of the network. Here, we present a linear Support Vector Machine (SVM)-based predictor for hexapeptides with correctness higher than 84%, i.e., it is at least as good as the best published ANN-based tools. Unlike artificial neural networks, the decisions of the linear SVMs are much easier to analyze and, from a good predictor, we can infer rich biochemical knowledge. In the Budapest Amyloid Predictor webserver the user needs to input a hexapeptide, and the server outputs a prediction for the input plus the 6 × 19 = 114 distance-1 neighbors of the input hexapeptide.
