 Interests and number of STMIK Balikpapan new student enrollments are increasing every year. The balance of the ratio of lecturers to students is one of the most important components in improving the quality and teaching and learning process of a university. Avoiding shortages in the number of lecturers can be realized by providing scholarship programs to alumni and teaching assistants. This study aims to build a multi criteria decision making application that can assist the Head of HRD in the process of receiving scholarships to advanced and effective study lecturers. The multi criteria decision making application developed in this study uses the SAW method. The implementation of the SAW method includes the process of evaluating the weighting of criteria, evaluating alternative weights, the matrix process, the results of decision making preferences, resulting in the weighting and ranking of each alternative candidate for the scholarship recipient. The results of the evaluation of multi-criteria application decision making in the study are expected to produce modeling with a high degree of accuracy. The results of the analysis carried out can provide alternative recommendations for prospective scholarship recipients to advanced study lecturers in STMIK Balikpapan.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.

Objetivo: identificar o perfil e a produção científica dos bolsistas de produtividade em pesquisa do Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa (CNPq) da área da Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde (RMS) no triênio 2013-2015. Metodologia: estudo descritivo e quantitativo. A pesquisa foi realizada no mês de setembro de 2017, utilizou-se formulário estruturado para coleta de dados a partir do currículo Lattes. Resultados: foram identificados 23 bolsistas, 91,5% do sexo feminino, 78,2% da categoria 2 e 43,5% da área da Enfermagem. Dentre o total de periódicos publicados 8 foram sobre a RMS com predominância de Qualis B1 e B4. Quanto às orientações sobre a RMS 23 foram realizadas no último triênio. Conclusão: é necessário estimular pesquisas sobre à RMS objetivando o conhecimento e valorização dessa modalidade educativa, bem como estimular a sua importância nos serviços de saúde. Conclusion: it is necessary to stimulate research on RMS aiming at the knowledge and valuation of this educational modality, as well as stimulating its importance in health services.
