Control problem of mechanical cutting is a development bottleneck of processing technology of robot. As compared to the simple mechanical process, the control process of automatic processing trajectory for cutting robot is relatively complex. This paper uses the CAD/CAM integrated control system to control the robot cutting process, which realizes the integration design of robot machining process. The extraction of G code is through the VC program, and then it uses MATLAB to do data analysis, which completes the design of process parameter for cutting path. Finally we use ADAMS simulation to forecaster the process parameters and machining process, through the analysis of the data it improves the machining accuracy. And it provides a theoretical reference for the research on mechanical automation process.

In the mechanical cutting process, the replacement of traditional cutting solution with cold air can avoid the pollution of environment. In order to high efficient the refrigerating device and flexible adjust the temperature of cold air, it is necessary to use cascade refrigeration system to supply cool quantity for the compressed air. The introduction of a two-component non-azeotropic mixing refrigerant into the cryogenic part of the cascade system, can effectively solve the problems of the system working at too high pressure and the volume expanding of refrigerant in case of the cascade refrigeration sets closed down. However, the filling ratio of mixing refrigerants impact on the relationships among the closing down pressure, refrigerating output and refrigerating efficiency. On the basis of computing and experiment, the optimal mixing ratio of refrigerant R22/R13 and a low temperature of -60° were obtained in this study. A cold air injecting device possessing high efficiency in energy saving has also been designed and manufactured. The cold air, generated from this cascade system and employed in a cutting process, takes good comprehensive effects on machining and cutting.

This study reports a facile fabrication method for highly conductive stretchable electrodes composed of a conductive 0D nanomaterial filler and an elastomer matrix. The local volume fraction of the Ag nanoparticles at the composite surface could be significantly increased by the sedimentation of Ag nanoparticles in uncured polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fluid. The stretchable electrodes had a surface resistance of 0.910±0.509 Ω/sq and were stretchable up to 100% of strain without the reduction of the electrical conductivity, demonstrating their potential as high-performance electrodes for applications in stretchable electronics.
