The purpose of this research was to identify the description of te'nea tradition, to recognize the driving force behind the shift in the meaning of te’nea tradition, and to explain the view of Islamic law regarding te’nea tradition in Majannang Village, Parigi District, Gowa Regency. The research method employed field research studies with a case study format through sociological and normative approaches.. The results showed that te'nea tradition was initially conducted merely with the purpose of kinship and eating together with relatives in an effort to commemorate the ancestors of the Pajaiyya extended family. The shift of the meaning of te'nea tradition occurred due to healing phenomenon of a broken leg sufferer in Bungung Toa where the ritual of te'nea took place. The shift of the tradition of te'nea is very fatal because it is suspected to contain shirk which has implications for the haram of this tradition in the perspective of Islamic Law, but if the element of shirk can be eliminated then this tradition will be in line with the teachings of friendship which is mustahab (recommended).

This handbook has several objectives and uses. First, it is designed to help HIV/AIDS researchers develop and write a detailed operations research proposal. An appropriate use of the handbook is as a resource in workshops or courses on research design and proposal development. Thus, the organization of the handbook follows that of a research proposal, starting with identifying, defining, and justifying a research problem, and ending with how to prepare a budget. Although the handbook is not an academic textbook on research methods, it does provide a review of many key concepts and important methods essential for conducting HIV/AIDS field research studies. These features can also help HIV/AIDS program administrators and managers as well as health policymakers understand the process of operations research and the uses of research findings to improve HIV/AIDS service delivery. Most examples were drawn from HIV/AIDS operations research studies conducted in Africa, Asia, and Latin America by the Horizons program, a global HIV/AIDS operations research program funded by USAID and implemented by the Population Council.

Benefits of silvicultural research on permanent sites are undeniable. The trick is in creating sustainable studies. Many promising programs soon wither. Yet, a few endure. What are the keys to staying power? This paper introduces the problem, discusses three high-profile projects, and suggests ways of establishing field research studies that withstand the vagaries of politics and time. Key words: research programs, cooperation, long-term, networking, field studies

The recorded seed predators of Amorpha fruticosa L., indigo bush weevils and pteromalid wasps, were the subject of laboratory and field research studies in the period from 2006 to 2011. Sample analyses were carried out on more than 30 localities in Serbia with the aim of measuring the summarized pre-dispersal and post dispersal predation preferences. The percentages of the total pre-dispersal (max?33%) and post-dispersal re-infested material (over 95%), make these insects serious candidates for host-plant suppression. Their bionomics were monitored through continuous collection, dessection and observation of infested seeds, in correlation with environmental parameters, especially water-level fluctuations in endangered forests.

Abstract. Studies were conducted to determine such indicators as humus, heavy metals, and enzymatic activity in the soils of uncultivated farmlands of the Vladimir region located in the Klyazma river basin. In the course of field research in 2018, soil samples were selected at 13 points representing various landscape areas belonging to the Klyazma river basin. According to the results of research, a positive relationship between the activity of soil enzymes and the content of humus was established. In the soils of uncultivated farmland, where there is a high concentration of soil enzymes, a high percentage of humus was found from 2.88% to 3.96%. The dependence between the indicators of activity of soil enzymes and anthropogenic impact was revealed. Thus, the transition from deposits to the meadow, i.e. reduce anthropogenic impact on the soil, there is a sharp increase in the activity of soil invertase, catalase and dehydrogenase, an active process of humification of soil. The detected concentrations of heavy metals in soil samples of uncultivated farmland do not exceed the standards set for the approximate permissible concentrations, but their quantitative content has increased significantly over the past decade, their accumulation occurs and there is a potential danger in the case of secondary input of these soils into agricultural use.

Abstract The analysis of soil spatial property variability (fuzziness) are important for the interpretation of the site-specific ecosystems not only with respect to process investigations but also for soils modelling. The objective of the study was an attempt to identify the primary parameters influencing the spatial variability of soils available without the necessity of carrying out time-consuming and costly field and laboratory research. The research was carried out in the Czermin commune. The research included the application of geostatistical methods and interpretation of source materials, including (i) digital soil-agricultural map, (ii) annex to the soil-agricultural map at a scale of 1:5000, (iii) soil quality contours and (iv) digital terrain model. The verification of field research results (test polygon) involved the performance of vertical transect soil profiles. Genetic horizon patterns and their morphological parameters were determined. Soil samples were collected for laboratory analyses, involving the determination of the basic physical soil properties. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and geostatistics. The database based on soil quality contours is more detailed than that based on the soil-agricultural map, because there is no loss of important data concerning the division of land. Obtaining data concerning soil type and/or agricultural usefulness complexes would require conducting a generalisation process. Nearby soil pits from 1974 and new (2015) open pits were located. Soil profile for the open pits from 2015 were described and soil samples were taken for basic physical soil properties.

The research studies the tradition of Diba blessings in Mejelis bil Musthafa Yogyakarta. The focus is on knowing the signification of selawat in the community. It is based-field research, that is, concerning living-hadits phenomena characterized by descriptive, qualitative and inductive study. It means that the research aimed at gaining general picture or the description about living-hadits. The approach to be used in the study is phenomenological one combined with functional theory. It results that the developing tradition in the life of Krapyak people is living-hadits one. In addition, there are some principal hadits to be used as guide in the activity. Besides, there is an important significance by the existence of the council, that is, spiritual aspect which cannot be lost from people tradition.

Keywords: Living Hadis, Tradition, Hadis, Blessing, Bil Mustaha Council
