The development of pottery products was emphasized as the research and development project. The main ingredient was Nong Suea clay, Pathumthani province. Normally, Nong Suea clay was used for land-fill industries. However, the way to use Nong Suea clay as materials for pottery products could be a value added technology. In addition, the pottery products created from Nong Suea clay were used as the decorative materials. From the line blend method, six mixing ingredients were focused. The researcher found that the suitable mixing ingredient was the third formula that contained Nong Suea clay (80%) and Ranong white clay (20%). This formula was processed into five types of pottery products. Two temperatures were monitored for firing. First, the temperature at 850 °C was used for three different types of pots. This product was normally shaped by hand with a throwing wheel that led to the industrial process level. Second, the temperature at 1,200 °C was used for two different types of vases. The product decorations of these groups were applied by the flowing glaze technique which was suitable for long-term research and development. The craftmen in should be highly skilled, tool uses, and higher temperature capacity of kiln.

In their quest for economic efficiency, American firms are increasingly outsourcing their processes as well as their products. Companies may outsource operations themselves or use the services of special outsource firms such as contract manufacturers and external service providers (ESPs). The present study focuses on evolving dynamics within these intermediaries, particularly their accelerated move to offshore operations. This paper examines the causes and effects of this trend. The first casualties register in the American workforce. Though U.S. firms and consumers enjoy some near-term benefit from this job transfer, long-term implications are ominous. By broadening their geographic locus and hiring local professionals, ESPs unwittingly expedite the emergence of an indigenous labor pool to replace them. Already domestic providers are encountering local ventures that offer value-added technology in upstream areas like architecture, development and integration. If such firms continue to gain recognition in high-end activity, they may credibly lay claim to the commodity work of product assembly and transaction processes. American firms are targeting these same areas, especially the nascent realm of business process outsourcing (BPO). As U.S. outsourcers rush relentlessly downstream and transplant their backend support services to overseas locations, they may be outsourcing their own future. The paper will give three case study examples at each end of this labor food chain. As domestic examples we include a domestic contract manufacturer and a BPO provider. Both firms have established an overseas presence. Lastly, we examine an overseas competitor leveraging its upstream success in high-value IT services to secure a beachhead in BPO.

Deploying femtocells has been taken as an effective solution for removing coverage holes and improving wireless service performance in 3G-beyond wireless networks such as WiMAX and Long Term Evolution (LTE). This article investigates a novel framework of dynamic spectrum management for femtocell networks, called cognitive-empowered femtocells (CEF), aiming at mitigating both cross-tier and intratier interferences with minimum modifications required on the corresponding macrocell network. With the proposed framework, each CEF base station (BS) and the femtocell users can utilize spatiotemporally available radio resources for the access traffic. We conclude that the proposed CEF framework can effectively complement the existing femtocell design and serve as a value-added feature to the state-of-the-art femtocell technologies, while achieving high scalability and interoperability by minimizing the required modifications on the macrocell protocol design.

Construction logistics process hides some non value added activities which are difficult to avoid, those activities have extended leading time which are not only cause the delay of the project completion, but also spend more production expenses that effect to the profit itself. Data rising by questionnaire is conducted in 22 qualified contractors around Denpasar with 3 respondents in each contractor. Data raising by questionnaire is done in 2 stages, first stage is questionnaire which identify wastes. Second stage are questionnaire which determine waste causes. Field observation is aimed to create a value steam mapping of construction logistic process. It had been found 7 types of wasting which often occurs. They are the field inspection, the purchase of one type material in different suppliers, awaiting the instruction of the owner, the delay of the material transportation, the purpose of approval or additional signature, clarification needs, awaiting the instruction of the superior. Afterwards, the cause of each wasting, namely the workers inspected are less skilled, the bad quality of goods given by the suppliers, the owner procedures which require workers await the instruction before working, material loading-unloading and distribution process is too slow, a complicated bureaucratic system and unclear information. And from the observation, it is obtained that there are some non-added activities occurred throughout the value stream of the construction project logistics, among them awaiting the approval of the supervisors, transportation, awaiting the order process which is still done manually and product defects during the material selection. As a wasting reduction, it is necessary to simplify the process, create a standard operation procedure, provide enough training to the workers so they are more independent, use an information technology to ease the delivery of the report, hold a long-term contracts with the suppliers and the internal customers.

Since peaceful coexistence reflects in its various aspects the concept of harmony between the members of the same society with their different national, religious and sectarian affiliations, as well as their attitudes and ideas, what brings together these are the common bonds such as land, interests and common destiny. But this coexistence is exposing for crises and instability and the theft of rights and other that destroy the communities with their different religious, national, sectarian, ethnic aspects, especially if these led to a crisis of fighting or war, which produces only destruction and mass displacement, ttherefore, the process of bridging the gap between the different parts of society in the post-war phase through a set of requirements that serve as the basis for the promotion of peaceful coexistence within the same country to consolidate civil and community peace in order to create a general framework and a coherent basis to reconstruct the community again.      Hence the premise of the research by asking about the extent of the possibility and ability of the community of religious and ethnic diversity, which has been exposed to these crises, which aimed at this diversity, basically to be able to rise and re-integrate within the same country and thus achieve civil and community peace, and Mosul is an example for that, the negative effects of the war and the accomplices of many criminal acts have given rise to hatred and fear for all, leading to the loss of livelihoods, which in the long term may have devastating social and psychological consequences.        To clarify all of this, the title of the first topic was a review of the concept and origin of peaceful coexistence. While the second topic dealt with the requirements of peaceful coexistence and social integration in Mosul, the last topic has identified the most important challenges facing the processes of coexistence and integration in Mosul. All this in order to paint a better future for the conductor at all levels in the near term at the very least to achieve the values of this peaceful coexistence, especially in the post-war period.

A novel strategy for the oxidation of Mg-based intermetallic compounds using CO2 as an oxidizing agent was realized via simple thermal treatment, called ‘CO2-thermic Oxidation Process (CO-OP)’. Furthermore, as a value-added application, electrochemical properties of one of the reaction products (carbon-coated macroporous silicon) was evaluated. Considering the facile tunability of the chemical/physical properties of Mg-based intermetallics, we believe that this route can provide a simple and versatile platform for functional energy materials synthesis as well as CO2 chemical utilization in an environment-friendly and sustainable way.

BINUS Center is the informal educational institution that organizes IT and language training. Inrecent years the revenue BINUS Center continues to decrease, it is evident from the outlet  BINUS Center decreased from year to year. The purpose of making this research is to make strategy planning Business & ICT, create new models of learning supported by ICT strategy, test and measure the results obtained, and then made some strategic ideas at the moment and will come in the form of short-term priorities, medium and long term. The result is a cost that can be in the efficiency, a more flexible, first-class runs with a minimal number of participants, participant satisfaction, and competitive advantage.  Keywords: business strategy, ICT strategy, business process improvement, priority.
