The influence of presowing seed treatment of corn, spring barley and winter wheat on growth, development and productivity of these cultures was studied. It was established that nitrogen-fixing and phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms and their combinations enhance biometrical parameters of plants, influence positively on the productivity and quality of grain comparatively to control.

The highest yield of the promising cotton variety Pakhtakor-1 was achieved by irrigating the cotton with placing black plastic film. Accordingly, the average yield for 3 years was 37.2 q/ha, which was more by 7.9 q/ha than the control variant, whereas it was higher by 2.7 q/ha than Bayaut-2 variety of cotton, in which the same irrigation method was applied. It was found that in Pakhtakor-1 variety, fiber yield was 38.1-39.9%, followed by fiber length 33.5-34.0 mm and weight of 1000 seeds was 115-120.1 grams. Cotton fiber yield, fiber length and weight of 1000 seeds in Pakhtakor-1 for the three years were higher by 0.2-1.0 %, 0.1-0.7 mm and 0.4-1.6 mm, correspondingly, than the standard An-Bayaut-2. The highest economic efficiency of cultivating standard An-Bayaut-2 and promising cotton varieties Pakhtakor-1 through various irrigation technologies was achieved in the form of irrigated with black plastic film, accounted for net profit of 1943902 sums/ha (45 % profitability rate) and 870,583 sums of additional income (17.2 % the profitability rate) than the control.

The recognition and interaction of cells with the extracellular matrix (ECM) effects the normal physiology as well as the pathology of all multicellular organisms. These interactions have been shown to influence the growth, development, and maintenance of normal tissue function. In previous studies, we have shown that neonatal cardiac myocytes specifically interacts with a variety of ECM components including fibronectin, laminin, and collagens I, III and IV. Culturing neonatal myocytes on laminin and collagen IV induces an increased rate of both cell spreading and sarcomerogenesis.

Drought conditions make landscape irrigation and reducing water use top-of-mind for many Floridians. Encouraging wise water use is of particular importance to the smart irrigation industry and water policy makers. This 5-page fact sheet written by Hayk Khachatryan, Alicia Rihn, Dong Hee Suh, and Michael Dukes and published by the UF/IFAS Food and Resource Economics Department pinpoints key attributes and barriers affecting consumers' irrigation purchases and their adoption of smart irrigation technologies. https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/fe1080

The deficit of the irrigation water requires irrigation technologies with more efficient water use. For cucumbers, the most suitable is the drip irrigation technology. For establishing of the appropriate irrigation schedule of cucumbers under the soil and climate conditions in the village of Chelopechene, near Sofia city, the researchеs was conducted with drip irrigation technology, adopting varying irrigation schedules and hydraulic regimes - from fully meeting the daily crops water requirements cucumbers to reduced depths with 20% and 40%. It have been established irrigation schedule with adequate pressure flows in the water source, irrigation water productivity and yields of in plastic unheated greenhouses of the Sofia plant.
