The prefabricated cabin substation is a new type of intelligent substation integrating environmental protection, energy saving, high efficiency and economy. In view of the characteristics of the prefabricated cabin intelligent substation, its differences with conventional substations in terms of modularity and intelligent design are compared, the advantages of the prefabricated cabin substation are summarized, the key technology research of the cabin design is carried out, and its technical and economic indicators are analyzed. The research results show that, compared with conventional standardized substations, the use of prefabricated cabin substation mode can effectively improve the space utilization rate and the flexibility of station construction, the construction area can be reduced by 19%, the construction period is shortened by about 30%, and the cost is reduced by 5.35%, which has good economic and practical value.

The large complex structure integral components composed of difficult-to-machine material (such as titanium alloy, high temperature alloy) are more and more widely applied in aerospace, weapon equipment and other industries. The material utilization rate and the processing efficiency of the milling process are very low, the cost is high. Micro copper tubes (diameter 2mm, inner diameter 1.6mm) are arranged to electrode with shape to be processed, which could cut these components with a high efficiency and low cost. The fabrication of electrode is simple and convenient, so the cost of electrode could be reduced too. The flow field design is an important problem to be solved. The model of flow field is established, and flow field of different cathodes are simulated.The analysis results show that the rectifying ring is favorable for the electrochemical machining. Finally, the cathode with rectifying ring is used in processing experiment, the edge of cutting zone is orderly, no spark and short circuit occurs. Straight line and circular hole is successfully processed. The feasibility of the scheme is proved.

The problem of operational calculation of machining content and labor intensity of manufacturing parts of a new nomenclature, mainly processed by cutting, at highly specialized machine-building enterprises when calculating the technical and economic indicators of the order is considered. The proposed estimation algorithm is based on the operational calculation of the machining content of cutting operations and the calculation of the reduced labor intensity of heat treatment operations, electroplating and lacquer coating, as well as locksmith and control operations.

The study is devoted to the efficiency evaluation of land plowing by the tractors produced by LLC "MTZ" with production capacity in the range of 13 - 95.2 horsepower, on the basis of a comparative analysis of the estimated values of specific monetary expenditures for the implementation of land plowing, and analysis of indicators that characterize the energy efficiency of the equipment involved. The analysis of technical and economic parameters of the plowing plots and energy efficiency indicators of the equipment used is based on a number of statistical research methods, which include graphical, morphological and regression analysis. The article provides recommendations on the formation of a wage fund for employees in accordance with the category and class level of excavation work performed, and the general conditions in which these works were carried out. The recommendations on the selection of agricultural machinery (tractors) are suggested. On the basis of further analysis of technical and economic indicators, a formula has been derived, with the help of which one can calculate the unit cost of land plowing, at the known values of the area of the site, which is processed and the cost of the purchase of equipment and known normative indicators, which characterize the overall duration of the work. The result of the conducted research of technical and economic indicators is the provision of recommendations for the improvement of the design of tractors with a production capacity of up to 25 horsepower (“Belarus 132H”), to reduce the load on the main parts of the tractor and increase the speed value, with which you can plow from 2,5 k/h to the recommended value of 5,6 k/h. In the course of further research, recommendations were made regarding the selection of equipment, which is that the lowest costs for land plowing are observed when using a tractor with a production capacity of 25 horsepower ("Belarus132Н") and it will cost 35 USD/h, that is, provided that the motor-tractor park will be available from the entrepreneur

The article mainly develops and analyzes the technical and economic indicators of mortar mixed with flax stalk fiber and the material used for producing mortar mixed with flax stalk fiber. The length-fineness ratio and the proportion of flax stalk fiber in mortar have been determined by experiments. Additionally, this article also analyzes various economic indicators of mortar mixed with flax stalk fiber. Proper mixture of flax stalk fiber with mortar can improve and enhance thermal insulation performance of buildings and the crack resistance capability of plaster layers. The result shows that this method can lower the weight of plastering by 42.46 per cent and reduce the cost of plastering by 33.36 per cent. This new material has shown its superior energy saving and environmental friendly features. Therefore, the material has a broad practical potential in constructions.

In the science of car repair, the problem of restoring worn-out crankshafts is very relevant. The engineering solutions proposed in the article will provide an increase in the technical and economic indicators of repair: an increase in the quality of coating by a gas-flame method with a finishing non-abrasive antifriction treatment. At the same time, the engineering solution consisting in the formation of one groove on each journal of the crankshaft, brazing of a copper wire, followed by flame spraying of a coating, sealed by a disk, and grinding of the journals (the bearing supports), provides a non-wear effect. So, thanks to the coil of copper wire, the resource of the crankshaft increases and the cost of repaired crankshafts are reduced in comparison with new ones.

THE PURPOSE. An urgent problem in the development of offshore wind energy is the high cost of generating electricity, which is due to large capital investments. The solution to this problem is possible by increasing efficiency while reducing costs as much as possible, which requires optimal design of offshore wind farms.GOAL. Development of model for the technical and economic indicators of offshore wind farms based on configuration data, taking into account the factors of climatic conditions and the topography of the seabed at the site of the planned wind farm location.METHODS. Mathematical modeling using Matlab software environment.RESULTS. The model evaluates the impact of wake and electrical losses in the main components of the electrical system on the operation of an offshore wind farm, and also allows to take into account the influence of the seabed relief on the economic characteristics of wind turbine foundations. The model was tested on the example of calculating two existing offshore wind farms «Horns Rev 1» and «Horn Rev 2» by comparing the calculated indicators of the average annual electricity generation, capacity factor, capital expenditures and normalized cost of electricity with the actual indicators obtained during their operation. The comparison results show slight deviations within 5% of the actual values.CONCLUSION. The model for assessing the technical and economic indicators of offshore wind farms was developed and tested on the basis of data on the wind farm configuration and layout, as well as factors of climatic conditions and terrain. Evaluation of the computational speed showed a sufficiently high efficiency of the algorithm, which allows the model to be applied to optimize large offshore wind farms.

The advanced risk based management (RBM) technique is playing a more and more important role in raising the standard of business management, reducing the cost of production, ensuring the long period safe operation of plants. With the support of the High-technology Research and Development Program of China (863 project), National Key Technology R&D Program of China, Social Commonweal Research Project of The Ministry of Science and Technology of China, etc, many research achievements have been made by the units concerned. These achievements have been used widely in petrochemical plants now. In this paper, the application status of RBM technique of petrochemical plants in china was summed up in the aspects of the analysis flow, application status, problems and suggestions. Finally, the summary and outlook on the application of RBM technique in China were made.
