Referring to the sketches, the alternative rotation of shaft (101) allows for absolute sealing between the left side and the right side of seal (1020). A device for total sealing around a shaft in alternating rotation is characterized in that a seal (1020), the main part of the device, called a torsion disc, constitutes the material insulator and is fixed on a shaft (101) by means of two spacers (610) and (620), where the spacer (610) is held in position by the bearing (710) and the spacer (620), which clamps the seal (1020), is held in position by the bearing (720). Along the shaft (101) on both sides of the seal (1020), O-rings (510) and (520) and possibly temperature insulating rings (410) and (420) can be arranged. On both sides of the seal (1020) there are possibly two pressure isolating stops (210) and (220), which slide in rotation on two other stops (110) and (120). The two bearing housings (228) and (8) are positioned relative to each other by means of shims (7) in order to clamp the seal (1020) at the bore and at the shaft. Connecting screws connect the bearing housings (228) and (8) and further connecting screws connect the housing (8) and the wall (22). Absolute sealing of a kinematic Stirling engine is now achievable. A French patent was taken out on August 27th, 2020.

Refering to figure 1 [Fig.1], an oscillating « flipper » piston (1) and its associated chamber (2) are maintained without reciprocal contact. No oil is required because there is no contact and so no friction. An oscillating shaft (22) maintains the oscillating « flipper »piston (1). Around shaft (22), a twisting seal (8) allows for absolute sealing. This characteristic is important for Stirling engines and oil-free compressors. Referring to figure 4 [Fig.4], the two oscillating « flipper » pistons on the left belong to a Stirling-Franchot engine, more particularly to a Stirling-Franchot engine with two oscillating « flipper » pistons and so with two quadric crank mechanisms. The oscillating « flipper » piston on the right belongs to an oil-free compressor. The Stirling engine shaft (11), which is in alternative rotation, directly powers the oil-free compressor shaft (22). This prevents the use of a third quadric crank mechanism from shaft (33) to shaft (22). A Stirling engine connected to an oilfree compressor is useful when the fluid is precious or dangerous. A French patent was taken out on Februar 1st, 2020.

Abstract The paper examines systems integration and its main levels at higher levels of control. At present, the systems integration is one of the main aspects participating in the consolidation processes and financial flows of a company. Systems Integration is a complicated emotionconsuming process and it is often a problem to choose the right approach and level of integration. The research focused on four levels of integration, while each of them is characterized by specific conditions. At each level, there is a summary of recommendations and practical experience. The paper also discusses systems integration between the information and MES levels. The main part includes user-level integration where we describe an example of such integration. Finally, we list recommendations and also possible predictions of the systems integration as one of the important factors in the future.

This article critically discusses the Thai criminal law applicable to online falsehoods, namely Section 14 para. 1(1) and (2) of the Act on Computer-Related Offences. Linking developments in Thailand to global and Southeast Asian fake news discourses, the article’s main part sheds light on several interpretational and constitutional complexities. Conflicting concepts of falsity and an uncertain ambit of protected interests are found to persist despite legislative amendments. As the right to freedom of expression in principle also protects false factual statements, recent constitutional jurisprudence on the principle of proportionality is applied to evaluate the prescribed level of criminal punishment. The article provides an in-depth analysis that contributes to the evolving scholarship on the challenges of regulatory responses to fake news.

Creative activity, which ends with the creation of intellectual property objects, are mostly carried out by individuals employed in various private sectors or scientists working in higher education/research institutions. Therefore, the question who is the owner of the intellectual property object (invention), employee/inventor, whose direct participation with and usage of intellectual labor, the object was created by, or the employer, whose material technical base, experience and the other resources were used to create the invention, does not lose relevance. Georgia belongs to the continental, i.e. Romano-Germanic legal system. Modern Georgian intellectual property law has undergone a very interesting path of development since the restoration of independence. It should be noted that Georgia is the first country from the former Soviet republics to establish a national patent agency in 1992 (12,246). In this article, the authors focus on the basic regulations of Georgian and German patent law that regulate the ownership of an invention created by employees. As it is known, in Georgia the issue is resolved by the „Patent Law“, while in Germany, in addition to the patent law, there is an „Employee Inventions Act“. The scientific article consists of an introduction, a main part and a conclusion. The introduction presents the urgency of the legal problem. The main part, on the one hand, discusses the legal status of inventions created by employees, gives the relationship between patent law and labor law on this issue (on the example of Georgian legislation) and, on the other hand, the authors analyze the German ,,Employee Inventions Act“, which we find a detailed arrangement of an issue of interest to us in. The law is structured in such a way that the balance between the interests of the employee and the employer is maximally maintained, the rule of compensation is provided, a distinction is made between service and free inventions, and ways of resolving disputes between the parties are provided. The legal basis for arbitration is in the foreground. There is also a court of law under the jurisdiction of which these disputes are considered.

This Project deals with the present investigation is to obtain the performance of the concrete by the microbiologically induced special growth. One such has led to the development of a very special concrete known as bacterial concrete or otherwise called as self-healing concrete where the bacteria is induced in the mortars and concrete to heal up the faults. Researchers with different bacteria proposed different concrete. Here an attempt was made by using the bacteria “Bacillus Subtitles”. The Study showed a significant increase in the compressive strength due to the addition of bacteria. When 30ml of Bacillus subtitles is added in M20 grade concrete is attains maximum compressive strength. In Concrete self-healing property is successfully achieved due to addition of bacteria. Bacillus subtitles is used to induce Caco 3 precipitation. The main part of work will focus on how the right conditions can be created for the bacteria not only to concrete but to produce as much calcite as needed to repair cracks.

We study generalized branching random walks on the real line R that allow time dependence and local dependence between siblings. Specifically, starting from one particle at time 0, the system evolves such that each particle lives for one unit amount of time, gives birth independently to a random number of offspring according to some branching law, and dies. The offspring from a single particle are assumed to move to new locations on R according to some joint displacement distribution; the branching laws and displacement distributions depend on time. At time n, Fn(·) is used to denote the distribution function of the position of the rightmost particle in generation n. Under appropriate tail assumptions on the branching laws and offspring displacement distributions, we prove that Fn(· - Med(Fn)) is tight in n, where Med(Fn) is the median of Fn. The main part of the argument is to demonstrate the exponential decay of the right tail 1 - Fn(· - Med(Fn)).

Abstract Background: Dextrocardia is a congenital abnormal position of the heart in which the main part of the heart is in the right chest and the long axis of the heart points to the lower right, cases with combination of dextrocardia and sick sinus syndrome are rare.Case presentation: A 65-year-old female patient was admitted with palpitations and dizziness for 1 week. Mirror-image Dextrocardia and sick sinus syndrome was diagnosed by electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiography, Holter monitoring, and X-ray. The rarity of the case and the specificity of anatomy brought great challenges to our interventional treatments. Finally, we successfully implanted a DDD pacemaker into the patient. Conclusion: For dextrocardia, using active fixation leads in both atrial and ventricular leads is easier to find the position with optimal sensing and pacing threshold, which also have a lower and more stable pacing threshold and can reduce the incidence of falling off at the same time. During operation, combine the multiple positions under fluoroscopy to confirm the leads position, which can improve the success rate of implantation.
