High-precision machining and large-scale tool are the most primary development trend of current machine tool and hydrostatic products are key technologies of high-precision machining equipments. However, these equipments mostly process miniature components, thus the adopted tools are relatively small and the spindles mainly use are mainly built-in types of HSK32 to HSK25 with revolutions speed over 25,000rpm. Some processing equipments are even equipped with hydrostatic or gas-static spindles. The study extends the axial oil chamber to radial ones to expand the action area of axial oil pressure and form a closed oil seal edge by combining the radial clearance. Consequently, the axial bearing stiffness can be enhanced to enlarge the application scope of hydrostatic spindle. The design mode can enhance axial stiffness of spindle modules or strengthen the stiffness of hydrostatic spindle in a ball screw.

With the development of computer graphics, real-time rendering-based VF: technology has been applied in more and more fields. LOD is the key technology in large-scale terrain rendering. In this paper, the basic concept of LOD is introduced briefly and some algorithms of LOD in use are mentioned and analyzed; secondly as one of algorithms of LOD, View-Dependent Progressive Mesh algorithm is studied and improved, the result of implementing the large-scale terrain’s LOD by using VDPM is presented. There are key technologies in LOD Large-scale terrain real-time rendering are researched. Relative technologies are presented such as: LOD of the terrain, visibility culling, and cracks eliminate, view-dependent refine, LOD error, technologies of texture etc. Using LOD technology, VR system can greatly reduce the; number of polygons produced in real-time rendering procedure. Finally, we do experimental design work based on the methods and techniques presented by this paper.

In the past 20 years, coal bed methane (CBM) surface well technology has made some progress in mining active areas in China, but it still remains at its experimental and study stage, and industrialized and large-scale development has not been achieved. The research of the key technologies, such as the distribution of surface wells, the identification and protection of the high-risk locations of casing damage, the optimization of well structure, and the security monitoring of surface drainage in mining active areas, is the key for CBM surface well development in mining active areas of China.

Basing on the analysis, the functions of the V2G system, such as peak shaving, frequency adjusting, UPS and disturbance stabilizing, are discussed in this paper. And the key technologies of V2G are put forward according to the ongoing research and demonstration. The main research route and methods are established, which includes the nonlinear multivariable decoupling method of power battery pack, the integrated process control method of EV energy and driving system, the statistical characteristics of EV large-scale demonstration and the control theory and method.

String matching algorithm is one of the key technologies in numerous network security applications and systems. Nowadays, the increasing network bandwidth and pattern set size both call for high speed string matching algorithm for large-scale pattern set. An improved algorithm based on WM algorithm for large-scale pattern set is proposed in this paper. The presented multiple pattern string matching algorithm, DWMH, which we call in brief, combines the idea of Horspool algorithm with WM algorithm and applies the method of double hash to revise WMs HASH table to achieve better performance. Our extensive experiments demonstrated that DWMH algorithm is more efficient than WM algorithm, particularly when the size of pattern set becomes large-scale.

Micro-Grid is a small system consisting of micro-power source and the load, which provide electricity and heat for the user. Micro-grid concept proposed mainly to solve large-scale, distributed power and network diversity technically and issues on the market and policy in order to play the advantages of distributed generation technologies in the economic, energy and the environment. It can maximize acceptance of distributed power, and better meet the electricity users’ requirements of power reliability and power quality. Therefore, the research and development of micro-network is an inevitable choice for a large number of distributed generation connected to the grid. This paper briefly discusses evolution of Micro-Grid development, including the difference from conventional power system, the characteristics of Micro-Grid, the present research status, and the key technologies of Smart Grid.
