Choosing a high-speed rail vehicle depends on many factors. On the one hand, there are requirements for ensuring the quality of service for passengers, on the other hand, there are constraints resulting from the parameters of available infrastructure. Also a relation of the benefit and financial costs associated with the purchase and the operation of rolling stock is essential. Technical characteristics of vehicles selected for operating a particular system is a compromise between the three groups of requirements. In this article technical parameters of railway infrastructure and rolling stock are classified and then analysed from the TSI requirements point of view.

The series of articles describing aerodynamic phenomena caused by train passage characterise the interaction of a train travelling at high speed with the moving train itself, on other trains, on trackside objects and on people. This interaction can be of two types – generated pressure and slipstream. Apart from the literature analysis, the author’s research was also taken into account. The first part presents the general classification of aerodynamic phenomena, the pressure change wave-form in open space caused by the passage of a train and the pressure interaction with trackside objects. Conclusions are presented on the construction of a high-speed rail vehicle and the strength and location of structures on high-speed lines. The construction and selection of a suitable bijective function, that is, substitution, is now becoming an important applied task, particularly for building block encryption systems. Many articles have suggested using different approaches to determining the quality of substitution, but most of them are highly computationally complex. The solution of this problem will significantly expand the range of methods for constructing and analyzing scheme in information protection systems. The purpose of research is to find easily measurable characteristics of substitutions, allowing to evaluate their quality, and also measures of the proximity of a particular substitutions to a random one, or its distance from it. For this purpose, several characteristics were proposed in this work: difference and polynomial, and their mathematical expectation was found, as well as variance for the difference characteristic. This allows us to make a conclusion about its quality by comparing the result of calculating the characteristic for a particular substitution with the calculated mathematical expectation. From a computational point of view, the thesises of the article are of exceptional interest due to the simplicity of the algorithm for quantifying the quality of bijective function substitutions. By its nature, the operation of calculating the difference characteristic carries out a simple summation of integer terms in a fixed and small range. Such an operation, both in the modern and in the prospective element base, is embedded in the logic of a wide range of functional elements, especially when implementing computational actions in the optical range, or on other carriers related to the field of nanotechnology.

Current geopolitical and economic conditions for the functioning of railway transport in most post-Soviet states are such that it is extremely difficult to provide required quality of transport services and break-even operations at high expenses for maintaining the railway infrastructure and rolling stock. Dynamics of transportation of the Tajik Railway (TSR) is shown, which displays that most of its sections are classified as low-intensity ones. The paper proposes methodical principles, setting and qualitative analysis of the task of rationalization of operational work and organization of car flows for international transportation, taking into account the specifics of the Tajik Railway. There is a problem of complex maintenance of the efficiency of operational work in modern conditions based on the synthesis of the tasks of self-management (rational internal operational technology of the Tajik Railway) and coordination tasks (technological interaction with railway administrations of other states). Author substantiated the necessity of solving this problem. Proposed classification of technological restrictions and controlled variables in the performance of transport takes into account methods for changing external conditions for the functioning of the railway landfill and methods for increasing internal efficiency of its operation. The search for the solution of the problem involves direct search of variants along its ordered set with clipping of groups of variants that do not correspond to constraints, with the subsequent finding of compromise control over a set of effective alternatives.

This paper presents a discussion on aircraft type gas-turbine train development. For railway traction purposes, the turbo-engines used on aircraft would improve the quality of the services provided in the electrified lines. The gas turbine should insure high speed and satisfactory acceleration. It would enable relatively lightweight construction to be carried out and run at a higher speed than trains on non-electrified lines. The gas turbine will not completely replace the diesel engine, but it will enable rolling stock to be constructed for which the diesel is unsuitable, especially in the case of high-speed, lightweight trainsets and, in the future, very high-powered units.

The article provides a selection of studies on the problem of developing languages for the mutual description of migrants and the host society. The authors consider the problem, on the one hand, through the prism of heterogeneity of the language for describing migrants in the host society, and on the other, through the absence of legitimate representatives of migrants representing them in the dialogue with the Russian society. It offers a point of view on the reasons for the dominance of ethnic discourse in the description of migrants and the migration situation, and wide pluralism in the use of ethnic categories in describing migration. It is shown that migrants do not participate in the development of rhetoric of organisations recognised by the authorities as their legitimate representatives. The article raises the question about the formation of new representatives of migrant groups, whose legitimacy is based not on powers delegated by the authorities, but on recognition by horizontal communities. It is assumed that, on the basis of the network representations, a mechanism is being formed for the humanisation of the image of migrants through the return of subjectivity in communication with the host society

The aim of this study is to evaluate the hygienic quality of the dishes cooked and sold by the women traders in the town of Korhogo. The study was carried out with 45 restaurants in the town of Korhogo. It consisted on the one hand, a survey based on the Ishikawa diagram in order to assess the hygienic conditions, and on the other hand of microbiological analyses of the ready-to-serve meals. A total of 90 samples were taken, including 2 dishes per restaurant, respectively consisting of one hot and one cold dish. Generally, results showed that hygienic conditions were unsatisfactory based on the utilized guidelines. From a microbiological point of view, the meal samples were 75.2% satisfactory, 7.6% acceptable and 17.2% unsatisfactory. In view of these results, it appears essential to improve hygiene conditions by greater involvement of the official services involved in training these traders and monitoring compliance with good hygiene practices and the establishment of a program of cleaning and disinfection of premises and equipment.

В статье определены подходы к выделению учетных объектов в системе качества информационного продукта; выделены основные преимущества использования информационных технологий в информационных системах бухгалтерского; определены направления формирования бухгалтерской информационно-аналитической учетной системы с позиции качества бухгалтерской отчетности. На практике активно применяется концепция реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов, которая позволяет значительно улучшить результативность и отдачу системы бухгалтерского учета. Кардинальная перестройка системы бухгалтерского учета позволяет формировать информацию, на основе которой образуются положительные эффекты в производственном управлении. Область охвата положительных эффектов зависит от радикальности, стоимости и качества выполненных преобразований учетной системы через пользование реинжиниринговыми услугами. Исследования показывают, что одной из важнейших черт описанного подхода к системе бухгалтерского учета является выражение цели функционирования учетной системы через получение конкретного учетного информационного продукта. In the article the approaches to the selection of account objects in the system quality of an information product; the main benefits of using information technology in accounting information systems; determined the directions of formation of accounting information and analytical accounting system in terms of quality of financial statements.
