The economic indicators of cascade hydropower stations are the main technical means in the current economic operation management, but there are management loopholes in various economic indicators. Aiming at the particularity of the operation of cascade hydropower stations in dry season and the new form of grid reform, combined with the characteristics of various economic indicators, the power matching deviation coefficient is proposed to hedge the loophole of comprehensive water consumption rate, and the price difference is used to balance the spread between cascade hydropower stations. This indicator can correctly guide production and operation personnel to tap potential and increase efficiency and ensure healthy competition while ensuring the overall economic operation. The evaluation system has a good effect in the actual use of the Dadu River cascade hydropower stations, and has obvious promotion effect on the production control of the cascade hydropower stations.

In order to master the dispatching level of cascade hydropower stations and guide them to know how to operate in the future, based on the analysis of the factors affecting the dispatching results, a multiobjective evaluation system of power generation, flood regulation, ecology and water supply, which combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, is constructed in this paper. The AHP method is used to solve the problem of determining the weights among the factors and the evaluation criteria. The quasi part adopts the idea of frequency division calculation to divide the evaluation grade scale. The final evaluation index system is more comprehensive and representative, the evaluation process is intuitive and easy to operate, easy to put into practical application

Under the background of the electricity market reform, if the multi-owner cascade hydropower stations bid separately, the overall competitive advantages of river basin cannot be exerted, and the overall benefits cannot achieve the maximization. Based on the operation characteristics of cascade hydropower stations and the rule of competitive bidding, this paper established a bi-level optimal model for bidding game in day-ahead market, and used the Nash equilibrium principle of the game theory and genetic algorithm to solve this model, the optimal bidding strategies of the multi-owner cascade hydropower stations have been solved under the circumstances of bidding by oneself and alliance. The results from the calculating examples showed that the unified price declaration of the multi-owner cascade hydropower stations in day-ahead market can improve the overall and individual generation efficiency, and proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the combined bidding strategy in power market.

College physical education is too one-sided, which makes the teaching process evaluation meaningless. Based on this, based on neural network technology, this article combines artificial intelligence teaching system to build an artificial intelligence sports teaching evaluation model based on neural network. The artificial intelligence model starts from the process evaluation and the final evaluation. Moreover, it uses a recurrent neural network for data training and analysis, and introduces a new decoder to perform data processing, and introduces a simplified gated neural network internal structure diagram to build the internal structure of the model.In addition, this study designs a control experiment to evaluate the performance of the model constructed in this study. The research results show that the artificial intelligence model constructed in this paper has a good effect in the performance prediction and evaluation of college sports students.
