The paper presents the structuring of physical effort put in by rescuers during training, taking into account the activity specific psychosocial factors, structuring that aimed at streamlining the training process of intervention and rescue personnel in toxic / explosive / flammable environments. Training routes with various degrees of difficulty, allowing the simulation of intervention activities in horizontally and vertically confined spaces, low visibility, high temperature and humidity environments were analysed, for each the specific labour consumption being calculated. A dysfunctional phenomenon caused by the intervention and rescue activity is fatigue, perceived as a body reaction to readjust and restore its functions following intense or repeated body requests for energy consumption. Not only physical fatigue (which can be controlled through exercises) is specific for rescue and intervention activity but also mental fatigue. In addition to physical and technical training, psychosocial training of people who carry out intervention and rescue activities was followed in the training programs.

One of the most important factors in the success of an intervention/rescue operation in toxic/ flammable / explosive environments is appropriate training process for rescue personnel taking part in these interventions. Intervention can take place in small (confined) spaces, in high temperature / humidity areas, with low visibility conditions, which would make rescuer’s activity even more difficult, during interventions. Training is a process of psychophysiological preparation, which produces a high (maximum) return in professional activity of rescuers. The maximum yield is obtained by increasing the body’s functional capacity to highest degree. For this purpose, it is necessary to use systematic and methodical exercise according to pedagogical rules. The current paper presents a mobile workout training facility equipped with an area of enclosed spaces with different training routes, on various degrees of difficulty, allowing for simulation of some interventions in such spaces, having the possibility of creating high temperature and humidity, low visibility, etc. environments within the training facility, with the purpose of preparing intervention and rescue teams for situations close to real ones.

An important factor in ensuring success in an intervention operation in dangerous environments lays in the training process, in conditions as close as possible to real intervention situations, as well as the manner of setting up rescue teams. In order to organize the intervention process as efficiently as possible, when setting up rescue teams we must take into account work consumption and physiological parameters achieved by members of the rescue teams during practical training carried out within the mobile training facility. In case of special incidents, the rescue intervention can take place in areas with small (limited) sections, spaces with high temperature, in low visibility conditions, which would make rescuers’ intervention even more difficult. Conditions mentioned above can be easily created within the rescuers’ mobile training facility, endowment of INSEMEX Petroșani, facility that through its equipment and facilities, allows monitoring of labour consumption and physiological parameters of rescuers throughout and in all training situations. The current paper presents training methods of intervention and rescue personnel within the mobile training facility and progress of work consumption / physiological parameters of rescuers throughout these practical exercises, with the aim of preparing intervention and rescue teams for situations close to real ones.

Based on the generally accepted methodology of the training process for an athlete who specializes in race walking, where the main exercise is a competitive one, namely race walking, which is performed in different zones of intensity, the improvement of technical skills should be carried out first of all along with the development of the special physical fitness. And this is one of the most important directions in the optimization of the training process for qualified race walkers, mainly at the second stage of long-term training. The process of teaching the technique and its further improvement should take into account the relevant rules even at the initial stages of long term training, that means at the first stage. The performance rates dynamics of race walkers in the 20 km walk at the Olympic Games, World Championships and Championships of Ukraine during the period of 1991-2021 was analyzed. It was determined that the performance of race walkers in the 20 km walk improved by 7-10%. Ukrainian athletes, who performed at the Olympics and World Championships, took places in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th dozen of participants. The main direction in the process of the physical preparedness and technical skills formation is not only the improvement in strength, speed, agility and endurance, but the participation of the best race walkers at the championships of Ukraine is also necessary. Such participation is mandatory for showing the qualification standards, which make it possible to participate at the top athletics forums of the year. In the process of training race walkers in the 20 km walk, it is necessary to apply the training programs, including those exercises, which are adequate in terms of kinematic and dynamic characteristics to the competitive exercise and exceed physical abilities of race walkers. This should be applied for both men and women.

The article deals with the factors of influence on the training and competitive process of karatekas with hearing impairments. To conduct the research, the questionnaire method was used. The questionnaire contained 16 questions. Highly qualified karate fighters from different countries who took part in international competitions, as well as their coaches, were recruited as respondents. The survey was carried out using the google form software application. It was revealed that karate fighters with hearing impairments require a special approach in the training process due to the fact that: it is more difficult for athletes with hearing impairments to get technical training; athletes with hearing impairments should spend more time practicing new combinations of blows compared to healthy athletes; hearing impaired karatekas have a slower reaction rate; it is more difficult for karatekas with hearing impairments to hold attention; Prospects for further research are the development of training programs for karateka with hearing impairments.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

In light of the increasing emphasis on the use of instructional technology in higher education, sociology graduate students need to become conversant with instructional technology and its pedagogical implications. Yet, the literature on graduate instructor training has almost completely neglected this issue. This paper directly addresses this important pedagogical issue. After a discussion of the benefits of instructional technology training, we describe how to integrate training in instructional technology into graduate training programs in sociology. Our discussion offers specific suggestions for incorporating instructional technology training throughout the instructor training process. Our recommendations focus on helping graduate students employ effectively instructional technology and to become conversant with its pedagogical implications.

Michael Balint's views about the personality changes required of a doctor during the acquisition of psychotherapeutic skill are discussed as having important implications for training programs both in patient-oriented medicine and in the more formal procedures where psychotherapeutic work is involved. The evolution of Balint's training approach for general practitioners can be traced from the Hungarian psychoanalytic supervisory method; its further adaptation could greatly enhance the training process. While critical attention is drawn to the practice of rigidly conceptualizing “training” as an entity distinct from “treatment,” it must be stressed that the internal changes which the acquisition of skills requires must take place in the area of what can be termed the “professional ego.”

During the last three decades, mental skills training of athletes has become widely accepted as an important factor in sport and a vital component of successful performance of top athletes. Biofeedback training (BFT) is a key element/tool of a complex multifaceted treatment/training program aimed at enhancing athletic performance. The main purpose of this conceptual paper is to illustrate the successful integration of the Wingate 5-Step Approach to training programs that are based on a periodization principle. This integration is targeted at the development of both physical and mental skills to optimize and enhance the effectiveness of the mental training process. Examples derived from our experiences are illustrated and discussed.
