The waterflooding development of Oilfield fringe area and scattered blocks are restricted by the existing pipe network design and pipeline transportation distance and so on. In order to improve the development effect of these blocks, by using advantages of ESP including high head, range capacity and mature technology, technology of exploiting and waterflooding in one well with ESP was discussed. Then, some key problems were settled such as sand prevention, sealing, downhole monitoring of process parameters, structure design and so on, and three process schemes were summarized including exploiting the upper layer and waterflooding the lower layer, exploiting the lower layer and waterflooding the upper layer and downhole pressurized injection. The technology proposed by this article has achieved good results proved by field applications. The success of the technology provides an economical and reliable energy supply technology for oilfield development, and has a broad market prospect.

This paper proposed a portable intelligent mobile detection equipment aimed at emergency treatment of chemical accidents, and mainly introduces the function, features, structure design and key technology of the equipment. The function is realized mainly through internal real-time monitoring and leakage source location calculation. using this unmanned detection equipment can effectively reduce casualties and risks of emergency personnel, and make rescue work easier and safer.

a cold extrusion forming process in die structure of plug extremity is analyzed in this paper, its technological data on the tooling structure design of plug extremity are discussed, and the die architecture design and key technology in the automatic extrusion machine for plug extremity with cold extrusion forming approach were accomplished. This plug extremity equipment developed with cold extrusion forming process technology can not only achieved the process of delivering material, extruding forming and cutting-off material in automatically, but also enhanced the rigidity and intension at two ends of plug. The production efficiency and the material used ratio were increased greatly, the manufacturing cost was decreased obviously, and the plug quality with cold extrusion forming method was ensured.

Abstract:The dynamic design method was used to analyze the vibrating screens, which can reveal the distribution of the dynamic stress in the main structure exactly and ensure safety and rationality of the structure design. The screens of the type 5XF150/180 grain screening machine were analyzed by the dynamic method. And modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and transient dynamic analysis were studied by ANSYS Workbench software. According to the calculated results ,dynamic property and kinetic parameters were determined. Then the key technology in the dynamic design was discussed, which provided a reference to the dynamic design of such large vibrating screens.

In this paper, ANSYS-LSDYNA is used to establish the numerical simulation model of the blocked collision and the blocked hazard is analyzed in the process of putting the oil perforating string into downhole. According to the analysis results, the anti-blocked safety firing head is designed and the key technology is carried on the structure design and the experimental study [1]. The field application proved that this technology can effectively eliminate the potential hazards of mistaken perforating caused by sliding, falling objects, etc. It’s safety, reliable, and low cost.

The large scale cable-membrane structure is widely used in the Expo Axis. The structure is composed of continuous triangle shaped membrane unit. The representative local part of membrane structure is selected to carry out double-layer membrane strength experiment and reduced-scale experiment to test its mechanical performance and strength index during tension. The results show that the bearing capacity of double-layer membrane structure is more than 1.8 times of single-layer membrane. Material strength and joint strength are all in agreement with the design. Through the analysis of membrane shape decision and membrane processing key technology, it is concluded that form-finding must be considered in membrane self-weight, and the reinforcement membrane and ontology membrane should be at the same direction.

Focused on the mining method, the parameters of primary support, and the design method for the interface of metro station and air duct structure, what are encountered during the design of mining station in rock strata. Through the combination of numerical method and theoretical analysis, and the comparison with field measured data, we know that double-side-wall heading method is safe and feasible, design method based on plastic stage can be used for the checking of primary support structure, and the combination of support in advance and closed steel frame can insure the safety of the interface of metro station and air duct structure. Through analysis, the changes of displacement and stress are focused around vault and arch springer, and the decrease and increase of safety factor during construction are also made clear. The study can offer a reference for the similar project in the future.
