Subject. The article considers functioning and development of process flows of transportation and logistics system of a smart city. Objectives. The study identifies factors and dependencies of the quality of human life on the organization and management of stream processes. Methods. I perform a comparative analysis of previous studies, taking into account the uniquely designed results, and the econometric analysis. Results. The study builds multiple regression models that are associated with stream processes, highlights interdependent indicators of temporary traffic and pollution that affect the indicator of life quality. However, the identified congestion indicator enables to predict the time spent in traffic jams per year for all participants of stream processes. Conclusions. The introduction of modern intelligent transportation systems as a component of the transportation and logistics system of a smart city does not fully solve the problems of congestion in cities at the current rate of urbanization and motorization. A viable solution is to develop cooperative and autonomous intelligent transportation systems based on the logistics approach. This will ensure control over congestion, the reduction of which will contribute to improving the life quality of people in urban areas.

The article considers the reasons for the emergence of agricultural industrial holdings in Ukraine, examines the theoretical foundations of the national agricultural industrial holdings logistics system, identifies the links of logistics with other business processes of the holding, in particular with production processes. The article explores the main methods and the main indicators of logistics potential evaluation system of the agro-industrial holding and it also assesses the current state, main problems, and prospects of agro-logistics development in Ukraine. During the research the main components of agro-logistics of national agro-traders were investigated, the logistic component in the cost of national agro-industrial sector final production was determined. The article aims are to study the theoretical foundations of the logistics system in agro-industrial holding structures, to assess the current state and prospects of agro-logistics in Ukraine, as well as to explore the main methods of assessing the logistics potential of Ukrainian agricultural holdings. Agricultural holdings have absorbed almost 40% of the total Ukrainian agricultural enterprises number and 38% of the agricultural land area cultivated by various agro enterprises. Today logistics is one of the most important factors in achieving a leading position in agribusiness, the implementation mechanism of which is a logistics model. Based on the theoretical material, the existing logistics model of a modern agricultural holding and methods for determining its efficiency were analyzed. Thus, in order to determine the overall logistics potential of a modern agro-industrial holding, it is necessary to calculate the efficiency assessments amount of it’s individual components – logistics network configuration and it’s capacity, organizational structure of the holding's logistics system, quality of logistics services, raw materials and finished products management system. providing logistics flows.

The paper considers the necessity of developing a new approach to achieving coordinated interactions between economic agents in the framework of the transport and logistics system (TLS) of a smart city; the following reasons being stressed: first, in the context of digitalization in logistics, the current approaches do not fully meet the present and future needs of evolutionary development; secondly, the current theoretical foundations of coordination do not allow to radically change its key indicators and ensure higher rates of economic growth, as well as an improvement in the quality of human life; thirdly, the current trend in the formation of TLS does not allow us to propose a more balanced vector of its development to provide adaptive coordination with the norms and rules of interaction of economic agents now. In spite of a great variety of research approaches, there is a need to propose a new approach to achieve adaptive coordination of flow processes within the framework of evolutionary-institutional economic theory leading to a higher level of interaction and economic growth

Cities are always in the focus of research attention due to their special importance for the present and future development of society. A city is a unity and a clash of mutually exclusive projections, trends, forms, which makes it a unique, specific, multifaceted phenomenon not just of the social life of its citizens, communities, but a basic element of civilization, a bond of a scattered and atomic world. Modern transformational changes are manifested most vividly and on a large scale in cities, hence the search for adequate measures, resources, management models for embedding in the context of the changes taking place. The search for conditions and tools for managing the development of cities is important. Strengthening the importance of social factors and elements for society, at the same time actualizes both scientific and practical interest in the social space of the city. The purpose of this article is to describe the theoretical foundations of the study of social space, its elements as an object of management in the context of the transition to digitalization. The social space of the city as a spatio-temporal focus of social activity, identity, normative perceptions of citizens is accepted as the basic object of research. The novelty of the article is determined by: an integrated approach to research, which is a combination of various scientific directions and schools; additional argumentation to substantiate the essence of the concepts of the stated topic; an attempt to translate abstract categories into indicators for management purposes. Analysis of modern ideas and classifications that characterize the concept of «smart city», the experience of its implementation allowed expanding the understanding of the characteristics of the «smart city dweller» and his role as a city dweller. A review of research works made it possible to reveal the meaning and characteristics of different types of space, the connectivity of space and place, the properties of urban practices, and modern municipal governance. The paper presents the argumentation that allows to identify the relationship between the main indicators of the city social space: modern and traditional (thick/thin) urban identity of citizens, urban identity of citizens and the identity of the city, forms of involvement and participation of citizens.
