A key point in achieving accurate intact glycopeptide identification is the definition of the glycan composition file that is used to match experimental with theoretical masses by a glycoproteomics search engine. At present, these files are mainly built from searching the literature and/or querying data sources focused on posttranslational modifications. Most glycoproteomics search engines include a default composition file that is readily used when processing MS data. We introduce here a glycan composition visualizing and comparative tool associated with the GlyConnect database and called GlyConnect Compozitor. It offers a web interface through which the database can be queried to bring out contextual information relative to a set of glycan compositions. The tool takes advantage of compositions being related to one another through shared monosaccharide counts and outputs interactive graphs summarizing information searched in the database. These results provide a guide for selecting or deselecting compositions in a file in order to reflect the context of a study as closely as possible. They also confirm the consistency of a set of compositions based on the content of the GlyConnect database. As part of the tool collection of the Glycomics@ExPASy initiative, Compozitor is hosted at https://glyconnect.expasy.org/compozitor/ where it can be run as a web application. It is also directly accessible from the GlyConnect database.

The article deals with methodical advice and methods of patent search, based on the experience of the author of patent science and the use of patent databases employing Internet access.A patent search is considered with the appeal of both patent bases of Ukraine and national patent bases of various states, as well as other electronic resources available on Internet networks that contribute to the creation of competitive inventions. The work of such resources based on search engines, which allow you to search by the number of patent, some applications, a year of application, a country, the author's surname, owner, and other search parameters, are considered. To create useful models in free access, some sites have their search engines with outdated bases www.findpatent.com.ua, www.findpatent.ru, www.patents.su and other. However, the patent of Ukraine for a utility model is a guarding document issued to the applicant under its responsibility and does not undergo an examination of the essence of the invention, but only a formal examination. This approach complicates the design and defence of the dissertations since the limited search base does not provide a complete evaluation of the definition of scientific and technical novelty of the development. To create competitive, new inventions it is advisable to use search engines www.google.com/patents, www.ukrpatent.org.ua, and others, which use data taken into account by patent departments during the examination. It is noted that the search engine www.google.com for the same request provides results other than www.google.com/patents. The www.google.com system covers wider resources, including book stresses of manufacturers and scientific and technical publications.Looking for patents for inventions that were issued by Ukrpatent, it is necessary to look for in a specialized database of “inventions (utility models) in Ukraine” using the instructions on the use of information and search engine of Ukrpatent. Keywords: competitive inventions, search engines, patent departments, a utility model, Patent, Patent science, patent databases, Ukrpatent

Kata kunci—Cyber-Cluster, SEO, CMS, UMKM AbstractProblems that are often faced by UMKM (SME) is the limited number and range of marketing and sales of its products. So is the competition of similar products can occur by inter-local products or products that come from outside. This is because marketing and sales are still done conventionally and done individually. This study intends to make the implementation of a model system of E-Commerce SME product in an area or district with the participation of empowerment models cyber group (cluster cyber participatory) in performing web linking system that was developed using Optimisazion Search Engine (SEO) and Content Management System (CMS). The goal is for the web that can be developed easily ranked the Web search page (search engines) and always updated content and rank. The benefit of this research is to improve the marketing and sale of products of SMEs to global market and making it easy to find the web address and and are found as often appear in top positions in the search engines like google. Outcomes of this research is based CMS website MSME products and optimized the model of internal and external links that always appears at the top position of the search range. Methods This study uses an action research, the model of structured systems development waterfall model (waterfall). Its own web application developed with prototype models, according to consumer needs.  Keywords—Cyber-Cluster, SEO, CMS, SME

The process of building Data Warehouses (DW) is well known with well defined stages but at the same time, mostly carried out manually by IT people in conjunction with business people. Web Warehouses (WW) are DW whose data sources are taken from the web. We define a flexible WW, which can be configured accordingly to different domains, through the selection of the web sources and the definition of data processing characteristics. A Business Process Management (BPM) System allows modeling and executing Business Processes (BPs) providing support for the automation of processes. To support the process of building flexible WW we propose a two BPs level: a configuration process to support the selection of web sources and the definition of schemas and mappings, and a feeding process which takes the defined configuration and loads the data into the WW. In this paper we present a proof of concept of both processes, with focus on the configuration process and the defined data.

The importance of examining stained 1 to 2μ plastic sections by light microscopy has long been recognized, both for increased definition of many histologic features and for selection of specimen samples to be used in ultrastructural studies. Selection of specimens with specific orien ation relative to anatomical structures becomes of critical importance in ultrastructural investigations of organs such as the lung. The uantity of blocks necessary to locate special areas of interest by random sampling is large, however, and the method is lacking in precision. Several methods have been described for selection of specific areas for electron microscopy using light microscopic evaluation of paraffin, epoxy-infiltrated, or epoxy-embedded large blocks from which thick sections were cut. Selected areas from these thick sections were subsequently removed and re-embedded or attached to blank precasted blocks and resectioned for transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

It is shown that the application of the Internet technologies is relevant in the selection of crop production technologies and the formation of a rational composition of the machine-and-tractor fl eet taking into account the conditions and production resources of a particular agricultural enterprise. The work gives a short description of the web applications, namely “ExactFarming”, “Agrivi” and “AgCommand” that provide a possibility to select technologies and technical means of soil treatment, and their functions. “ExactFarming” allows to collect and store information about temperature, precipitation and weather forecast in certain areas, keep records of information about crops and make technological maps using expert templates. “Agrivi” allows to store and provide access to weather information in the fi elds with certain crops. It has algorithms to detect and make warnings about risks related to diseases and pests, as well as provides economic calculations of crop profi tability and crop planning. “AgCommand” allows to track the position of machinery and equipment in the fi elds and provides data on the weather situation in order to plan the use of agricultural machinery in the fi elds. The web applications presented hereabove do not show relation between the technologies applied and agro-climatic features of the farm location zone. They do not take into account the phytosanitary conditions in the previous years, or the relief and contour of the fi elds while drawing up technological maps or selecting the machine-and-tractor fl eet. Siberian Physical-Technical Institute of Agrarian Problems of Siberian Federal Scientifi c Center of AgroBioTechnologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences developed a software complex PIKAT for supporting machine agrotechnologies for production of spring wheat grain at an agricultural enterprise, on the basis of which there is a plan to develop a web application that will consider all the main factors limiting the yield of cultivated crops.

The main goal of this study is to evaluate how to optimally select the best vibrotactile pattern to be used in a closed loop control of upper limb myoelectric prostheses as a feedback of the exerted force. To that end, we assessed both the selection of actuation patterns and the effects of the selection of frequency and amplitude parameters to discriminate between different feedback levels. A single vibrotactile actuator has been used to deliver the vibrations to subjects participating in the experiments. The results show no difference between pattern shapes in terms of feedback perception. Similarly, changes in amplitude level do not reflect significant improvement compared to changes in frequency. However, decreasing the number of feedback levels increases the accuracy of feedback perception and subject-specific variations are high for particular participants, showing that a fine-tuning of the parameters is necessary in a real-time application to upper limb prosthetics. In future works, the effects of training, location, and number of actuators will be assessed. This optimized selection will be tested in a real-time proportional myocontrol of a prosthetic hand.

AbstractThis systematic review aimed to contribute to a better and more focused understanding of the link between the concept of resilience and psychosocial interventions in the migrant population. The research questions concerned the type of population involved, definition of resilience, methodological choices and which intervention programmes were targeted at migrants. In the 90 articles included, an heterogeneity in defining resilience or not well specified definition resulted. Different migratory experiences were not adequately considered in the selection of participants. Few resilience interventions on migrants were resulted. A lack of procedure’s descriptions that keep in account specific migrants’ life-experiences and efficacy’s measures were highlighted.
