Extreme Programming(XP) dapat diterapkan untuk membangun aplikasi pengelolaan surat keterangan kependudukan,agar surat dapat dikelola untuk didokumentasikan dan dilakukan rekapitulasi laporan, karena pengelolaan surat pada saat ini rentan rusak atau hilang. Rancang bangun perangkat lunak menyesuaikan tahapan pada XP. Perencanaan dan perancangan yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan pengkodean yang kemudian diujikan menggunakan black-box. Pengujian dilakukan pada fitur aplikasi untuk mengelola surat seperti menyimpan data maupun mencetak untuk keperluan pada kantor lurah Rantau Pulut,dan menunjukkan bahwa fungsionalitas dapat sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat diimplementasikan dengan menerapkan metode XP.  Extreme Programming can be applied to build management application of certificate so that the letter can be managed to be documented and done report recapitulation because the management of the letter are vulnerable to damage or disappear. Software design adjusts the stages in extreme programming. Planning and design is done to generate the coding which is then tested using black-box. Tests are performed on existing features of the application to letter manage as to save or print to necessities  at Rantau Pulut village office and show that the functionality can match the expected results. Applications built can be implemented by applying the Extreme Programming method.

Difficulties faced by STMIK Pontianak students while choosing an Android smartphone are the diversity of brands, types, series and specifications makes it hard to choose which is the best. Determine that matches to needs along with an appropriate budget also difficult. This research aims to design a reference system for selecting an Android smartphone to resolve the problem. This system was developed using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm and TOPSIS. The research method used is survey. Software design uses agile with extreme programming models also White-Box Testing, cluster center testing, and acceptance testing. This research found a method to get an alternative group that matches to the user from existing cluster by Euclidean Distance. This research produces a system that can clustering smartphone data and provide references in the form of alternatives that matches to the user. The test results using White-Box Testing produce all functions running well. Testing the cluster center using MSE gets the central error values ​​C1: 1.8481, C2: 2.5316, and C3: 1.8214. Acceptance tesing results above 70%. Weaknesses in this system do not discuss lifestyle needs in choosing an Android smartphone. The criteria used in this research is still technical and not use non-technical criteria.

Poverty is one continuing social issue which is hard to solve. Dealing with this problem, Islam has already had the alternative solution that is tithe (Zakat). Zakat is implemented to decrease economy imbalanced appeared in the society. While in fact, not all the Moslem pay Zakat. There are five factors as the reason why Moslem didn’t do that. First, some Muzakki wants to deliver his zakat directly.Seconde, not all Muzakki know how much Zakat must be paid. The other factors are Limited information about Mustahik home, limited time that Muzakki have to deliver his Zakat directly and the easiness to report Mustahik data. Dealing with those factors, it is required to have an information system which can make Muzakki meets Mustahik. In this research, information system application used Extreme Programming (XP) development method. XP method is required to program a system which will be made by accomodating the users’ needs and expectations.

Ordering catering is an activity undertaken by customers to buy products in the form of food packages. In Cimahi Catering catering ordering process is done by customers by coming directly to the location or calling to Cimahi Catering. Based on interviews with the authors related parties, in the process of ordering catering there are some customers who complain about the order process is due to take time, energy and more costs. In the case of recording data ordering was deemed less effective because the data is still conventional. This is at risk of logging errors. As a solution of these problems the authors build an Application Ordering Catering Based Android Mobile to assist in the process of ordering catering by customers and the management of reservation data catering by the Cimahi Catering. Research methodology used is Extreme Programming method. In making this application the author uses android programming base and MySQL as the data storage. This application is made to efficiently time, effort and produce accurate information. The results of testing the built application has a performance that suits the needs of the user. Based on the results of User Acceptance Test get a positive response with 85% percentage. Keyword: Android, application, catering, mobile, ordering, uat
