The article is dedicated to a highly topical issue of raising the effectiveness of teaching upper secondary school students with cerebral palsy foreign languages by means of the selection and classification of web applications. According to the Law of Ukraine «On General Secondary Education», SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) students can study in mainstream schools (and namely, in special / inclusive classes or in distant / evening / extramural educational settings), and also in special schools (meant for children who need special education due to their physical impairments or mental disability), among which there are also education-and-rehabilitation centers (for children who need regular rehabilitation because of the complexity of their impairments). The implementation of the Social model of disability, started in Ukraine, presupposes the gradual transition from segregation to inclusion of SEND children. It can be implemented by means of numerous adjustments in mainstream educational settings so that all the barriers are removed, unless the modification of learning is viewed as the best choice. Some of the adjustments mentioned can be introduced by means of web-applications interpreted in this research as users’ computer programs that empower them to solve certain tasks. Pursuing the aim of the article the author classifies web applications by the following criteria: their location (on a special web platform or on a user's personal computer); the field of usage (whether they are supposed to be applied by general public or in a special field only). The latter include applications, designed for teaching foreign language. These are classified according to the competencies that they enable to develop (namely, language and speech ones). Finally, the web applications are grouped according to barriers and special educational needs typical for upper secondary school students with cerebral palsy. The results obtained are generalized in tables suggested.

Research cross-sectional description of 170 men who have sex with men (MSM) in Tien Giang to describe the situation of HIV / AIDS infection and some factors related to HIV prevalence among men who have sex with men. gender. Research results from December 2019 to June 2020 show that the rate of HIV infection in MSM is 20.6%. Some factors related to HIV / AIDS prevalence are that an education level of upper secondary school or higher is 3.6 times more likely to be infected than those with lower secondary education ( OR = 3.64; CI = 1.42-9.35) and the baseline perception of non-HIV infection among subjects who are likely to be infected with HIV 6.49 times higher than the subjects of self-awareness potentially HIV infection (OR = 6.49; CI = 2.90-14.53). Background: Eye is one of the most vital organs of human body. Any abnormality in the eye can impair vision and make the person handicapped for life. The school children form a special group because they are most vulnerable to the effects of reduced vision and its impact on learning capability and educational potential. The objective of the study was to find out the factors affecting vision of secondary school children, to suggest preventive and remedial measures for defective vision.Methods: It was a cross sectional study. School children of Zilla Parishad secondary high school during November 2016 to December 2016 were studied. A pretested semi structured questionnaire was administered. A total of 320 students were included in the study by using convenient sampling technique. Data was entered in Microsoft excel sheet and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. Results were expressed as proportions for different study variables.Results: Out of the 320 students, majority 181 (56.56%) of study participants were girls. The highest number of students (49.38%) was between 12-13 years of age group. Prevalence of defective vision is 34%. Family history is present in 29% of the study population. 34% of children with defective vision, it was detected by their mother.Conclusions: Refractive errors are more in girls. Children and parents should be educated regarding ocular hygiene and early correction of refractive errors.
