Model, strategy or approach, which applied in teaching, can influence the process of learning. It assumed that the right approach can increase the ability of students in understanding the concepts which are studied. Generally, the teaching in MI has different characteristic from the elementary school. Creativity or modification model approaches needed to apply the teaching and learning of science in MI. One of the applicable approaches in science teaching, which is appropriate with MI characteristic, is STS. <p class="15cKeywordsBInggris">Textbooks are a medium of instruction that is often used today and has a broad impact and role because they are used in almost every educational institution. Science teaching materials in the form of textbooks containing western philosophy and religious neutrality pose a challenge to Islamic education. Therefore, there is a need for research on how to package science textbooks to become agents of planting Islamic values. This research is intended to explain the Islamic approach that comes from the Al-Quran and hadith to natural science (animals and plants), the results of which can be applied to the inclusion of Islamic values in the content of science in integrated thematic books for grade 2 Elementary School (SD) or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. (MI). This research is descriptive qualitative with the results of the research that the concept of science teaching materials based on Islamic values must see how the Islamic approach to nature. The author found that there are at least 3 (three) Al-Quran approaches to nature, namely; first, the Koran makes nature an agent for calming faith. Second, the Qur'an provides direction and guidance in managing nature. Third, the Koran describes the laws relating to nature. Thus science learning can be used as an agent for planting Islamic values, both faith, syari`at and manners.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak   </strong>                               </p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Buku teks merupakan media pembajaran yang sering digunakan sampai saat ini dan memiliki dampak dan peran yang luas karena digunakan hampir di setiap lembaga pendidikan. Bahan ajar sains dalam bentuk buku teks yang mengandung muatan filsafat barat dan netral agama menjadi tantangan pendidikan agama Islam. oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penelitian tentang bagaimana mengemas buku teks sains agar menjadi agen penanaman nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan pendekatan Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Quran dan hadits terhadap sains alam (hewan dan tumbuhan) yang hasilnya dapat diterapkan untuk penenaman nilai-nilai Islam pada muatan sains pada buku tematik terpadu kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar (SD) atau Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Penelitain ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian bahwa Konsep bahan ajar sains berbasis nilai-nilai Islami harus melihat bagaimana pendekatan Agama Islam terhadap alam. Penulis menemukan bahwa setidaknya ada 3 (tiga) pendekatan Al-Quran terhadap alam, yaitu; <em>pertama</em>, Al-Quran menjadikan alam sebagai agen penenaman akidah. <em>Kedua</em>, Al-Qurān memberikan arahan dan petunjuk dalam pengelolaan alam. <em>Ketiga</em>, Al-Quran menjelaskan hukum-hukum yang berkaitan dengan alam. Dengan demikian pembelajaran sains dapat dijadikan agen penanaman nilai-nilai Islam baik akidah, syari`at dan adab.</p>

Resumo: Esta revisão sistemática da literatura teve como objetivo identificar a forma que os filmes de ficção científica (FC) abordam questões do ensino das Ciências e o enfoque Ciência, Tecnologia e Sociedade (CTS). A pesquisa utilizou bancos de dados com os seguintes descritores: “Ensino de Ciências, CTS, Ficção Científica e Cinema”. Os resultados evidenciaram que desde a década de 1980, os filmes de FC são utilizados como recurso metodológico no ensino de Ciências, mas ainda são escassos os estudos que relacionam o CTS com os filmes de FC. Nas quatro pesquisas encontradas, entre 2012 e 2019, a articulação dos três componentes da tríade CTS, raramente ocorre de forma coerente com os referenciais, prevalecendo o realce na ciência, ou em tecnologia e, majoritariamente, na sociedade, sobrelevando as questões socioambientais.Palavras-chave: Ensino de Ciências; Enfoque CTS; Arte e Ciência; Cinema; Filmes de Ficção Científica. The use of scientific fiction films for teaching sciences with a focus on science, technology and society: a systematic review of literatureAbstract: This systematic review of the literature aimed to identify the way that science fiction films (SF) address issues of science teaching and the focus on Science, Technology and Society (STS). The research used databases with the following descriptors: “Science Teaching, STS, Science Fiction and Cinema”. The results showed that, since the 1980s, SF films have been used as a methodological resource in science teaching, but there are still few studies relating STS to SF films. In the four researches found, between 2012 and 2019, the articulation of the three components of the STS triad, rarely occurs in a coherent manner with the references, with emphasis on science or technology and, mainly, on society, prevailing, raising socioenvironmental issues.Keywords: Science teaching; Focus on STS; Art and Science; Movie theater; Science fiction

This essay situates Wilhelm Schröder’s 1686 Princely Treasury and Exchequer (Fürstliche Schatz- und Rent-Cammer) within the context of manufacturing projects in London and Vienna and debates over happiness they engaged. Conceptualizations of happiness have been seen as chief differences between Germanophone and Anglophone political economy. This comparison shows that Schröder was deeply engaged with English economic thought, particularly in the milieu of his fellow members of the Royal Society. In many respects, he shared their attitudes. However, due to the way he situated happiness as shared between the prince and the common man, Schröder came to differ on the issue of labor-saving technology and its use in manufacturing workhouses. Despite championing absolutism, Schröder related studies of natural science, technology, and society in more integrated and less hierarchical ways than was usual for the Royal Society.

The purpose of this study is to examine the validity of Natural Science teaching materials for fifth grade of elementary school. The development of this teaching material focused on "Human digestive devices, food and health'' material. The product developed was teaching material based on 7E Learning Cycle learning model (LC7E teaching material). The validity measurements were done by technique of expert validity and content validity. Teaching materials are legitimate if they reach "good" and "very good" categories. The level of validity of LC7E teaching material is on the valid criteria with an average score of 3.8 and a 95% success. The result of the content validity of the 24 questions given by the data obtained an average of r count of 0.575 > r table 0, 514. With that results, the teaching material developed is declared valid.

Este artigo apresenta uma análise dos livros didáticos de Ciências dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental dos volumes dos livros-textos da coleção Projeto Teláris de Ciências do triênio 2017-2019. As obras são indicadas pelo Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD) e utilizadas nas escolas públicas do município de Ouro Branco-MG. O objetivo foi identificar a presença de elementos do enfoque Ciência, Tecnologia e Sociedade (CTS), especificamente das dimensões das Questões Sociocientíficas (QSC) e da Alfabetização e Letramento Científico (A&LC) nos quatros volumes dos livros didáticos de Ciências (LDC) do estudante. A pesquisa se justifica pela importância dos livros didáticos no Ensino de Ciências. Soma-se a isso a produção e distribuição desse recurso pedagógico em todo território nacional. O estudo caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa documental, em que se adotou a abordagem qualitativa. Verificou-se que os livros didáticos de Ciências (LDC) apresentam elementos das categorias CTS pesquisadas. Os resultados demonstram que a coleção de livros didáticos de Ciências analisada apresenta elementos das dimensões das Questões Sociocientíficas e destacam-se as categorias Saúde (C5) e Meio Ambiente (C6) totalizando 90,38% de evidências nas obras. Para a dimensão Alfabetização e Letramento Científico, as categorias Problematização C1(39,15%), Interdisciplinaridade C2 (22,17%) e Formação Critica e Cidadania C3 (8,96%) são destacadas. Percebeu-se, então, que as obras analisadas contemplam elementos os pressupostos do enfoque CTS pesquisados. Palavras-chave: Enfoque ciência. Tecnologia e sociedade (CTS). Livro didático de ciências.
