Abstract With the continuous development of society and economy, the development and application of mobile communications have become more and more popular, and more people have begun to use mobile devices for office, study and life. The quality of mobile communications network signals directly affects people’s experience of use. The scope of actual application has gradually increased with the renewal of the technology itself. Based on the random walk model, this paper constructs a mobile communication data optimization plan. Through data storage, transmission delay, and information total control, the optimization form of wireless network mobile communication data transmission performance is studied. Practice shows that this scheme can effectively improve communication quality and transmission efficiency.

Mobile communication system is designed to provide reliable communication with more number of services and with low cost among multiple users. Due to limited frequency spectrum and resources, mobile communication requires more development in case of both establishing communication and maintenance in service quality. To fulfill these requirements, 5G mobile communication is being developed to provide high quality reliable communication and quality of service, by using beamforming model. As the trend of next generation mobile communication, 3D directional transmission is considered to give enhanced coverage model and reusability of frequency. Phase arrayed antenna is used in this beamforming model to give orthogonal communication among users. In this paper, a new modeling of beamforming is applied to give a new dimension by considering altitude with potential field strategy. Here phase arrayed antenna is replaced by 3-D smart antenna to improve the performance of 5G mobile communications. Performance evaluation outcomes 3D beamforming leads 2D beamforming in terms of communication delay, and uplink downlink throughput.

In the present days we observed a drastic change in the usage of mobile internet as well as advancements in Internet of things. With this advancements in mobile communications as well as IOT, the present generation mobile communication i.e. 4G technology is considered to be not sufficient to reach to the needs of common people, therefore the upcoming generation 5G needs in a frame way to face to ultra huge network capacity & massive wireless connectivity. A major hopeful technology which has the capacity for enabling different user equipments, sharing interweaving wireless resources in 5G is named as Non Orthogonal multiple Access (NOMA) technology, where most of the industrialists & academicians are doing research in recent years To establish good Quality of Service (QoS) & also to obtain low access latency as well as overhead signaling NOMA must compulsorily support two kinds of approaches: i) Scheduling approach ii)Random approach. The major challenge we observe in these two kinds of approach is how efficiently we obtain simultaneous support. Here we are proposing an approach for combining the granted & grant free demands which works on the principle of allowing the approaches to share the same resources simultaneously. We are proposing heuristic resource algorithm which improve capacity of network & user connectivity of NOMA in 5G networking.

The performance of antenna has the conclusive influence to the performance of mobile communication terminal; one excellent-performance antenna can improve the communication quality of communication device greatly. With the developing of broadband wireless communication technology, the fourth generation mobile communication technology has advanced day after day, and will turn into practical soon. This article aim at the demand of the fourth generation mobile communication technologys standard of TD-LTE, combined with the fractal technology, photonic crystal texture and top loading technique, designing a fractal photonic crystal top loading antenna which can work in 2.6GHz frequency band, and make simulate analysis to the performance of antenna and make the sample of antenna to test. The result from simulation and test shows this antenna has a low return loss and the work bandwidth is big, which is suitable for the fourth generation mobile communications TD-LTE system.

The article presents an overview of the current state of the theory and practice of fraud prevention committed by convicts using mobile communications from institutions of the criminal Executive system of Russia. The changes in the legislation regulating the sphere of legal relations, the proposals of scientists on improving the effectiveness of combating this type of fraud, practical materials are studied and evaluated. There is a problem related to the lack of information in the official statistics on the state of crime in Russia on the number of frauds committed by convicts by means of mobile communication, which is necessary for scientific and applied research, the development of measures to prevent and assess their effectiveness in combating the illegal act in question. Recommendations have been made to improve the prevention of «telephone» fraud committed by convicted persons while serving their sentences in correctional institutions, in particular a legal proposal regulating the scope of individual prevention of offences committed by convicted persons and a proposal in the field of crime statistics and reporting.

AbstractFiber wireless (Fi-Wi) communication network is the amalgamation of optical and wireless access networks, which provides better bandwidth for achieving efficient data transmission. Medium access control (MAC) protocols are used in the wireless network for controlling the data flow from the transmitter to the receiver end. The delay produced by these protocols tells about the system efficiency. This paper shows a Fi-Wi system in the long-term evaluation-advanced (LTE-A) environment, which incorporates the dependency of delay generated by the specific MAC protocols during the transmission process. This paper aimed to scrutinize the effects of Carrier Sense Multiplexing Access with Collision Detection (CSMA/CD), Carrier Sense Multiplexing Access with Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA) and Slotted ALOHA on the performance of the Fi-Wi system. Free space optical (FSO) channel is incorporated to forward the data to user end. In such system, the optical signal is multiplexed using the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technique and finally the data are fetched at the receiver end and different criterions such eye-height, Q-factor and bit error rate are evaluated. Simulation results are performed using MATLAB software. The comparative analysis is also performed in terms of data transmission efficiency, delay and throughput of MAC protocols. This shows the effective results of the proposed system according to the delay produced by MAC protocols.
