Abstract Aiming at the problem of on-line centralized monitoring error of pipeline and cable environment and fresh air of air conditioning, a utility model is designed, a centralized monitoring system of pipeline and cable environment and fresh air of air conditioning is disclosed, the system structure configuration is optimized, and the system performance is improved by combining multiple central air conditioning controllers, data processors, acquisition servers and other equipment, combined with LabVIEW technology, the system software function and operation process are improved. Finally, the experiment proves that the centralized online monitoring system for pipeline and cable environment and air conditioning fresh air can better reduce the monitoring error and ensure the real-time monitoring quality of pipeline and cable environment and air conditioning fresh air.

The quality of oil determines the status and life of the devices. However, most Chinese vessels have not equipped with on-line oil quality testing facilities. Therefore, a special on-line oil quality monitoring system for vessels is designed to real-time monitor of oil pollution change. An alarm signal or control signal based on the monitoring results is sent, which supports the purifier automatically and water, particles and gases are removed from the oil to maintain a good oil quality. The system is developed and implemented in the vessel corporation and has a good prospect of application. The application of this system will promote the process of the intelligent device management.

This paper introduces the components of central air-conditioning system and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the PID control and fuzzy control.Fuzzy control theory and inverter technology are combined to design the Energy-Saving Monitoring System based on the fuzzy control box of STM32F103C8T6,Siemens S7-200 PLC, ABB inverter as the hardware system and interfaces configuration of KingView as the software. Experimental results show that the water system can be variable flow controlled based on the dynamic load, central air-conditioning energy efficiency the COP has greatly improved under the premise of ensuring the comfort of central air-conditioning.

In accordance with the requirements of intelligent and scientific maintenance and repair for rail transit, the on-line monitoring and intelligent assessment technologies for infrastructure safety as well as vibration and noise indexes are studied. In connection with the line status of the Shanghai rail transit network, typical line sections are selected to lay out the online status monitoring equipment so as to track health and safety indexes of rails and real-time noise and vibration levels. By means of online real-time data collection and synchronous analysis technology, the Shanghai rail transit online monitoring system for track safety status and its vibration and noise takes shape, thereby achieving real-time monitoring for on-site vibration and noise as well as safety status, and providing assistant decision-making reports in connection with relevant index systems and in accordance with relevant time periods.

Ciliwung River flows through the city center and passes through the village, dense housing and slums. So that the river is experiencing the most severe pollution mainly household waste water and industrial pollution compared with other rivers that flow in Jakarta. One of the efforts to control pollution of the river is by monitoring the water quality of the river. This monitoring should be carried out continuously online to analyze the quality of water entering or residing in the water bodies. To support the plan of installing online monitoring system of river water quality is necessary to know the perception of people who are in locations where the system installed. This is done with the aim to socialized the implementation plan and to determine the support and participation of the public in the vicinity. The results of this study show that the majority of the population supports the installation of technology online water quality monitoring in the Ciliwung River. With the hope that people can know directly how the conditions of Ciliwung River water quality.Key words: Ciliwung river, online monitoring of water quality technology, public perception

In recent years, researching the stability of the CNC machining process is a hotpot in CNC industry. Based on cDAQ and labVIEW, online monitoring system is presented, meanwhile, both software structure and hardware structure are introduced in detail. Researches show that vibration and pressure are the main factors for the quality of the flatness. By studying the relative vibration between the spindle and the platform in the Z axis direction, as well as the shifty pressure that tool works on the flatness of the workpiece, four experiments are designed in this paper under different technological conditions including free moving, Axial Depth of cut, speed and feed speed, which verify the reliability of the online monitoring system.

Abstract In order to reduce the cost of central air conditioning, we need to reduce its energy consumption. This paper briefly introduced Internet of Things and the energy-saving and comfort monitoring system of central air conditioning based on the Internet of Things. The system took comfort degree as constraint and energy efficiency as objective to control energy saving of central air conditioning. Company X in Guanghan, Sichuan, China, was taken as an example for analysis. The system was compared with the energy-saving control system which took temperature and power as constraints. Compared with before the energy-saving control, the proportion of air conditioning downtime in the working hours of employees increased after the implementation of the two kinds of energy-saving control systems, and the proportion of downtime under the energy-saving control system designed in this study was larger; in addition, after the control of the two kinds of energy-saving systems, the energy efficiency of the air conditioning significantly improved, and the air conditioning under the control of the energy-saving system proposed in this study had more improvement in energy efficiency and higher energy-saving efficiency. The energy-saving control method proposed in this study can effectively reduce the power consumption of the central air conditioning in the office.

This paper puts forward an on-line monitoring system of power transformer which could online collect multiple physical parameters of power transformer at the same time without using electricity sensor. In this case, the sensor will not affected by the strong electric field, magnetic field and electromagnetic wave. The system analysis the running state of power transformer according to physical parameters accurately, as current technology can only measure single physical parameters, it can solve this problem that the measurement results lack of association. Moreover, the system improves the reliability of power transformer operation and security of online measurement, ensuring the safe operation of power system.

Semayang Lake and Melintang Lake in Kutai Kartanegara district, East Kalimantan is one of the biggest lake in Indonesia. Both lakes are located in the Mahakam River Basin and has an important role for economic and ecological activities in the Province of East Kalimantan. In addition to being a source of livelihood for fishermen around the lake, is also as habitat for freshwater mammals Pesut Mahakam that are endangered. Illegal logging in the forest around the lake, causing floods when it rains and water pollution will increase with sediment flowing into the lake. In some areas also get the impact of transportation activities of coal mining industry around the Mahakam River. All this causes silting almost the entire surface of the lake, lead to a reduction of existing fishery potential and cause extinction of Pesut Mahakam. To control pollution in the lake, local government of Kutai Kartanegara has implemented an online monitoring technology to monitor the water quality of the lake in four point location. Monitoring results are used to support local goverment in taking pollution control policies in both lakes. Keywords: Water quality online monitoring system, lake water quality monitoring system, GSM  and SMS technology, multiprobe sensor, telemtry system.

The Precision Micro-Assembly Machine was developed to manufacture the ICF targets, which have submillimeter-sized components with micrometer sized features. The machine provides simultaneous manipulation of three objects in a 3-cm3 operating arena and can stitch together multiple millimeter-scales operating arenas over distances spanning tens of centimeters with micrometer-level accuracy. In this report, we will discuss the technologies that are merged to help assist the research community with micro-component fabrication. Furthermore, we also present the design of the online monitoring system, which contains two kinds of non-contact measurement system, microscopic image and laser confocal. The online monitoring system can characterize the positions of the target components during the assembly process. The effect and mathematic model of on-line measuring was analyzed. The results of target assembly experiments show position tolerance of the assembly is not more than 10μm.
