Abstract The cable connector is the weak link of the electrical part of the cable. Most of the cable breakdown accidents occur at the connector, which will have a huge impact on the safe power supply of the city. In recent years, with the development and maturity of 10 kv cable fusion joint technology, high-voltage cable fusion joint technology is gradually applied in the field, but the key process problems in the production process lack of effective control means. In order to solve such problems, this paper use IDIP - DR digital radiographic testing technology. The key technology of high voltage cable melting joint detection, effectively detect the main insulation problems bubble construction technology. Through the anatomical, proved the accuracy of the test results, for the subsequent company to carry out the weld joint process control provides an effective means of. The causes of defects were analyzed and the corresponding process control suggestions were put forward.

With all kinds of structured data and unstructured data between intranet and external information network interacted frequently, a kind of safety device has been produced that achieved effective control of information network data access to ensure normal operation of the isolation system and related business and make the data of intranet safe and reliable. In order to ensure that every release version could run stability, automation testing solution based on keyword driven has been designed to realize the separation of test data, test scripts and test logic. The main design were keyword structure and hierarchical key separation. Regression testing has consisted of test Cases configured flexibility and selectively to realize reasonable arrangement of testers and improve test efficiency.

Fifty-one patients suspected of having a perilymph fistula were evaluated. We postulated that many patients with predominantly vestibular complaints had unrecognized perilymph fistulas. An analysis was made of symptoms, physical findings, vestibular and audiometric test results in order to determine appropriate diagnostic criteria for the presence of perilymph fistulas. The patient population was divided into two groups, those with and without fistulas. Data from both groups were compared by mean values of variables, step-wise discriminant analysis, and factor analysis. A history of trauma with sudden onset of dizziness and/or hearing loss should alert the physician to a fistula. Findings of significance were positional nystagmus of short latency and long duration without import of nystagmus direction, canal paresis and reduced speech reception threshold with poor speech discrimination scores. Discriminant analysis correctly classified 19 fistula and 10 nonfistula cases explored operatively and identified two error judgments in 22 nonoperated cases. Bed rest for the first five days proved to be the most effective means of therapy. Surgical intervention with repair of the fistula by perichondrial graft provided effective control of vertigo more frequently than restoration of hearing.

According to Chinese traditional classification, large-sized jackets weight over 10,000 tons and stand in over 100-meter water. Large-sized jackets are different from the normal in construction tonnage, structural dimension and quality control requirements as well as construction difficulty. More complicated construction technology and programme, higher grade of materials, stricter control requirements on node weld and higher risks all need matched stricter, more meticulous and more comprehensive management in planning and scheduling. Combined with construction of LW3-1 deep-water jacket, this paper describes the planning, tracking progress, process control and optimization.

Abstract As a component of the Internet of things, high-voltage cables are the power supply infrastructure for the modern development of cities. The operation experience shows that the high-voltage cable has been broken down many times, due to the defective operation. At present, due to the limitation of detection technology, the research on detection and identification of defects in high-voltage cables is progressing slowly. Therefore, a new DR technology based on X-ray digital imaging is proposed in this paper to realize real-time detection of defects in the semi-conductive buffer layer of high-voltage cables, and intelligent detection of DR images of high-voltage cables by using image depth processing technology to realize intelligent identification of defects in the buffer layer of power cables. The results show that using the new DR technique proposed in this paper, the accurate and intuitive DR image of high-voltage cable can be obtained quickly, and the intelligent identification of defects can be realized.

A partial discharge (PD) on-line monitoring and positioning system for high-voltage cables based on double-ended testing technology is developed. The hardware of this system includes a high-frequency current sensor, site PD signal acquisition and PD monitoring server. In order to achieve real-time monitoring and remote diagnostics of the XLPE cable partial discharge status, the designed software system is divided into front-end control system and remote diagnostic system. And finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the system is verified by XLPE cable partial discharge testing.

Due to the use of wood and other non-permanent materials, traditional Chinese architecture is one of the most fragile constructions in various heritage objects today. With the increasing emphasis on the protection of cultural relics, the repair project of wooden structure has become more and more important. There are various kinds of destructions, which pose a hidden danger to the overall safety of the ancient buildings, caused not only by time and nature, but also by improper repairs in history or nowadays. Today, the use of digital technology is a basic requirement in the conservation of cultural heritage. Detection technology, especially non-destructive testing technology, could provide more accurate records in capturing detailed physical characteristics of structures such as geometric deformation and invisible damage, as well as prevent a man-made destruction in the process of repair project. This paper aims to interpret with a typical example, Ancestral Temple in Mukden Palace, along with a discussion of how to use the non-destructive testing technology with ground penetrating radar, stress wave, resistograph and so on, in addition to find an appropriate protection method in repair project of traditional Chinese wooden architecture.

Abstract The ion or plasma nitriding process has been around for many decades. Developed in the late 1930s, the process was used extensively in Europe. During the 1980s, the process became more popular in the U.S., and many systems were purchased. Early on, the process was not widely understood, and some applications were not a good fit. As plasma nitriding advantages and limitations became realized, the process found its niche in many different industries. Very demanding applications proved to be good applications for ion over gas nitriding. In general, plasma nitriding uses high voltage power operating in the 500–100VDC range, often conducting hundreds of amps to power the process by activating the glow discharge. The glow discharge is not only capable of heating the parts but also ionizes the atmosphere to allow the process to operate. This paper provides insight into plasma nitriding and discusses new advances, widening the range of applications for the process. Many of the advances are in the form of advanced process control electronics, mass flow controllers for process gas flow, and, most importantly, newer high voltage power supply designs with high speed microprocessor arc detection technology.

Currently, there is no effective detection and diagnosis technology for the frequently happened mechanical defects of disconnectors. A porcelain column high-voltage disconnector is taken as the object to study the influence of mechanical defects, including bearing jamming, axle pin jamming, and three-phase position asynchrony on the operating torque through geometric mechanics deduction. An operating torque detection technology is proposed, which could accurately measure the operating torque of the disconnector without destroying its original shafting. Using this technology, the operating torque curves of the disconnector in normal state and typical mechanical defect simulation states are measured and compared. The results indicate that the operating torque changes with the mechanical state of disconnector, and these changes could be quantified through the proposed detection technology. And the types of mechanical defects can be distinguished according to their different effects on the operating torque curve. Based on this, a practical mechanical defects diagnosis method is summarized to provide reference for maintainers to diagnose the mechanical defects of disconnectors.
