Combined with a specific foreign-related project and based on the detailed report of the engineering geological investigation, this paper describes the application of the selected support structures of shotcrete-bolt and bored piles with high pressure rotary jet grouting waterproof curtain from aspects of scheme optimizing, design and construction, underground watertable lowering and result monitoring. Satisfactory achievements have been made in cost saving, shortening duration, facilitating construction and environmental protection etc. It demonstrates that two or multiple support systems can be used simultaneously in one foundation pit as support structure.

The air shaft deep foundation pit 6 is influenced by subgrade unbalance loading of highway 312, specifically its deep horizontal displacement of supporting piles and subgrade settlement of expressway 312 under unsymmetrical load effect. This paper carries out construction monitoring and numerical simulation analysis and gives a detailed study on the influenced factors of support structure deformation. Calculation results show that subgrade unsymmetrical load has a great influence on deep horizontal deformation of supporting piles. The maximum horizontal displacement at the bias side is about three times more than non-bias side’s; when the distance of subgrade to foundation pit is the same as the depth of excavation, the influence of subgrade on pit can be ignored; as the cohesion and internal friction angle increases, the horizontal displacement of fender piles decreases. However, enlarging the embedded depth of supporting piles has no significant influence on the stability of foundation pit.

The constitutive relations of soil in the super-large deep foundation pit project and the law of interaction between soil and the support structure were studied. The excavation of the foundation pit was simulated. The coupling of soil and the support structure and the change in earth pressure with the progress of excavation were analyzed, and the scope of influence of foundationsubsidence was obtained.

<p>With the development of geotechnical engineering, the double row pile support technology of deep foundation pit in geotechnical engineering has also been improved. However, at present, there are still problems, which affects the quality and safety of the whole geotechnical engineering, and requires measures to deal with them. This paper first describes the characteristics of double row pile support of deep foundation pit in geotechnical engineering, then analyzes the problems laying in it, and finally puts forward some countermeasures.</p>

With economic development, the massing of buildings in the mining area is increasing. The larger and deeper foundations will come forth. The safety of excavation support, adjacent building put forward higher requirements. Summing up the experiences of deep foundation pit support in mining area, this article expounds the mining area excavation support structure, retaining pile, neighboring buildings and foundation as a whole process which is simulation of excavation and supporting.
