The development of new energy industry is one of the important breakthroughs to solve energy and environmental issues and fulfill commitment to the international community for China. SWOT analysis was used to study the new energy industrial upgrading in Tianjin in this paper. By analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the development of new energy industry in Tianjin, the current situations and problems were summarized, in order to provide reference for the practice of new energy industrial upgrading in Tianjin.

Vegetable prices play an important role in people’s daily lives globally. However, there is very little research that has systematically analyzed and discussed the existing research. Therefore, in order to narrow this gap in the literature, there is a need for an extensive and macro-level study of vegetable price research. By sorting out a large volume of documents, This paper presents a visual representation of the vegetable price research literature in the Web of Science and CNKI databases; it includes three perspectives of the cooperative network, co-occurrence network and co-cited network, and draws scientific knowledge map, to acquire a good understanding of the current situation of vegetable price research, hot issues, clearly shows the focus of the research, summaries the fluctuation pattern of vegetable price, deeply analyses the influencing factors of vegetable price fluctuation, and find out the connection between related scholars and the correlation existing in each research content. The results show that scholars at home and abroad have conducted research from the perspectives of vegetable price influencing factors, forecasting and early warning, and insurance systems, but they are only limited to some regions, and some vegetable varieties, and the forecasting and early warning of vegetable prices are not accurate enough, the insurance system is not perfect, and a complete price influencing mechanism has not yet been proposed. The aim of this study is to make a significant contribution to the scientific community and industry practitioners by providing a comprehensive understanding of the latest status, popular keywords and topics, and emerging areas of vegetable price research. In addition, this study will be a useful and valuable reference and guide for researchers interested in this field.

With the increasing difficulties associated with heating, the new energy industry has become the mainstay for property development. The effective diffusion of leading technologies supplies a social edge for enterprise core technologies, and this is also a necessary topic for industrial transformation and optimization. Within the international context of energy conservation and emission reduction, the scientific and in-depth study of the diffusion mechanisms underlying leading technologies in the new energy industry have vital theoretical significance for the promotion of the diffusion of leading technologies. Based on the introduction of the Bass model and one extension model, this paper constructs the diffusion model of the new energy industry’s leading technology and analyzes its diffusion mechanism. The identified mechanism indicates that in the case of imperfect market and policy environments, the diffusion of the leading technology of the new energy industry is mainly influenced by the “expected utility” of innovators and the “actual utility” of imitators. The diffusion of the leading technology in innovator enterprises of the new energy industry is mainly affected by the “expected utility,” while the diffusion in imitator enterprises is affected by the “actual utility.” These influences are verified by simulation analysis. Based on the diffusion mechanism, several suggestions are presented for the promotion of the diffusion mechanism of leading technology, with the aim to provide references for the government, industry associations, and enterprises for relevant decision-making.

Abstract About 20 years ago Klepper (1997) has shown that the life cycle theory, initially introduced for products, can also be applied to the development of industries. The industries that were examined to establish this theory were marked by relatively stable market conditions that are typically driven by innovation. However, research on the transition of the energy system has shown that markets for new energy technologies are driven by political support. As yet an analysis of the industry life cycle of an industry which has developed under politically driven market conditions has not been conducted. Therefore this paper examines the development of the global wind energy industry and the relevance of national markets in a globalized world. The study is founded on a large empirical database. A comparative analysis of various international and national developments was conducted using descriptive statistical methods. The findings show that the global development derives from the sum of individual national developments. It reveals a strong influence of national markets on the development of their respective wind energy industry. Therefore these findings provide relevant insides for the political debate on market support mechanisms in wind energy.
