Based on 234 survey data of 35 pilot demonstration enterprises in intelligent manufacturing, this paper tested the mediating role of supply chain flexibility in the process of big data capability affecting enterprise performance. The empirical results show that the foundation capability, application capability, and development capability all have a significant positive impact on enterprises performance. Big data foundation capability has a significant positive effect on the supply chain flexibility in terms of product flexibility, logistics flexibility and production flexibility, and it has no significant effect on purchasing flexibility and information flexibility. Both big data application capability and big data development capability have a positive effect on supply chain flexibility. In addition to purchasing flexibility, the other dimensions of supply chain flexibility and supply chain flexibility comprehensive factors all have a mediating effect on the relationship between big data capabilities and firm performance. The conclusions of this study have a positive enlightenment role for enterprises to develop big data capabilities and create a flexible supply chain to meet the needs of the market and customers.

Abstract Green development and international cooperation are important themes of today’s social development research. As Russia’s important area to the Asia-Pacific region, the Primorsky Krai bears the responsibility of exploring international cooperation and green development methods. Based on the current situation of Russia’s development, this study constructs an evaluation index system for green development capabilities from the four aspects. Based on the entropy method, the 2015 first-level administrative unit of the Russian Federation was evaluated for green development capabilities, focusing on the status quo of the green development capabilities of the Primorsky Territory and the development direction of international cooperation. The results show that the Primorsky Krai has a relatively high level of green development capability in the Russian Federation. The price level of the Primorsky Territory has the strongest impact on the green development capability, and the industrial green development capability urgently needs to be improved. According to the evaluation results, it put forward suggestions that the Primorsky Krai needs to improve the development of green international cooperation in terms of social development, etc., and provided theoretical support.

There is a global need to jointly build the green Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in order to develop a philosophy of ecological civilisation and achieve sustainable development. This paper aims to analyse the temporal and spatial characteristics of the green development cooperation (GDC) network among BRI regions and countries and explore the reasons for its formation. To this end, the first step was to analyse the spatial and temporal characteristics of green development capability in six regions of 104 BRI countries from 2013 to 2019 using the synthetic evaluation model and entropy method. Next, social network analysis was used to analyse three characteristics of the GDC network: network structure, node structure, and community structure. Moreover, the indicators of network strength and network correlation were used to estimate the structural characteristics of the entire GDC network, while degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality were used to estimate the role and status of countries in the GDC network. In addition, modularity optimisation was used to analyse the community structure and regional effects of the GDC network. The results show that (1) the green development capability of the BRI countries has spatial and temporal heterogeneity. (2) The GDC network among the BRI countries has been initially formed, and has the characteristics of high connectedness, high efficiency, low density, and low hierarchy. (3) The GDC network has community structure and regional effect, showing polycentric and hierarchical characteristics. (4) China, Russia, and the European countries have stronger radiating and controlling power. Central Asian countries along the land Silk Road and Indian Ocean countries along the maritime Silk Road play a significant role as intermediaries and bridges, while the BRICS and Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) countries play a vital role as the central actors. Finally, some theoretical and practical implications are put forward to provide a blueprint for jointly achieving the sustainable development goals.

The innate immune system represents the first line of defense against influenza viruses, which cause severe inflammation of the respiratory tract and are responsible for more than 650,000 deaths annually worldwide. mRNA vaccines are promising alternatives to traditional vaccine approaches due to their safe dosing, low-cost manufacturing, rapid development capability, and high efficacy. In this review, we provide our current understanding of the innate immune response that uses pattern recognition receptors to detect and respond to mRNA vaccination. We also provide an overview of mRNA vaccines, and discuss the future directions and challenges in advancing this promising therapeutic approach.

A well-known saying "your health will depend on the type of food you eat". A solid eating regimen comprises of an even eating routine made out of exceedingly significant supplements in right extent. It forestalls lack of healthy sustenance and beginning of illnesses like weight, diabetes, heart ailments, disease and stroke to give some examples. Newborn child and little youngster taking care of practices are of prime significance to keep up the dietary status of kids between 0-24 months of age and are frequently affected by conventional practices. Baby and small kid taking care of practices, lack of healthy sustenance and kid endurance rates in the nation are interlinked. Accentuation on improving these practices is a basic advance for better advancement and wellbeing of children. Contamination and ailing health during the pinnacle time of advancement in the initial two years of life influence the development capability of kids. Breastfeeding is an essential human action, crucial to newborn child and maternal wellbeing also, of monstrous financial incentive to families and societies. To survey the healthful information and demeanor towards breast feeding among rural nursing moms, present investigation was led. The example was 200 lactating moms. Purposive Random examining strategy was utilized to gather the data. The information was gathered legitimately from moms by utilizing organized survey to evaluate the dietary information and attitude of nursing mother. After the information assortment, information will be coded efficiently and organized under various heads. Coding was done on the basis of knowledge and attitude. After this, content and statistical analysis was done using percentage.

Purpose This study aims to develop and empirically examine a model that investigates the mediating role of technology development capability (TDC) on the relationship between customer focus (CF) and technology leadership (TL). Design/methodology/approach The analysis and interpretation of a partial least square model include the following two stages: the first stage focuses on assessing the reliability and validity of the measurement model, while the second pertains to evaluating the structural model. Findings The general understanding prevailing in practice and literature is that management sponsorship (MS) has a positive impact on the relationship between CF and TDC. It is also generally understood that MS has a positive impact on TL initiatives. However, the findings of this study contradict these assumptions. Specifically, the study indicates that MS has a negative moderating effect on CF and technology development capabilities, and has no impact on CF and TL relationships. Originality/value CF, TDC and MS, and their interplay and impact in enhancing firms’ TL position, have not been explored thus far in an integrated manner in the context of the automobile industry in developing countries. The research relating to CF, technology development capabilities, technology innovation capabilities, MS and TL reported in the literature has drawn inferences from case studies, anecdotal evidence and experiences of industry leaders, experts and consultants. This study attempts to fill the gaps mentioned above by presenting and testing a new moderated mediation model that shows the relationship between CF, TDC, MS and TL.

PurposeThis paper aims to identify and compare the arrangements of innovation capabilities and their correlation with the socio-environmental responsibility of two groups: companies with less socio-environmental concern (Group Gray) and companies with greater socio-environmental concern (Group Green).Design/methodology/approachDescriptive and quantitative research with 1,322 Brazilian manufacturing companies was conducted. We analyzed (1) the actual arrangement of capabilities and (2) the ideal arrangement of capabilities with the greatest impact on innovation.FindingsResults suggest that there is a difference in the arrangement of capabilities between the two groups. Also, there is a difference between the capabilities that effectively receive the companies' attention and the capabilities that should be valued and developed. Green companies must focus their efforts on Transaction capability, followed respectively by Management, Development and Operation capabilities. Gray companies must focus on Development capability, followed by Management, Transaction and Operation capabilities.Originality/valueBy identifying the ideal capability arrangement, this research provides important information that can guide managers in planning internal strategies for investments, prioritizing management efforts and rearranging capabilities to boost innovation for sustainability.
