Abstract Background: EF-14 trial showed the efficacy of tumor treating fields (TTF), and TTF was approved as a standard therapy for glioblastoma in Japan. In TTF opening, Device Support Specialist (DSS) explains how to use it for the patient and the family. Because there is no DSS in Yamaguchi prefecture, DSS has to come to our hospital across other prefectures. On the other hand, COVID-19 is still spreading and it is sometimes tough to move from a big city to countryside. Here, we would present the experiences of TTF opening with online DSS support. Method: From June 2020, Zoom was used for 4 patients, and from June 2021, iPad/Face-Time was used for one patient. TTF was introduced via online DSS support with direct support from our nurse in our out clinic. After that, initial times of TTF change were performed via online DSS support in patient’s home. Two patients who used Zoom had trouble to connect to internet, however finally completed with relative helps. Conclusion: Online medicine should be absolutely spreading in country sides. Now, we change from Zoom to iPad, because the old patients in country sides were hard to use internet utility. We should make efforts to provide patients more brief methods of online support.

Abstract Background: EF-14 trial showed the efficacy of tumor treating fields (TTF), and TTF was approved as a standard therapy for glioblastoma. In TTF opening, Device Support Specialist (DSS) should explain how to use it for the patient and family. However no DSS does always stay in our Yamaguchi prefecture, and DSS has to come to our hospital across other prefectures. On the other hand, COVID-19 infection is still spreading and it is sometimes tough to move from a big city to countryside. Here, we would present the first experience of TTF opening with online DSS support. A case report: A 68 years old man had right hemiparesis. MRI showed multiple lesions in the left hemisphere, and biopsy showed glioblastoma. After 1 month from chemo and radiotherapy, TTF was introduced. DSS from Tokyo explained how to use TTF via PC camera with TV monitor. A skilled neurosurgeon and special nurse also helped them in front of him. His head and the attached array were well checked from DSS with PC camera moving around him. Everything was smooth and he started TTF. Conclusion: Online medicine should be absolutely spreading. In countryside, it is hard that DSS comes to our hospital from a big city. TTF opening could be favorable via online system with skilled medical stuffs.

HOW WE GET INVOLVED WITH COURT-MANDATED PARENTS Because of the emotional intensity and conflict that is typical of many court-mandated clients, our approach begins with the initial telephone contact. When parents are ordered to therapy to help settle custody and/or visitation issues, usually one parent calls in explaining that they have been court-ordered to therapy. When this happens, we take down some basic information and explain that we must wait for the other parent to call in before therapy can begin. If we see one parent before making contact with the other, we are likely to become part of the adversarial climate characteristic of the court. In a few cases, an attorney or guardian ad litem will refer the case directly to us. They usually want to give us background information about the family. We thank them for this input and ask that they have the family call us directly so we can tell them about our center and how we work. We also tell the referral source that therapy will begin after we hear from both parents. When the first parent calls in, they often tell us that we shouldn't expect a call from the other parent, saying, "I asked him/her to come to therapy a hundred times when we were married and he/she always refused." Sometimes we receive a court-order from a judge in the mail; the court order explains who is referred to therapy and why. It usually states that the parents are having difficulty resolving issues regarding their children. These issues include disputes about visitation, custody, and financial support. It is important to note that some families we see are in the midst of the divorce process while others have been divorced for many years. THERAPIST POSITIONING We see our role with court-ordered families as flowing from our ideas about people, therapy, and change. So, when we work on these cases, we become part of a system of people engaged in a dialogue about the well-being of a family. It is important to note that no one involved with the family denies that the best interests of children are primary. What those best interests are, however, is open to debate. Our role, as we see it, is to join with members of each system (family,

If one examines the vocabulary of almost any Mon-Khmer language, and turns to words with an initial labial semivowel—or those derived from roots with such an initial—one is immediately struck by the number of words with meanings of the order of ‘round, circular’, ‘to go round’, ‘to put round, coil, wrap round’, ‘enclosure’, ‘to turn round, return’, and the like. Thus, consulting three relatively modest lexica, we can cite from (modern) Mon in the Western branch of the family wèn, wèn wòk ‘ to be crooked, deformed’; ω⋯αη ‘compound, enclosure’; ω⋯αη ‘to shun, avoid’; ω⋯η ‘loop, bend; to be bent round, to go round’; wòt ‘to wring out’; wòa ‘whirlpool’; with tsh ‘all around’. The Eastern Mon-Khmer language Sre, spoken around Jiring (Di-linh) 100 miles north-east of Sàigòn, has wac ‘eddy’; wal bong ‘halo round sun or moon’; wang (waang) ‘pound for animals’; war ‘to coil round, wrap round’; waar ‘to bend back’; weet ‘to turn round’; wil ‘circle’; wöl ‘again; to turn’; wör ‘to stir’. In Northern Mon-Khmer, Palaung has υαη ‘compound’; υƏr ‘to stir’; υεh ‘to avoid, shun’; νeη to come back, go back’; υi? ‘to bend’; υir ‘again, to recur’; (υrƏr) ‘to avoid, shun’; υiƏt ‘to give back, return’. (The Palaung voiced fricative υ corresponds functionally in syllable-initial position to the semivowel in the other languages.)

Hal terakhir yang menjadi penting adalah terkait dengan kemudahan penggunaan fungsi e-commerce karena dengan semakin mudah-nya penggunaan e-commerce akan dapat menjangkau segala segment masyarakat sehingga dampak dari peralihan transaksi yang awalnya offline menjadi online akan semakin besar bahkan masyarakat yang tinggal di kota besar dan dekat dengan toko offline secara tidak langsung akan beralih ke transaksi online yang akan membuat transaksi bertumbuh dengan cepat dan besar Kata kunci— Offline, Online, e-Commerce, Layanan, Keamanan, Kemudahan, Support                                  ABSTRACTEverything that have relation with online community has been main consumption to all almost segmentation including age or man and women because it’s about time, convenience until difficulty for easy using to do activities like gaming, economic until social relation that everything could be connected so easily and get monitoring by digital history. One of the greatest allocation that already happening is there is movement from retail transaction from offline where customer come to store directly to do transaction change into online transaction by the facility of online where customer can utilize e-commerce facilities that have been developed by many development. Then online transaction has been a different attraction because customer doesn’t need to come to stores, customer can do everything transaction whenever and wherever because transaction ordering can do payment by online and could be seen directyly to location that has been set by customer and customer can get so many reference about the same product from the side of price, size even quality from product. E-commer service like bonus, discount even free delivery service and cash back give so many profit that why e-commerce has been enjoyed by customer because the other aspect about price can be variant and cheaper than offline store, customer can get many facility from e-commerce. After that there are so many varios seller that have been divided by region that could not been bordered by distance give easily condition to customer for searching their specific stuff because there are not stuff has been sold in offline store. The security of e-commerce has been basicly get impact for customer to have their trust because customer identity for their facility the basicly for customer expect their data could be kept safely and not to be saled, other than customer has made e-commerce as their third party, so if someday purchasing transaction that customer did is not suitable and have damage, customer can give reporting to support center for e-commerce so company could make a continuos action, it’s different to do purchasing form offline store that just have two aspect between buyer and seller. The last most important thing is involved about easiness of e-commerce could be operated because if e-commerce easy to use that could reach all people segmentation so impacy and allocation transaction basicly from offline become online can grow bigger even people live in big city can be close to offline store indirecty so impact and transaction allocation from offline to online can be grown bigger and bigger day by day Kata kunci— Offline, Online, e-Commerce, Services, Security, Easiness, Support

In this study, the use of smartphones by children during family dinners at home and the e-communication behaviors of children through their smartphones at dinnertime were examined from the perspective of parents. The objectives were to determine children’s use of smartphones and priority they give to their smartphones, to find out the effect of such use and priority on the importance given to family dinners at home, and to examine whether such use and priority make it difficult for the family to come together for dinner. A new scale was developed to determine children’s use of smartphones and their e-communication behaviors through their smartphones during dinnertime. The findings showed that the priority given to smartphones made it challenging for the family to come together for dinner and that the use of smartphones during the meal had a negative effect on the dinner; additionally, the priority given to smartphones affected the dinner not only negatively but also positively. This contradiction was interpreted based on the assumption that the priority given to smartphones by children makes it difficult for the family to gather for dinner. On the other hand, when the children keep their smartphones in a passive position but at a reachable distance, the importance and concentration they give to the meal could increase.

Marriage is an important thing in the life of a woman. The importance that our society attaches to marriage is reflected in our literature and it is the central concern of Shashi Deshpade’s novels. In our society where girl learns early that she is ‘Paraya Dhan’, and she is her parents’ responsibility till the day she is handed over to her rightful owners. What a girl makes of her life, how she shapes herself as an individual, what profession she takes up is not as important as whom she marries. Marriage is the ultimate goal of a woman’s life. This paper attempts to probe into the problems of marriage through the protagonists of her novels where one enjoys the freedom of marriage and the other accepts the traditional marriage. Shashi Deshpade highlights the problems of marriage faced by middle-class people in finding suitable grooms for their daughters. This problem is well-illustrated through the characters of her novels. Since the girl’s mind over her childhood is tuned that she is another’s property, she tries to attach a lot of importance to it. it is indeed a tragedy that even in the modern age, Indian females echo the same sentiment where it was marriage which mattered most of them but not to the men. It is a beginning of females sacrifices in life that marriage brings to her. Shashi Deshpande encourages her female protagonists to rise in rebellion against the males in the family matters, instead she wants to build a harmonious relationship between man and woman in a mood of compromise and reconciliation.

Abstract In the paper we present the selected properties of composition relation of the convergent and divergent permutations connected with commutation. We note that a permutation on ℕ is called the convergent permutation if for each convergent series ∑an of real terms, the p-rearranged series ∑ap(n) is also convergent. All the other permutations on ℕ are called the divergent permutations. We have proven, among others, that, for many permutations p on ℕ, the family of divergent permutations q on ℕ commuting with p possesses cardinality of the continuum. For example, the permutations p on ℕ having finite order possess this property. On the other hand, an example of a convergent permutation which commutes only with some convergent permutations is also presented.

Bryophytes are the second largest group of land plants and are also known as the amphibians of the plant kingdom. 67 species of bryophytes have been reported from select locations across the state of Gujrat. The status of family fissidentaceae which is a large moss family is being presented in this paper. Globally the family consists of 10 genera but only one genus, Fissidens Hedw. has been collected from Gujarat. Fissidens is characterized by a unique leaf structure and shows the presence of three distinct lamina, the dorsal, the ventral and the vaginant lamina. A total of 8 species of Fissidens have been reported from the state based on vegetative characters as no sporophyte stages were collected earlier. Species reported from the neighboring states also showed the absence of sporophytes. The identification of different species was difficult due to substantial overlap in vegetative characters. Hence a detailed study on the diversity of members of Fissidentaceae in Gujarat was carried out between November 2013 and February 2015. In present study 8 distinct species of Fissidens have been collected from different parts of the state. Three species Fissidens splachnobryoides Broth., Fissidens zollingerii Mont. and Fissidens curvato-involutus Dixon. have been identified while the other five are still to be identified. Fissidens zollingerii Mont. and Fissidens xiphoides M. Fleisch., which have been reported as distinct species are actually synonyms according to TROPICOS database. The presence of sexual reproductive structures and sporophytes for several Fissidens species are also being reported for the first time from the state.

The polarization of postures in conflicts among parents and adolescents involve a threat for family harmony. Skills for argumentation and perspective taking are required to enable the achievement of satisfactory agreements during the processes of negotiation. The purpose of this paper has been to analyze the skills of parents and adolescents to adopt other perspectives when discussing a conflict by means of observational methodology. The study was carried out with 29 families (constituted by father, mother and an adolescent son or daughter) who were recorded while they argued about a real conflict. Frequency and duration of five levels of perspective-taking were registered (Myself; Reasoned myself; the other like an obstacle; the other adding to me; and us) in the discourse of the family, and also in the different members of the triad, considering their interrelations. The results were showing a moderated level of perspective-taking in family discussions, predominating the levels Reasoned myself, focused on explaining own perspective, and The other like an obstacle, focused on reasons to contest the perspective of the other. In general parents showed more perspective-taking. Particularly the mothers exhibited more sensitivity with her adolescent son or daughter, providing higher levels of perspective-taking and argumentation.
