The aim of this research is to find out how big the role of the farmer group members in increasing rice production at Korobhera Village, Meggo Subdistrict, Sikka District. The research has been done on April to May 2019. This is a qualitative study with purposive sampling considering the site was one of rice central production. The objectives of the study were to know : 1) how big the role of the farmer group members to productivity increasing in the area of research ; 2) the constraints faced by the members of the farmer group. Sample was done randomly using simple random sampling method with a total sample size of 50 people, who were the members of four farmer groups existed. The results of research indicated that the role of farmer group members in increasing rice production at the location of research was high, shown by the percentage of the accomplishment maximum score from average score in the amount of 75,65% (average score 87). The constraints faced by members of farmer group were quite similar, which were financial capital limits problem, uncaged livestocks and the availability of production tools was often not on time.

The technology of large scale hydrogen transmission from central production facilities to refueling stations and stationary power sites is at present undeveloped. Among the problems which confront the implementation of this technology is the deleterious effect of hydrogen on structural material properties, in particular at gas pressure of 1000 psi which is the desirable transmission pressure suggested by economic studies for efficient transport. In this paper, a hydrogen transport methodology for the calculation of hydrogen accumulation ahead of a crack tip in a pipeline steel is outlined. The approach accounts for stress-driven transient diffusion of hydrogen and trapping at microstructural defects whose density may evolve dynamically with deformation. The results are used to discuss a lifetime prediction methodology for failure of materials used for pipelines and welds exposed to high-pressure hydrogen. Development of such predictive capability and strategies is of paramount importance to the rapid assessment of using the natural-gas pipeline distribution system for hydrogen transport and of the susceptibility of new alloys tailored for use in the new hydrogen economy.

Abstrak : Harga jual merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap petani, salah satunya yaitu tingkat pendapatan yang di peroleh oleh para petani, yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan produktivitas kerja dari para petani. Saluran pemasaran yang terlalu panjang, dan kebijakan harga yang tidak memihak pada petani mengakibatkan keuntungan yang di peroleh oleh petani sangat sedikit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi harga jual kedelai tingkat petani di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen, Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Ruang lingkup penelitian ini terbatas pada faktor tingkat produksi, kualitas, penanganan pascapanen dan saluran distribusi pemasaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil dari tiga desa tersebut yaitu desa Cot Kruet, Pinto Rimba, Ara Bungong. Sedangkan besarnya sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 15% dari total populasi penelitian. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah fungsi linier berganda. Hasil analisis koefisiensi determinasi ( R² ) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,827 yang berarti bahwa tingkat produksi, kualitas, penanganan pascapanen, dan saluran ditribusi pemasaran mempengaruhi harga jual kedelai sebesar 82,7%, sedangkan sisanya 17,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis secara serempak (uji-f) bahwa tingkat produksi, Kualitas, Penanganan pascapanen, dan saluran distribusi pemasaran berpengaruh nyata terhapap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Analisis secara parsial (uji-t) menyatakan bahwa faktor kualitas dan penanganan pascapanen yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani.Analysis Factors Affecting The Selling Price Soybean Level Farmer in Central Production in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen.Abstract : The selling price is one factor that would influence the farmers, one of them is income levels in get the farmers, which later will have an influence to motivation and labor productivity from farmers. Marketing outlets is too long, and policy the price of being impartial the farmers resulting in an advantage in get by farmers very few. The purpose of this study is to find of factors affect the selling price of soybean the farm gate in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten bireuen. Based on it, the study is done to find out what factors had an influence on the selling price of soybean farm gate. The study is done in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen, the research areas was selected deliberately (purposive). Scope this research limited to factors production level, the quality of, post-harvest handling of crops and distribution channels marketing. Population in this study as many as 30 people who is taken from the three the village the village Cot Kruet, Pinto Rimba, Ara Bungong. The amount of sample used in this research was 15 % of the total number of research. Model the analysis used is a function linear multiple.The results of the analysis koefisiensi determination ( R2 ) obtained value of 0,827 which means that production level, the quality, post-harvest handling of crops, and channels ditribusi marketing affect the selling price soybean of 82.7 %, while the rest 17.3 % influenced by other factors. The results of the analysis in unison ( uji-f ) that production level, the quality, post-harvest handling of crops, marketing and distribution channels may had have real impact against the selling price soybean the farm gate in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Analysis in partial ( uji-t ) said that factors the quality and post-harvest handling of crops who had have real impact on the selling price soybean the farm gate.

This includes soft (elastic scattering, exclusive meson pair production, diffractive bremsstrahlung) and hard (single and double Pomeron exchange jets, y +jet, W/Z, jet-gap-jet, exclusive jets) processes as well as Beyond Standard Model phenomena (anomalous gauge couplings, magnetic monopoles).

Burkholderia glumae, before mid-2018, is categorized as plant quarantine pest A2 Group 1 that its existence has been detected in Indonesia. B. glumae  has been known to spread in the central production of rice in Java, Sumatra, Borneo dan Sulawesi. This review aimed to explain the strategies for B. glumae detection through its characteristics and to prevent the divergence  of this bacterium in Indonesia. The previous studies reported that the bacteria could reduce yield up to 75% and caused the decrease  of weight-grain or the increase  of empty grain. The disease intensity is affected by environmental and physiological factors such as warm temperature at nighttime and high rainfall intensity. The optimum temperature for the development of the disease is 30–35°C. Moreover, the pathogen could survive at a temperature of 41°C. The tropical area of 32-36°C are suitable for B. glumae. Recently, the effective control of the disease in the field has not been found yet. Meanwhile, early detection of the disease is not yet determined,  even though  it is necessary  to prevent its spread in rice cultivation in Indonesia. Detection of the disease by Agricultural Quarantine Agency as a frontline is needed to check the entry of the disease carried by the import activities of the seed. Detection in the suspected field by protection institutes through frequent surveillance in central production areas of rice should be considered  as an important task.. The effective techniques to prevent B. glumae are the use of resistant varieties, the practice of seed treatments (using antibacterial, bactericide, heat treatment or plant extract), and  the application of oxolinic acid to the crops.

We compute the hard diffractive hadroproduction of bosons W± at high energies using Regge factorization and taking into account multiple Pomeron exchange corrections. The ratio of diffractive to non-diffractive W production agrees with the current Tevatron data and a prediction for the LHC is presented.
