The aim of this paper are: to create a data visualization that can assist the Government in evaluating the return on the development of health facilities in the region and province area in term of human resources for medical personnel, to help community knowing the amount of distribution of hospitals with medical personnel in the regional area and to map disease indicator in Indonesia. The issue of tackling health is still a major problem that is not resolved by the Government of Indonesia. There are three big things that become problems in the health sector in Indonesia: infrastructure has not been evenly distributed and less adequate, the lack of human resources professional health workforce, there is still a high number of deaths in the outbreak of infectious diseases. Data for the research are taken from BPS, in total 10,600 records after the Extract, Transform and Loading process. Time needed to convert several publications from PDF, to convert to CSV and then to MS Excel 3 weeks. The method used is Eight-step Data Visualization and Data Mining methodology. Tableau is chosen as a tool to create the data visualization because it can combine each dasboard inside a story interactive, easier for the user to analyze the data. The result is a story with 3 dashboards that can fulfill the requirement from BPS staff and has been tested with a satisfied result in the UAT (User Acceptance Test). This chapter introduces the role of Data Mining (DM) for Business Intelligence (BI) in Knowledge Management (KM), thus explaining the concept of KM, BI, and DM; the relationships among KM, BI, and DM; the practical applications of KM, BI, and DM; and the emerging trends toward practical results in KM, BI, and DM. In order to solve existing BI problems, this chapter also describes practical applications of KM, BI, and DM (in the fields of marketing, business, manufacturing, and human resources) and the emerging trends in KM, BI, and DM (in terms of larger databases, high dimensionality, over-fitting, evaluation of statistical significance, change of data and knowledge, missing data, relationships among DM fields, understandability of patterns, integration of other DM systems, and users' knowledge and interaction). Applying DM for BI in the KM environments will enhance organizational performance and achieve business goals in the digital age.

Human resources for health (HRH) are the backbone of the healthcare system, but a shortage of medical manpower and the misdistribution of human resources are critical problems in the rural areas of many countries till 2017. The shortage of medical manpower is a big issue between 2004 and 2013. Data mining of bibliometrics is a good tool to find the solutions for shortage of medical manpower. By analyzing 118,092 citations in 2,000 articles published in the SSCI and SCI databases addressing HRH from 2004 to 2013, we plotted the networks among authors in the field. We combine quantitative bibliometrics and a qualitative literature review to determine the important articles and to realize the relationships between important topics in this field. We find that retention and task shifting are the hot topics in HRH field between 2004 and 2013, and find out the solutions for these issues through literature review in later papers. The solution to the HRH shortage is to determine the motivations of health workers and to provide incentives to maintain their retention. Task shifting is another solution to the HRH crisis.

Data Mining is a method that is often needed in large-scale data processing, so data mining has important access to the fields of life including industry, finance, weather, science and technology. In data mining techniques there are methods that can be used, namely classification, clustering, regression, variable selection, and market basket analysis. Illiteracy is one of the factors that hinder the quality of human resources. One of the basic things that must be fulfilled to improve the quality of human resources is the eradication of illiteracy among the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the clustering of illiterate communities based on provinces in Indonesia. The results of the study are illiterate data clustering according to the age proportion of 15-44 namely 1 high group node, low group has 27 nodes, and medium group 6 nodes. The results of this study become input for the government to determine illiteracy eradication policies in Indonesia based on provinces.

Kata Kunci: Illiterate, Data mining, K-Means Clustering

Data Mining termasuk metode yang sering dibutuhkan dalam pengolahan data berskala besar, maka data mining mempunyai akses penting pada bidang kehidupan diantaranya yaitu bidang industri, bidang keuangan, cuaca, ilmu dan teknologi. Patient Visits Outpatient and inpatient insurance at Class C Hospitals is increasing from year to year. Increased visits to insurance patients will have an impact on the inpatient and outpatient health services provided. From the increase in patient visits, the data owned by the hospital is increasingly abundant. The data can be used to explore knowledge, find certain patterns. To explore knowledge about Inpatient and Outpatient Insurance patients, data mining clustering techniques are used with the Self Organizing Map (SOM) algorithm using R Studio tools. Clustering technique with the implementation of the Self Organizing Map (SOM) algorithm is a technique for grouping data based on certain characteristics which are then mapped into areas that resemble map shapes. The CRISP-DM method is used in this study to perform the stages of the data mining process. The results obtained from the implementation of clustering with the Self Organizing Map (SOM) algorithm are obtained 2 clusters representing dense areas and non-congested areas. Dense areas are represented by Internal Medicine Clinic, Surgery Clinic, Eye Clinic, Hemodialysis, Melati Room, Orchid Room, Bougenville Room, Flamboyan Room. Non-crowded areas are represented by General Clinics, Dental Clinics, Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinics, Children's Clinics, Mawar Room and Soka Room

Data mining technology is one of the new technologies that have become increasingly popular. Data mining enables to form forecasts and models regarding future by making use of past data. It can be costly, risky and time consuming for enterprises to gain knowledge. Firms gain important competitive advantage by data mining methods. This study analyzes on the readiness to implement and the extent of utilization of data mining technologies in the Financial Information Systems (FIS) in Borsa Istanbul and also researches the level of understanding of, perceptions of and readiness to implement data mining technologies within the Borsa Istanbul. Analysis was undertaken using SPSS. Manufacturing and financial enterprises are the universal of this study. Primary data were obtained by using survey method and questionnaire technique and findings of the study were evaulated. Technological, organisational and human resources issues had a significant role in the decision to, or not to utilize data mining technology. The ability to use data mining technology was found to be increased the performance of the Financial Information System.
