The aim of this paper are: to create a data visualization that can assist the Government in evaluating the return on the development of health facilities in the region and province area in term of human resources for medical personnel, to help community knowing the amount of distribution of hospitals with medical personnel in the regional area and to map disease indicator in Indonesia. The issue of tackling health is still a major problem that is not resolved by the Government of Indonesia. There are three big things that become problems in the health sector in Indonesia: infrastructure has not been evenly distributed and less adequate, the lack of human resources professional health workforce, there is still a high number of deaths in the outbreak of infectious diseases. Data for the research are taken from BPS, in total 10,600 records after the Extract, Transform and Loading process. Time needed to convert several publications from PDF, to convert to CSV and then to MS Excel 3 weeks. The method used is Eight-step Data Visualization and Data Mining methodology. Tableau is chosen as a tool to create the data visualization because it can combine each dasboard inside a story interactive, easier for the user to analyze the data. The result is a story with 3 dashboards that can fulfill the requirement from BPS staff and has been tested with a satisfied result in the UAT (User Acceptance Test). The government targets malaria elimination in Java and Bali by 2023. But until 2020, Pangandaran and Pandeglang Regency haven’t received malaria-free certification. This qualitative study was conducted to provide an overview of Pangandaran and Pandeglang malaria control implementation by comparing it to Activity Indicators based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Decree on malaria elimination. In-depth interviews, using thematically interview guidelines, were conducted to 48 key informants such as policyholders and people in charge of health programs and cross-sectoral at the provincial, district, sub-district, and village levels. Thematic analysis was used in the theme of policy implementation, budget, facilities and infrastructures, human resources, and cross-sector cooperation. The result shows that malaria control is implemented according to the decree, but some activities haven’t been done. The analysis on policy implementation theme shows that both districts have carried out according to the guidelines, with innovation in the form of establishing Posmaldes (village malaria post) in Ujung Kulon National Park in Pandeglang. APBD, APBN, and Global Fund are used as budget sources. Both districts stated that facilities and infrastructures are sufficiently available, but there is a lack in human resources’ quantity and varying degrees of competencies. There is also a lack of cross-sector cooperation because malaria control hasn’t become a priority in those sectors and they are only acting as supports to the health sector. Efforts to control malaria are considered less optimal due to the absence of malaria elimination regulations, varied human resource capabilities, and the limitation in the duties and functions of cross-sectors.

One of the manifestations of underdevelopment is malnutrition and unhygienic living conditions. These contribute to lowering productivity levels of labour thereby affecting both industrial and agricultural output. This gives rise to other problems such as unemployment, and underemployment which leads to falls in family income and a consequent decline in living standards. The cycle is then repeated. However, till the early 1970s most LDCs did not give due weightage to the improvement of health conditions as they felt that resources would be better utilised in the directly productive sectors of the economy, for example, agriculture and industry to name two. However, the last twenty years has seen, through the basic needs approach, the role that health can play in promoting development. Expenditures in the health sector came to be seen as investments in human capital. The benefits of such investment became apparent from the improvement in the quality of human resources which was reflected by increases. in productivity of the labour force as well as by increasing the length of the expected working life of labour. Thus the provision of better health facilities has a two-fold effect: first it increases the productivity of the existing labour force and, second it increases the quantity of human resources available in the future by increasing the length of working life. Keeping this in view, the Government of Pakistan's policy with regard to the provision of health can be summarised in a five-point agenda:

The COVID19 pandemic has shocked the world, including in Indonesia. This pandemic has an impact not only on the health sector, with many people exposed and even dying, but also in other sectors, one of which is the economic sector. Low economic growth, in fact there was a recession with a negative growth rate, many companies had to close, workers were laid off, people's incomes tended to decline, and many other changes. The government is also actively involved in regulating this, such as implementing Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), implementing social distancing, even for workers, students and university students, so activities are carried out from home. The impact of all these things has made the Indonesian people more creative in carrying out their daily lives and activities. Including company managers or entrepreneurs or business people, it is necessary to restructure their operational activities and business management. Indonesia needs human resources who are more skilled, more creative, and more able to improve competence and performance than what was done before this panddmi. Thus, each company is expected to be able to manage its business more competitively, both large and SME businesses. The Bina Amanah Cordova School of Entrepreneurship, Tangerang, is one that has also felt the impact of this pandemic. This school is a school dedicated to developing aspiring entrepreneurs. This school produces prospective business people who later they can help the government in increasing its contribution to the economic sector. realize that there is a need for their students and alumni who are already in the SME business to develop the further knowledge and skills needed to manage the challenges faced by any business due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Many students and alumni who are already business people are very aware of this changing situation. Under the Special Autonomy Law, indigenous Papuans receive special attention and are the main subject of development. The existence of the central government, provincial government, district/city governments, as well as subordinate institutions, are all geared to provide the best service to the indigenous people of Papua, in order that improvedsocial welfare can be realized, so that the lives of indigenous people of Papua can be in line with that of the rest of the population in Indonesia. There are four very important service sectors within the strategic mandate of the Special Autonomy Law to be implemented by the government in relation to the welfare of indigenous Papuans, namely: education, health and nutrition, village infrastructure, and economic empowerment. Supiori local government has yet to determine the performance indicators pertaining to implemented programs and activities funded by Special Autonomy. These conditions make the assessment of performance against the use of Special Autonomy funds difficult because indicators of achievement of the program/ activity are not available.Types of data collected in this study include both secondary and primary data. The data collection techniques used in this study are:Questionnaires and Distributed Questionnaires, In-Depth Interviews, Library Research, and Focus Group Discussions.Supiori Autonomy health sector funding of the programs and activities of the Department of Health in 2012 has been quite effective and beneficial for the Health Services Unit, which includes hospitals, health centers and Puskesmas Pembantu health center. In addition, medical personnel (nurses), Posyandu cadres, pregnant and nursing mothers, infants and toddlers, children and the community district also enjoy greater health benefits. There needs to be involvement and participation in the Health Services Unit Autonomy fund management, in areas ranging from planning to follow-up. Participation can be done through discussions about Health Services Unit needs, as well as the needs foundin the planning and budgeting of Special Autonomy funds in the Supiori health field.

Constant streaming of data for any instances at such high volumes provides insight in various organizations. Analyzing and identifying the pattern from the huge volumes of data has become difficult with its raw form of data. Visualization of information and visual data mining helps to deal with the flood of information. Visual data representation takes the data and its results to all the stakeholders in a meaningful manner which comes out of the data mining process. Recent developments have brought a large number of information visualization techniques to explore the large data sets which can be converted into useful information and knowledge. Observations and inspection data gathered from chemical and gas industries are being piled up on a daily basis as raw data. Continuous analysis is a new term evolving in the industry which continuously performs on the streaming data to have real-time analysis and prediction on-live. In this paper, usage of the various graphing model as per the respective information obtained from the organization have been discussed and justified. It also describes the value addition in making the decisions by representations through graphs and charts for better understanding. Heatmap, Scattergram and customized Radar plots the analyzed data as in the required format to visualize the prediction done for the occupational incidents in chemical and gas industries. As a result of the graphing model, representation provides a higher level of confidence in the findings of the analysis. This fact takes a better visual representation technique and transforms them to provide better results with faster processing and understanding.
