Laser bending process of sheet metals is a highly flexible forming technique. Simulate model of laser bending process was established by dimension analysis, and the control model of laser bending was achieved with the regression of swatch datum. It was shown that dimension analysis was an effective method in simulating the complex laser bending process, and the control model, which came from non-dimension group datum, was a high-accuracy model in predictive analysis of bending angle.

The user interface made of a LCD (liquid crystal display) screen and a touch screen based on LPC2138 is presented in this paper. The hardware design of the LCD and the touch screen is introduced and the software flow of the LCD and the touch screen is also described in this paper. And this paper proposes the synchronization algorithm which can achieve the LCD and the touch screen point by point with high accuracy and great reliability. On the basis of analyzing the principle of the embedded touch panel system, the working principle and control method of the dedicated controller DV320240GB touch screen are analyzed. The method for obtaining the coordinates of the touch screen and the synchronization algorithm of the LCD display are proposed to improve the efficiency of the touch screen and the LCD. The above-mentioned design has been successfully applied in ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) detection system.

Abstract. This paper applies a large-eddy actuator line approach to the simulation of wind turbine wakes. In addition to normal operating conditions, a specific focus of the paper is on wake manipulation, which is performed here by derating, yaw misalignment and cyclic pitching of the blades. With the purpose of clarifying the ability of LES methods to represent conditions that are relevant for wind farm control, numerical simulations are compared to experimental observations obtained in a boundary layer wind tunnel with scaled wind turbine models. Results indicate a good overall matching of simulations with experiments. Low-turbulence test cases appear to be more challenging than moderate- and high-turbulence ones due to the need for denser grids to limit numerical diffusion and accurately resolve tip-shed vortices in the near-wake region.

Aimed at the complicated nonlinear relationship between the flux attenuation and various on salt density factors, the luminous flux attenuation, relative humidity and ash density are chosen as inputs, the ESDD (the equal salt deposit density) is chosen as output, a RBF neural network model which can solve the modeling and control problem preferably in complex system with serious nonlinear is built. This model shows high accuracy after training by orthogonal least square (OLS) learning algorithm. Then ESDD online monitoring system is developed for fieldwork with the application of the model results.

When using programmed machine tools many steps of a shaft are machined in one operation. Many shafts are not rigid enough and for the purpose of achieving high accuracy and productivity it is necessary to use an automatic follow rest and dimension control. The problem is complicated by necessity of an automatic reset in an operation from one step of a shaft to the other. The new scheme of a device is proposed in the paper that enables simultaneously to support the shaft being machined and control its dimensions. The work principle of a device is that the shaft is supported in a radial direction by a movable slider. Diameter of the shaft neck is measured by two levers turning round their axes driven by the movable slider with patterns. The main idea is that at motion of the slider equal to change of the shaft neck diameter measuring surfaces of levers are constantly tangent to diametrical surface of the workpiece while the slider is supporting the workpiece in radial direction, opposite to the cutting force. Dimension of a shaft neck is evaluated as a sum of motion value of a slider and deviation from tangent of lever measuring surfaces. Theoretical background of principle schemes and the work scheme of a device are presented in the paper.
