The user interface made of a LCD (liquid crystal display) screen and a touch screen based on LPC2138 is presented in this paper. The hardware design of the LCD and the touch screen is introduced and the software flow of the LCD and the touch screen is also described in this paper. And this paper proposes the synchronization algorithm which can achieve the LCD and the touch screen point by point with high accuracy and great reliability. On the basis of analyzing the principle of the embedded touch panel system, the working principle and control method of the dedicated controller DV320240GB touch screen are analyzed. The method for obtaining the coordinates of the touch screen and the synchronization algorithm of the LCD display are proposed to improve the efficiency of the touch screen and the LCD. The above-mentioned design has been successfully applied in ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) detection system.

Doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) wind power generation system is widely used in wind farm all over the world. Reactive power can be generated both in grid-side converter and generator-side converter of DFIG. In this paper, working principle and control method of DFIG are introduced, and the reactive power limit of DFIG is derived, finally reactive power regulation is simulated in Simulink.

Multi-axis winding machine can realize automatic winding of composite elbow, but its mechanical structure and control system is complex, which restricts its industrial application. In this paper, two-axis FRP elbow winding machine applied teaching and playback method is designed, which accomplish the winding of elbow by controlling the rotation motion of the mandrel and the reciprocating motion of the carriage along a semicircular track. In teaching mode, the positions of spindle and carriage are collected and stored as teaching document when the spindle rotates a certain angle, while in playback mode the control method of electronic cam is applied to realize the playback winding. The mechanical structure and the working principle of elbow winding machine are introduced, and the control system of winding machine is analyzed. It is proved that the system is stable, and it can wind certain type of composite elbows.

This paper introduces the working principle, hardware and software designs of ultrasonic distance measurement based on STC89C52RD MCU. The hardware mainly consists of ultrasonic module, liquid crystal display module, alarm module and function key circuit. The system can clearly display the measurement results with high accuracy and can be applied to auto reverse anti-collision alarm system.

: The atomic force microscope (AFM) is widely used in many fields such as biology, materials, and physics due to its advantages of simple sample preparation, high-resolution topography measurement and wide range of applications. However, the low scanning speed of traditional AFM limits its dynamics process monitoring and other further application. Therefore, the improvement of AFM scanning speed has become more and more important. In this review, the working principle of AFM is first proposed. Then, we introduce the improvements of cantilever, drive mechanism, and control method of the high-speed atomic force microscope (HS-AFM). Finally, we provide the next developments of HS-AFM.

The application of advanced technologies for engine efficiency improvement and emissions reduction also increase the occurrence possibility of abnormal combustions such as incomplete combustion, misfire, knock or pre-ignition. Novel promising combustion modes, which are basically dominated by chemical reaction kinetics show a major difficulty in combustion control. The challenge in precise combustion control is hard to overcome by the traditional engine map-based control method because it cannot monitor the combustion state of each cycle, hence, real-time cycle-resolved in-cylinder combustion diagnosis and control are required. In the past, cylinder pressure and ion current sensors, as the two most commonly used sensors for in-cylinder combustion diagnosis and control, have enjoyed a seemingly competitive relationship, so all related researches only use one of the sensors. However, these two sensors have their own unique features. In this study, the idea is to combine the information obtained from both sensors. At first, two kinds of ion current detection system are comprehensively introduced and compared at the hardware level and signal level. The most promising variant (the DC-Power ion current detection system) is selected for the subsequent experiments. Then, the concept of ion current/cylinder pressure cooperative combustion diagnosis and control system is illustrated and implemented on the engine prototyping control unit. One application case of employing this system for homogenous charge compression ignition abnormal combustion control and its stability improvement is introduced. The results show that a combination of ion current and cylinder pressure signals can provide richer and also necessary information for combustion control. Finally, ion current and cylinder pressure signals are employed as inputs of artificial neural network (ANN) models for combustion prediction. The results show that the combustion prediction performance is better when the inputs are a combination of both signals, instead of using only one of them. This offline analysis proves the feasibility of using an ANN-based model whose inputs are a combination of ion current and pressure signals for better prediction accuracy.

Quality control becomes an important key for companies in suppressing the number of defective produced products. Six Sigma is a quality control method that aims to minimize defective products to the lowest point or achieve operational performance with a sigma value of 6 with only yielding 3.4 defective products of 1 million product. Stages of Six Sigma method starts from the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) stages that help the company in improving quality and continuous improvement. Based on the results of research on baby clothes products, data in March 2018 the percentage of defective products produced reached 1.4% exceeding 1% tolerance limit, with a Sigma value of 4.14 meaning a possible defect product of 4033.39 opportunities per million products. In the pareto diagram there were 5 types of CTQ (Critical to Quality) such as oblique obras, blobor screen printing, there is a fabric / head cloth code on the final product, hollow fabric / thin fabric fiber, and dirty cloth. The factors caused quality problems such as Manpower, Materials, Environtment, and Machine. Suggestion for consideration of company improvement was continuous improvement on every existing quality problem like in Manpower factor namely improving comprehension, awareness of employees in producing quality product and improve employee's accuracy, Strength Quality Control and give break time. Materials by making the method of cutting the fabric head, the Machine by scheduling machine maintenance and the provision of needle containers at each employees desk sewing and better environtment by installing exhaust fan and renovating the production room.

 A quadrotor is a four-rotor aircraft capable of vertical take-off and landing, hovering, forward flight, and having great maneuverability. Its platform can be made in a small size make it convenient for indoor applications as well as for outdoor uses. In model there are four input forces that are essentially the thrust provided by each propeller attached to each motor with a fixed angle. The quadrotor is basically considered an unstable system because of the aerodynamic effects; consequently, a close-loop control system is required to achieve stability and autonomy. Such system must enable the quadrotor to reach the desired attitude as fast as possible without any steady state error. In this paper, an optimal controller is designed based on a Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control method to obtain stability in flying the quadrotor. The dynamic model of this vehicle will be also explained by using Euler-Newton method. The mechanical design was performed along with the design of the controlling algorithm. Matlab Simulink was used to test and analyze the performance of the proposed control strategy. The experimental results on the quadrotor demonstrated the effectiveness of the methodology used.

In various forms of movement of finger rehabilitation training, Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) of single degree of freedom (1 DOF) has outstanding application value. Taking classic flexion and extension movement for instance, this study collected the joint angle data of finger flexion and extension motion by experiments and confirmed that the joint motion of finger are not independent of each other but there is certain rule. This paper studies the finger joint movement rule from qualitative and quantitative aspects, and the conclusion can guide the design of the mechanism and control method of finger rehabilitation training robot.
