Li-ion power battery which has a broad prospect of application in many industry fields is a new type of high power battery. The formation-testing and sorting-packing are necessary processes in battery manufacture. Currently the process of formation almost takes the way of monomer battery, then sorting and packing by measuring the parameters of its internal resistance, voltage and capacity. The operation is complicated and the amount of data is huge. On account of the problem, we propose a new process of battery modularization. It can greatly reduce the workload of the parameter testing when using the optimized process. And batteries can get a good consistency, which is favor of sorting-packing and production automation.

The accumulator can store the energy in high capacity, and the super capacitor can charge and discharge in high power. The mixed power source composed by the accumulator and super capacitor not only has the characteristics for both of them but also meets the high-power requirement of high capacity and peak value. How to perform the equalizing charging for multiple power packs is a emphasis in the industry currently. On the basis of analysis for multiple equalizing charging methods, a new type of design scheme based on DC/DC and switch matrix is raised in this project, the thinking of intermittent charging mode is adopted and four BCAP0350 is served as the charging sample to perform the charging and discharging experiment as well as verify the composite charging design scheme is provided with the feasibility.

IGCT is a kind of new type power electronic device which developed from GTO and IGBT . In this paper, Author based on analysis of the internal structure of GTO, shows how GTO development IGCT through technical methods.Through simulation of its off and on performance, the work curve and comparing results of the two devices are given. Then on two components of the inverter circuits are analyzed and compared. Thinking in large power AC drive locomotive, IGCT inverter is greatly simplifier than GTO inverter circuit, and superior performance,it will become the main converter for AC driving locomotive.

After formation, the active materials of anode and cathode in the battery can be activated. Consequently, the charge-discharge performance, self-discharge performance, reserve performance and some other comprehensive performances can be improved. Only after formation can batteries achieve the best performance. With the change of formation process, the formation and holding for a single battery has been changed to for a group. Therefor, a new type of battery parameter testing equipment needs to be designed, which can test a group of batteries automatically. This paper will introduce the design of this equipment thoroughly.

In this paper,by researching the underwater energy output structure of explosion and improving the technical method to enhance the energy of underwater high-power explosive,a new type of underwater high-power PBX explosive was developed. This type of PBX,of which the underwater shock wave energy was 1.75 TNT equivalent and its bubble energy was 2.41 TNT equivalent,was suitable for the main charge of underwater weapon warhead and its energy archived the domestic leading level.
