The advanced talents with applied technique should be composite, creative talents in the background of macroscopic engineering. Whereas some engineering training center have not transformed from the metalworking practice mode which can not adapt itself to the requirements of talents cultivation in 21 century, our university reform the contents of practice teaching and innovate the teaching mode of engineering training, integrate and optimize the internal teaching resources and strength the deep cooperation with enterprises under the guidance of the conception of “Macroscopic Engineering”. We structure the engineering training practice teaching platform with intercross of many subjects in order to cultivate the engineering quality of students in muti-measures. Engineering training is an important course to cultivate college students' practical ability, engineering consciousness and innovative spirit, and it is a necessary means to realize the goal of cultivating innovative talents. The teaching of CAD/CAM practical training has been constantly updated, keep pace with the time, use interesting modeling cases as a teaching guide. The practical teaching mode with aviation parts as the main teaching content, let college students get substantial exercise in engineering training.

This paper introduces construction situation of teaching/training integration "networked designing and manufacturing" laboratory by using computer and networking technology in the engineering training center construction of HuaiHai Institute of Technology. The laboratory, to a certain content, achieves the transform of traditional teaching mode into modern one, the combination of traditional metalworking and modern engineering training, and strengthens pertinence of the practice teaching, and promotes practice teaching quality of engineering training and meets society demand for applicable talents.

The smart teaching mode overcomes the shortcomings of traditional teaching online and offline, but there are certain deficiencies in the real-time feature extraction of teachers and students. In view of this, this study uses the particle swarm image recognition and deep learning technology to process the intelligent classroom video teaching image and extracts the classroom task features in real time and sends them to the teacher. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the premature convergence of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, an improved strategy for multiple particle swarm optimization algorithms is proposed. In order to improve the premature problem in the search performance algorithm of PSO algorithm, this paper combines the algorithm with the useful attributes of other algorithms to improve the particle diversity in the algorithm, enhance the global search ability of the particle, and achieve effective feature extraction. The research indicates that the method proposed in this paper has certain practical effects and can provide theoretical reference for subsequent related research.
