In order to solve the problems existing in real-time video transmission of mobile terminals, this paper proposes the encapsulation method which is suitable for H.263 and H.264 video coding, and re- duces the extra waste of real-time transmission proto- col packets and to improve the transmission efficien- cy of the video. Experimental results show that the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) in H.263 and H.264 video coding mode is above 30 dB at the lowest frame rate and resolution, and the minimum requirement of video transmission has been satisfied. Rate of 24 Hz, the two encoding PSNR are more than 40 dB, videotransmission quality ideal. In addition, the two packet loss rate of about10%maximum, themaximumdelay of 400 ms or less, have reached the requirements of real-time videotransmission.

This paper introduces a system to realize interactive and personalized erasure animations by using mobile terminals, a shared display terminal, and a database server for a large group of participants. In the system, participants shake their mobile terminals with their hands. Their shaking data are captured by the database server. Then there are immersive and somatosensory erasure animations on the shared display terminal according to the participants’ shaking data in the database server. The system is implemented by a data preprocessing module and an interactive erasure animation module. The former is mainly responsible for the cleaning and semantic standardization of the personalized erasure shape data. The latter realizes the interactive erasure animation, which involves shaking the mobile terminal, visualizations of the erasure animation on the shared display terminal, and dynamic and personalized data editing. The experimental results show that the system can realize various styles of personalized erasure animation and can respond to more than 2000 shaking actions simultaneously and present the corresponding erasure animations on the shared display terminal in real time.

Wearable electroencephalography systems of out-of-hospital can both provide complementary recordings and offer several benefits over long-term monitoring. However, several limitations were present in these new-born systems, for example, uncomfortable for wearing, inconvenient for retrieving the recordings by patients themselves, unable to timely provide accurate classification, and early warning information. Therefore, we proposed a wireless wearable electroencephalography system for encephalopathy daily monitoring, named as Brain-Health, which focused on the following three points: (a) the monitoring device integrated with electroencephalography acquisition sensors, signal processing chip, and Bluetooth, attached to a sport hat or elastic headband; (b) the mobile terminal with dedicated application, which is not only for continuous recording and displaying electroencephalography signal but also for early warning in real time; and (c) the encephalopathy’s classification algorithm based on intelligent Support Vector Machine, which is used in a new application of wearable electroencephalography for encephalopathy daily monitoring. The results showed a high mean accuracy of 91.79% and 93.89% in two types of classification for encephalopathy. In conclusion, good performance of our Brain-Health system indicated the feasibility and effectiveness for encephalopathy daily monitoring and patients’ health self-management.

Packet loss is common in internet, when use IMS mobile terminal accessed by wireless to do real-time voice communication, the quality of speech is affected a lot. This text summarizes the basic principles of AMR-WB encoding and decoding algorithm and main technology of PLC. Based on AMR-WB encoding and decoding algorithm, it improves an algorithm of multi-plus PLC. The algorithm described in this text can speed up the recovery of adaptive-codebook by small bandwidth cost and effectively prevent the spread of errors, improve the quality of speech.

With the maturity of mobile Internet technology, the mobile terminal performance improves continually. Real-time and mobility in measurement system will become an inevitable trend . To solve the poor generality and mobility problem of traditional measurement system,this paper will combine reconfigurable virtual instrument technology and mobile Internet technology, develop a set of reconfigurable measurement instrument platform to adapt to the mobile devices (mobile phones, tablet PCs, etc) characteristic by using Eclipse software, which enable the wireless interactive operation and measurement data real-time detection, meet the demand of various measurement tasks as well as enhance the system scalability. At last, through building measurement instrument platform of wireless weighing to realize the instrument system online reconstruction.
