The fault diagnosis of electrical control system of certain type mine sweeping vehicle is difficult due to its complex structure and advanced technique. So in the multi-sensor failure diagnosis process, as a result of various reasons, such as the existence of measurement noise, diagnosis knowledge incomplete and so on, it makes the fault diagnosis uncertainty and affects the reliability and the accuracy of the diagnosis result. This article according to the analysis of electrical control system's fault characteristic of the mine sweeping plough’s, proposes a technique based on data fusion fault diagnosis method. The diagnosis process is divided into the sub system and the system-level, the subsystem uses the BP neural network to classify the fault mode, the system-level uses the D-S evidence theory carries on the comprehensive decision judgment for the whole system's fault. Application shows if some sub-neural network diagnosis has error, using D-S evidence theory fusion can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.

This Paper introduced a water storage bucket chain conveyor cleaning machine used in coal mine to clean up the underground water storage, which was mainly made up of the mechanical structure and electrical control system. The mechanical structure consists of walking flatbed, walking drives, chain bucket conveyor. Here focuses on the special structure, the working principle, the work process, the electrical control system, the working condition, the main features and the purpose of the chain bucket convey-cleaning machine. The machine structure was reasonable, the stress was even, the vibration was small, the movement was steady. It can not only adapted to a large water content of coal slime, but also adapted to dry coal slime. It overcomes the low efficiency of spiral roller clearance dealing with the large water content of the slime and the weakness when vacuum suction-type pneumatic conveyor is to clean the dry slime.

At this stage it is electrical automation of coal industry with a rapid development period, the degree of automation is also more and more high, therefore, the electric control circuit requirements will be getting higher and higher, in such circumstances to improve coal mine electrical control circuit fault diagnosis and maintenance is very important. Based on the above factors, this article on the electrical control circuit repair process as the research object, how to carry on fault diagnosis are analyzed, in combination with the associated data and real work experience, put forward to some suitable methods of diagnosis, and these methods have a careful introduction, hope that through this article related to this, future electrical maintenance work to provide some help.

This paper is to present a fault diagnosis method for electrical control system of automobile based on support vector machine. We collect the common fault states of electrical control system of automobile to analyze the fault diagnosis ability of electrical control system of automobile based on support vector machine. It can be seen that the accuracy of fault diagnosis for electrical control system of automobile by support vector machine is 92.31%; and the accuracy of fault diagnosis for electrical control system of automobile by BP neural network is 80.77%. The experimental results show that the accuracy of fault diagnosis for electrical control system of automobile of support vector machine is higher than that of BP neural network.

This paper will introduce the application status of the wind door of the underground coal mine, the structure and composition, the working principle, the hydraulic system, and the electrical control system of the automatic wind door which is controlled by PLC. This paper will focus on the design of the programmable controller program and show the ladder diagram of the corresponding program and the outer way of wiring.
