The use of web-based education and e-learning environments has increased with the developments in educational technology. Schools, universities, public institutions, and other private sector companies started deploying these systems to train their students, members, and employees. Exams are carried out during the evaluation process of these trainings. Web-based tests are sometimes used for these exams. When there are so many questions about the same topic, it is a time-consuming and difficult problem to prepare these exams in terms of the best quality, quickly and effectively. In order to overcome this issue, artificial intelligence techniques are utilized as well as conventional methods for producing test papers. In this study, an Intelligent Question Evaluation and Selection Software (I-QUESS), that enables the selection of questions according to desired preferences by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and genetic algorithm (GA) as hybrid, was developed. This proposed hybrid system was used in a case study to create test sheet for web-based environments.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem e-learning dalam bentuk pembelajaran berbasis website. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, yang melibatkan mahasiswa, guru SMK, dan dosen. Tahapan-tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) analysis; (2) desain; (3) pengembangan; (4) implemementasi; dan (5) evaluasi. Data, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif, dikumpulkan melalui studi literature, reviu ahli, pengamatan, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan dasar kegiatan pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah pengaturan mesin listrik, adalah: (1) pengelolaan bahan pembelajaran; (2) proses pembelajaran; (3) penyajian materi; (4) dapat diunduh oleh siswa; (5) proses pembelajaran inkuiri; (6) proses evaluasi; dan (7) bahan tersebut dibuat dalam bentuk animasi.Kata Kunci: pembelajaran berbasis website, pengaturan mesin listrikDEVELOPING THE WEBSITE-BASED LEARNING FOR THE ELECTRICAL MACHINE REGULATION COURSEAbstract: This study was aimed at developing an e-learning system in the form of website-based learning. The COVID-19 pandemic had a huge impact on the learning and teaching processes, particularly in healthcare education and training, because of the principal position of the cutting-edge student–patient interaction. Replacing the traditional form of organization and implementation of knowledge evaluation with its web-based equivalent on an e-learning platform optimizes the whole didactic process not only for the unit carrying it out but, above all, for students. This research is focused on the effectiveness of the application of e-learning for computer-based knowledge evaluation and optimizing exam administration for students of medical sciences. The proposed approach is considered in two categories: from the perspective of the providers of the evaluation process, that is, the teaching unit; and the recipients of the evaluation process, that is, the students.

Food sensory analysis is the terms from the field of Food Technology that has a meaning which means sensory evaluation of food that is conducted by the food sensory evaluators. Currently, food sensory analysis is conductedmanually. It can caus e human errors and consume much ti me. The objective of this research is to build a web based application that is specific for food sensory analysis using PHP programming language. This research followsfour first steps of waterfall software engineering mod el which are user requirements ana lysis (user software and requirements analysis), system design (activity, use cases, architecture, and entity relationship diagram),implementation (software development), and testing (software unit, functionality, validit y, and user acceptance testing). T he software result is well built. It is also acceptable for users and all functionality features can run well after going through those four software testing. The existence of the software brings easiness to deal with the manual food sensory analysis exper iment. It is considered also for the future it has business value by having open source and premium features.
