Food sensory analysis is the terms from the field of Food Technology that has a meaning which means sensory evaluation of food that is conducted by the food sensory evaluators. Currently, food sensory analysis is conductedmanually. It can caus e human errors and consume much ti me. The objective of this research is to build a web based application that is specific for food sensory analysis using PHP programming language. This research followsfour first steps of waterfall software engineering mod el which are user requirements ana lysis (user software and requirements analysis), system design (activity, use cases, architecture, and entity relationship diagram),implementation (software development), and testing (software unit, functionality, validit y, and user acceptance testing). T he software result is well built. It is also acceptable for users and all functionality features can run well after going through those four software testing. The existence of the software brings easiness to deal with the manual food sensory analysis exper iment. It is considered also for the future it has business value by having open source and premium features.

Internet technology is currently growing, as well as the flow of communication in the delivery of employment information provided or required by various parties, including government and private. Before the existence of information technology, job vacancy still use conventional method that is by installing announcement on office walls and print media. Along with the development of information technology, job apangan provided at this time, informed very quickly and have many advantages such as job seekers only open information about job vacancy through websites that have been available. But in the delivery of job vacancy has a constraint that there are parties who have bad intentions by spreading vacancies that are not actually there. So it hurts job seekers, whether material or time. Currently, job seekers do not need to come directly to companies that need jobs but can directly send the application via E-mail. To reduce the act of fraud committed by irresponsible person then needed a system that help job seekers get good information and correct. Therefore, the alternative of the solution is to use a web-based information technology system so that job seekers can directly see and communicate with companies that open job vacancies. In the design of a software system contains job vacancy information and job seeker data processing. The designed software is still a prototype, using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

BPSDMP Komunikasi dan Informatika Banjarmasin has routine activities every year, namely ICT Literacy activities, Research results seminar, SKKNI-based national certification, Digital talent, and Meetings. The recording of the activity agenda and reporting on the results of the activities that are currently running are still done manually and simply. To overcome this problem then built an expected Web Based Activity Agenda Application can simplify the work of Administration Subdivision, HR Development Section, Research and Communication Section of Information and Communication Technology because it's computerized to print report results and make it easier if you want to see the data of activities that have been managed at the same time can find out if there are activities that are forgotten and have not been implemented. Application Activity AgendaService is made using a programming language PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript. And designed to use Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Flowchart.

Information technology is closely related to wide area networks. BINUS University pays much attention to the development of information technology. Yet, it has not applied all concepts of information technology. There are still activities carried out conventionally such as meeting activity. This is the main attraction of the authors to implement a new system. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design an e-meeting application of Computer Science Department of BINUS University. By using this application, user will be easyto conduct meeting without location barrier. This research is using analysis method on literacy study, as well as analysis on current meeting process through interview with expert and user to detect current problem. Design method usies software engineering concept, by Unified Modeling Language and Entity Relationship Diagram. UML notation explains the overview and the detail of e-meeting system. Relational database explains data structure used in this system. The result of this research is a development of e-meeting web based application to help improve meeting activity to be more effective and efficient. E-meeting application has many helpful features as used in regular meeting, as well as administration panel to control and manage user of this application.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires adaptation to the New Normal in its application. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Depok designed a web-based application to bridge this so that information about students reaches their parents without having to come to school. With internet media intermediaries, of course, the process of delivering information will be faster, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Model in the development of academic information systems that the author uses in designing a good system is the Waterfall model. The proposed database design is Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS), for system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. With the design of a web-based academic information system at MI Nurul Falah, it is hoped that the process of delivering information will be more effective and efficient, so that school residents, especially students and teachers, can find out the information available anytime and anywhere. The development of technology is very fast and in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that the use of this application will be one of the solutions in helping schools to convey the assessment of students at Nurul Falah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah.

In any lectures, the lecturer must fill journal lectures. Journal of the activity is used to determine the subject matter of the lecture material delivered. In addition as an evaluation if there is material that has not been delivered. Each journal lectures will be always monitored by the Head of the Department to meet its obligations if the lecturers in teaching or not. In the process of implementation, all lectures still be entered manually using paper. It made less cumbersome and complicates monitoring of the Head of Department to monitor any lectures . So the need for making the portal lectures to assist monitoring and lectures journal entry. Making these lectures portals using PHP programming language and MySQL database . As well as using the waterfall method and blackbox testing . Waterfall method includes user requirements, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Blackbox testing is used to test the program without the test of functional design specifications and program code. Used also Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and in the design of the information system. The results of the application design in the form of web-based desktop application, which is easier for professors to fill any lectures that have been done , knowing the schedule of lectures and the material that was presented at each meeting. As well as Head of the Department to facilitate monitoring any existing faculty.

Futsal sports have developed and are popular in Indonesia. Sumber Jaya Futsal is one of the providers of futsal field rental business in Tangerang. Sumber Jaya Futsal currently does not have a web-based system, the system for leasing futsal fields in Sumber Jaya Futsal is still conventional, where customers come directly or by calling to find out the schedule of available futsal fields. The rental transaction scheduling and report system is still using a notebook. Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to produce a draft web application for futsal field rental at Sumber Jaya Futsal Tangerang. In this study to collect data the author uses case studies with methods of observation and literature. The design of this web application is made using the PHP programming language, assisted by xampp as a web server, MySQL for database management, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and LRS (Logical Record Structure) to describe the data model. While the author's software development method uses the Waterfall Method.

Tourism is one of the most important sector of revenue for an area. The people living near the tourist attraction can introduce their culture by showing some local products or their handcraft. Previously a tourism information system has been made. But the system cannot facilitate the desire of the local to sell their product by using internet. Besides the lack of capability of the system to sell product, the locals also expect a system to be capable of recording some of the civilian data and turn it into information. The development of the previous version is expected to help some locals to sell their products and to help the village to manage their data about the resident in that village. This system uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with some help of software such as HTML, PHP, MySQL, and notepad++. The making process of the program starts with designing Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and table relation, then being tested by the programmer using blackbox testing method and User Acceptance Testing. This writing results in a system to help Giritengah to sell local product and  the village to manage their residence data. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor pendapatan yang cukup penting bagi suatu daerah. Warga yang tinggal di sekitar sebuah objek wisata mampu menonjolkan kebudayaannya melalui kerajinan tangan ataupun produk lokal yang ada. Sebuah sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis web telah dibuat. Namun keinginan masyarakat setempat untuk menjual produkproduk lokal yang ada secara luas dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet belum dapat terwujud karena sistem tersebut belum memiliki sistem e-commerce. Selain kurangnya kemampuan sistem yang ada dalam menjual produk-produk lokal desa Giritengah, diharapkan pula adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan proses penyimpanan data demografi dan menampilkannya dalam bentuk informasi. Pengembangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu warga untuk menjual produknya dan perangkat desa dalam mengelola data kependudukan. Metodologi pembuatan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan menggunakan bantuan software seperti HTML, PHP, MySQL dan Notepad++. Proses pembuatan program dimulai dengan mengimplementasikan rancangan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), serta hubungan antar tabel ke dalam program hingga melakukan pengujian oleh programmer melalui metode blackbox testing dan user dengan metode User Acceptance Testing. Penulisan ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu warga Giritengah dalam menjual produk lokalnya serta membantu perangkat desa Giritengah dalam melakukan pengelolaan data penduduknya.

Given the large volume of data generated in hospitals, the usage of hospital information system (HIS) that may ease the hospital’s workload on managing patient bills is critical. Thus, this paper presents the development of a web based hospital billing system which allows the staffs to manage and store patient bills in such a way that it can integrate bills from various departments. In addition to that, the system has additional features to allow down payments, automatically generate accounting reports, as well as integrate some features of the registration and the pharmacy system. The system design followed the Waterfall approach and was done using the use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, and entity relationship diagram. The data processed was actual data from the hospital and dummy data for the pharmacy system. The system’s functionality was tested using the black-box method and then evaluated by the hospital staffs using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. From there, we obtained a score of 77.5 out of 100 from the SUS evaluation and 100% success rate from 102 features tested with the black-box testing method. Therefore, we can conclude that the new system works well and has good usability.

Heart disease is a disease that is very dangerous for human survival, therefore it must be addressed early on from the appearance of symptoms. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem by designing a web-based computer system that uses databases and programming languages ​​such as PHP-MySQL so that it can help heart patients to diagnose the disease. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based expert system for diagnosing heart disease. Expert system application in this decision making uses the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method, namely the method of making decisions by comparing new cases with old cases through four processes of retrieve, reuse, revise, and retain. Analysis and system design used are Context Diagram, Data FlowDiagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and Flowchart. In this expert system, the system will giving orders in the form of selecting the symptoms experienced, namely what symptoms are experienced. Then the patient selects the symptoms experienced by checking the symptoms experienced. The system will provide diagnostic results based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. Result diagnosis in the form of the type of heart disease experienced and the treatment solution and how much the percent chance the patient has the disease.
