In order to overcome various problems in traditional experimental teaching, a multimedia interactive teaching method was introduced in the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Southwest Petroleum University, combining modern teaching methods such as virtual simulation technology, students will be taught more intuitive and vivid experimental skills. Practice shows that all of those can both improve the active thinking and practical ability of students, and promote the development of experimental teaching in the material specialty, at the same time effectively improves the school’ social reputation.

Practical teaching is one of the core links in the teaching activities of economics and management majors, and it is also an important part of cultivating students to use energy and comprehensive quality. Virtual simulation experiment is an indispensable content in the cultivation of economicsa and management majors, and has become the main direction of the experimental teaching reform of these majors. This paper probes into the necessity of the establishment of virtual simulation experimental teaching center. This paper proposes suggestions on improving the operation of the virtual simulation experimental center of economics and management majors, and provides references for the practical teaching and talent cultivation of other majors.

Nowadays, the application of virtual simulation experiment teaching resources in universities is not systematic and comprehensive enough. Therefore, integrating professional-related virtual simulation experiment teaching resources and constructing virtual simulation comprehensive training courses can not only strengthen and expand professional knowledge and improve professional thinking but also strengthen students’ ability to realize innovative thinking. While enriching experimental teaching forms and teaching effects, virtual simulation technology also promotes the integration of experimental teaching and theoretical teaching. The article mainly discusses the application of virtual simulation technology in university chemistry teaching practice and its impact on teaching effects and then summarizes the entry point and expansion form of virtual simulation technology in the curriculum, and serves the promotion of digital and information technology in chemistry teaching application.
